Confortable apartamento totalmente equipado, de 1 dormitorio con 2 camas individuales de 100 cm x 200 cm, que al juntarse ofrecen un amplio espacio para dormir de 2metros x 2 metros, con cortinas black-out para garantizar un mejor descanso, 1 baño privado con bañera y ducha, wc y bide, sala de estar con cómodo chaise-longue y cortinas black-out ,TV satelital y WiFi de alta velocidad, cocina completamente equipada con todo lo que usted pueda requerir durante su estancia, que cuenta adicionalmente con una inmensa terraza privada de 412 metros cuadrados con vista al océano Atlántico y al área de piscinas del edificio, para el exclusivo disfrute de nuestros huéspedes, y que está equipada con mobiliario de jardín y cómodas tumbonas, ideal para disfrutar del agradable sol de Tenerife y para degustar sus comidas y bebidas predilectas al aire libre.

El Edificio Aguamarina está ubicado en primera línea de mar y desde el área de piscinas climatizadas y el solárium, los huéspedes podrán disfrutar de una estupenda vista al océano Atlántico.

A través del paseo marítimo que bordea toda la costa, los huéspedes puede llegar caminando a la playa de San Miguel, a la Marina deportiva y al campo de golf.

Perfect vacation

A very nice apartment with all the necessary equipment for a relaxing stay. A particularly spacious terrace with great views of the ocean. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner Jose Manuel who couldn’t of been anymore helpful and was great to talk to.

Apartment stay

This apartment has everything you could want for a comfortable stay in Golf del Sur. The location is excellent. Smart lock system is efficient and safe. Very good communication with the owner,and any questions always answered.

Excellent

The check in and check out process was very clear and communicating with the owner was very quick and responsive. The apartment is very well furnished with comfortable beds and the huge private terrace makes it quite exceptional. There is a well-stocked supermarket right across the road and there's plenty of parking available in the area.

Great Location.

The apartment had a huge terrace overlooking the Atlantic ocean. It was close to all the facilities like supermarket, bars and restaurants. Hopefully those that have been closed during lockdown will eventually re-open. The apartment had excellent outdoor furniture. Inside there was a comfortable living room and bedroom. No complaints from us about our stay here !!

I booked this accommodation for my parents they have recently retired they wanted to go somewhere for good few weeks from start of contacting the lovely owner Jose he made the booking so simple and answered all my questions on behalf of my parents they both had a fabulous 4 weeks lots of home comforts the balcony is massive such a sun trap and lots of shade if needed as my mum does they have loved there experience in your beautiful apartment and looking to book for next year again lovely clean apartment everything g you need and perfect location such a safe environment . Can't thank you enough Jose take they will see u soon 😀

Fantastic location and great sea view

Jose was an excellent communicator responding to messages incredibly quickly. The property was great; the patio immense with a comfortable seating area, a table snd chairs and sun loungers with padding. Immediately below the apartments are restaurants which can be accessed via the swimming pool area with a secure gate. Prices of drinks and food were very reasonable and the quality good. Bedroom was big also with sea views. Plenty of space around the pool to sit on loungers. Wifi was good, a small supermarket opposite. Would certainly recommend this property on all counts.

The terrace and the view are spectacular

One of the best apartments in the complex. The terrace is enormous and quite private. The beautiful breeze means that it is always comfortable. There are so many options for simply enjoying a full day in the apartment and on the terrace. The ocean is constant, night and day, stars and sun, the sound is beautiful. The bed comfortable, and the supply of bedding, towels, and home equipment means you need to take very little for a self catering holiday. I wish Jose continued success, and hope to return.

Exceptional apartment

Exceptional apartment for two people. Stunning views from a huge private balcony area. The interior is a good size. There is a modern, well equipped kitchen, small bathroom, good sized bedroom with plenty of storage and a living room that opens onto the balcony, which has an excellent range of outdoor furniture. Hard to fault it. I suppose the bathroom would benefit from a bit of a face lift but really that's about all. Communication with the owner was good and he was very accommodating.

Rescheduled holiday and can't wait :-)

We had this amazing apartment booked for May, but because of the Coronavirus Pandemic, we couldn't go. We contacted the owner, Jose Manuel, who was amazing, very courteous and professional, and we agreed to reschedule to August, in the hope that we could go then. Obviously, this too, has now been cancelled, and once again, Jose Manuel has been brilliant, and has now rebooked us for April 2021. I look forward to submitting a full review, once we have been there next year, but I am delighted with the level of service received so far, and can't wait to experience the apartment for real. Great Holidays/hermoso día de fiesta

We had a great time in golf del sur. The contact with the owner and the Reservation /confirmation were very quick and warmly. During our stay for one week the owner asked if all is fine or we need help in anything, ,what was really kind. The apartement has 2 rooms and is completly modern furnished with all stuff what you need and more (fridge, microwave, juicer, washer, toaster, oven, hairdryer, iron, flatscreen tv,). All is really clean. The terrace is amazing for sitting outside and get a good tan on the sunlounger. The pool area on the 1th floor is also great with a heating pool and a smaller pool for non-swimmer/Kids. You have sun there the whole day and a wonderful view to the ocean. We had a warm welcome and the owner give us many helps for going out and having good trips. Close to the apartment you find a Supermarket, Pubs, a good Bar "Volare" with live-singer, and a lot of Restaurants. It is good to have a car to going to the beach and other Sightseeing tours, but you can also take the bus. Golf del sur is near to the Airport ca. 8 km, but you havent noise, cause of that. The surf beach "El Medano" is ca. 4 km away and to Los Christianos you Need 10 Minutes by car. We didn´t expect what we got. So we are very thankful for that time and hope to come back soon. Great Holidays

Everything was great, the apartment is really comfy, the surroundings are amazing, we enjoyed the quiet and relaxing views. The descriptions of the apartment are pretty clear, what you read and see about it, it's all truth. We were not disappointed at all. We will come back

Excellent Vacations

I enjoyed very much with my wife and my 2 boys the nice swimming pools with a wonderful view to the sea; the apartment was excellent and very comfortable, located very close to all the touristic attractions that we wanted to visit. The attention that offered us was wonderful.

Perfect An exex cellent apartment hosted by a great communicator

An excellent apartment hosted by a great communicator. Sixth floor serviced by 2 lifts with a patio you could play football on overlooking the ocean and a sun trap. Met by informative pleasant and keys and apartment explanation fully given . WhatsApp communication with the owner was Simone and very very good . Highly recommend .

Lovely holiday

The owner was easy to contact and was flexible with check in and checkout times. The one bedroom apartment has plenty of space and an enormous balcony. The complex has a heated swimming pool and sun terrace. The area is convenient for restaurants and bars and there is a beach but other much better beaches are a short drive away.

Great apartment

The description and photos are very accurate!The terrace is the size of a football pitch and you cans the sea. There are many restaurants to suit all budgets within a 5 minute walk from the apartment

Schlafgelegenheit eine Zumutung: Nur 135cm breites ausgelegenes Bett für 2 erwachsenen Gäste!?!?!? Kein erholsamer Schlaf möglich!!! Alternativ im "Wohnschlauch" (von Zimmer kann man wohl kaum sprechen) eine knüppelharