The cabin was perfect for our Christmas getaway. Cozy cabin feeling fit our family just perfect. The cabin was clean and had just enough amenities. It was snowing hard when we pulled in, I suggest 4x4 if the roads are not plowed.

Great Get Away.

The location of this cabin was perfect for the x-country skiing and snowshoeing activities we wanted to do, close to many trails and Nordic parks. Nice being close to Leavenworth also. Cabin was cozy, private, quiet in a peaceful location.

Cozy cabin

Very cozy cabin just a short drive to downtown Leavenworth. Beds were comfortable and space was clean. Perfect for dogs as you can section them off on the deck. Hot tub was perfect and kitchen was well stocked. The only issue which is not a big deal was the grill needs to be replaced but other than that would stay here again.

Loved the Cabin, had a real good energy flow. Great lighting with lots of light. Enjoyed watching the Squarrels play in the mornings. It's country rustic not high tech modern. Cozy and comfy. Everyone slept well and woke up Happy. A place that makes my family happy gets a Thumbs up from me. 👍

We have a family of 4 and a dog. We fit great in the cabin and had plenty of space. The kids loved the bunk beds and the area to play. The upstairs bathroom was probably my favorite! We enjoyed the hot tub and the decks. Bbq grill was perfect and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils and cookware. They even had most spices for cooking. Overall it was a great stay, we appreciated the traditional style of the cabin and the vibe! We'll be back!

Good house- ask about amenities before booking

The house was cute and a great place to house our family of four. The downside was the advertised amenities of a hot tub and fireplace. Neither one were in working condition. Other than that, there was a great cafe nearby, a creek to walk to, and decent proximity to Leavenworth.

Terrific, cozy vacation place

We had a terrific trip! We love the peace and tranquility. We enjoyed the hottub every night and relaxing on the deck was amazing. The only complaint we had was the remote for the ROKU was missing so we couldn’t watch movies, but the management company was very good at communicating w us and was, I believe, doing their best to help us find a solution. Ultimately we enjoyed our music and games for the evening.

Fireplace doesn't work, no shampoo or soap in the shower, hot tub is low on water and doesn't get very hot.

Nice cabin, but wouldn't stay again

It was a nice cabin, but many of the lights (including all of the outdoor lights near the hot tub) weren't functioning. Additionally the WiFi wasn't working at all and despite assurances that it would be fixed, the Vacasa maintenance team never showed up.

Our housekeeping staff does their best to try to clear a path to the home when time allows. There is a shovel available for guest use as well. Cozy cabin in the woods

After a couple weeks on the road, camping & staying at hotels, we had a lovely 3-day stay at Keoni’s cabin. It was quiet and peaceful. We got great sleep! The deck was a perfect spot to watch the pine trees swaying in the wind. We loved being able to do laundry, have coffee & breakfasts, grill burgers, crack a beer and enjoy time with our kid & dog. My husband soaked in the very hot hot-tub and our kid loved the wi-fi. The cabin was clean, tidy, & well stocked with towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, etc. Stopping at Safeway in town (30 min from cabin) before heading up to the spot, allowed us to stay in for three days. Despite it being really hot outside, the cabin stayed cool with fans and closed blinds. Checking in and out were contact free and easy. Thank you, Vacasa!

Warm, cozy, inviting and quiet

My family loved our stay here. They had family games to play, Netflix, hot tub, plenty of kitchen tools many of which I was surprised they had lol and we didn't see or hear a soul the whole time. It's really like a cabin in the woods feeling for a fun family home to come back to after a day at Leavenworth. My girls were just as excited about coming back to the place as they were to go to Leavenworth that morning! The only complaints I had was that I had to clean the ceiling fan and it's blades because it was caked with dust and a lot of the top surfaces of everything was a lil dusty and the deck leading to the hot tub (where you would be primarily barefoot) had many of the nail heads sticking up. But other than that, we had an awesome time at Keonis.

Cute cabin, lacking in amenities and supplies.

This property has so much potential but is poorly ran and did not have accurate listing of it’s working amenities and supplies. Leaking hot tub No cable Had to make our own fire pit BBQ was Disgusting and broken No matches or lighters Lacking kitchen supplies such as tin foil, sharp knives, pots and pans. Living room fire place does not run based on owners not allowing it. Worn out linens and bedding

We apologize for any misinformation about the home having cable-- it does not have cable but does have WiFi and Netflix. This has been corrected in our system. Additionally, we were not aware of the hot tub leaking and the company that services it has not reported any issues. Tin foil is not stocked in the home but we are sorry for any kitchen supplies that were lacking and our local manager has inspected this and made any necessary replacements. The fireplace is not used during the warmer months and we are sorry for any disappointment this caused your party. Keoni’s Place

I wouldn’t choose this place again. The living room furniture was terrible. The couch belongs at the dump by now. The couch was ripped. The other choices were not comfortable. One of the chairs has a huge rip on it as well. That old wooden rocking chair is not at all comfortable, maybe good for a porch. The pillows on the bed were flat and useless. Bring your own pillow. The shower faucet is switched. C is for hot water, H is for cold. All in all this place was better than sleeping in a tent but not at all a place I’d ever sleep in again.

Worn Out & Unsafe

When we arrived it was dark, there was on light to see or handrail to go down 11 steps. The first 3 steps were covered with ice. The furniture inside & out were torn & old. The fireplace does not work,its for looks only. Pans need replaced. The toilets do not wont to flush. The Hot Tub is down under the deck along with junk next to it. No light there either , I fell on my face. hurt my knee.

We personally would not stay here again and we feel like it was a waste of our money. Used wash cloths and hand towels were still in the washer when we went to put our used towels in the washer. There was a sticky substance in the counter in the kitchen and one the floors. The water jug in the fridge had filtered water, it tasted like a pond. We bought water bottles instead. Coffee cups had food residue in them and lipstick on the mug. The main bedroom had the hardest mattress. Chair in the living room was old and smelled musty. Couch was okay. Pillows were VERY dingy, glad we brought our own. TV in one room upstairs didn't have a power cord so our kids couldnt wind down in the evening with a movie. The cabin is outdated. The railing outside on the deck is very loose and unsafe, do not lean on them! The outdoor area is unkempt ad undesirable. It's too hot in the summertime for the cabin to not have Air Conditioning. We reached out about outdoor lighting, because none of the back patio lights worked to be able to use the hot tub in the evening. We were told they were reaching out to a team in the area and we never heard back.

Our local manager noted that this home is typically very well cleaned and the filters in the water pitcher are changed regularly. The railing on the deck is safe and has a table, chairs and a BBQ, but as this home is in a wooded area, debris from trees can occasionally fall. The house was very nice, but not the cleanest. The inside looked good at first glance but was very dusty. The cleaners more or less tidied up rather than clean (like I did as a teenager when my parents made me clean my room). There were multiple cups and dishes that had been put away in the cabinets but we're not clean. Someone, either a previous guest or a cleaner, had used the downstairs toilet but not flushed it properly. The property was in dire need of maintenance and for the most part was not usable. The patio hadn't been swept in months, it appeared, and it and the furniture was covered in dead pine needles and dust. The stay was enjoyable. The neighborhood was very quiet and remote, just what my family and I needed, just wished the cleaning prior to us being there had been better.

That said, we apologize for the cleanliness details that were missed and shared your comments with the local manager. They assured us that they addressed housekeeping about the interior of the home and noted that pine needles can gather very quickly as this home rests in the woods, but we regret any inconvenience. You don't mention specifically what maintenance issues you encountered but we are sorry for anything that took away from your experience. Lovely but could use some attention

Cute place and we had a lovely time. The place very much feels like someone's winter cabin over a cozy place to stay. No advertisement that the stove was broken. There was a spot that needed patching in the deck, could use more uniformity in the kitchen supplies, and access to cleaning supplies like spray or wipes, there was minimal storage to unpack luggage. I recommend at least over-the-door hooks for the bedrooms so towels can be hung and at least a luggage stand if not a foot bench or less bedding being stored since both the wardrobe and the dresser were full. I would also recommend putting a traction mat on the tile steps out of the shower since it's super slippery when wet. No lies in the reviews about the main bed, there are literally bowed spots where people have slept which makes it highly uncomfortable. Plus none of the mattresses had any protectors on them which is a bit concerning. This place has the potential to be great with a little bit of elbow grease and attention to what is ideal for short-term lodging. That being said, I would still recommend the place and would stay again

Pretty cabin, poor housekeeping

Cleanliness and housekeeping were subpar. When we arrived, the towels in the bathroom were neatly folded but wet. We put them in the dryer and discovered that the dryer makes a horrible loud screeching noise. There was a used contact lens and crumbs on the nightstand by the bed. There was a hair band and crumbs on the floor near the bed. The bed itself looked more rumpled than one would expect a freshly made bed to look, so we elected to wash the sheets ourselves and re-make the bed. In the kitchen, silverware, knives, pots, and pans were all dirty and gross. We wished to run the dishes we would need for the coming few days through the dishwasher, but discovered there was no dishwasher detergent. We washed dishes by hand the first night, then bought our own dishwasher detergent. The lazy susan in the kitchen was dirty with crumbs and stains. Basically, every utensil and cupboard in that kitchen should be thoroughly cleaned. The gas fireplace did not work. We were not cold because the central heating provided sufficient warmth, but we missed the ambience of the fire. I wanted to like this cabin because the location is excellent for winter recreation, and the cabin looks very charming from the outside and it has a nice interior layout. But the dirty, gross kitchen utensils and the other housekeeping and maintenance failures I mentioned above made for an unpleasant experience overall.
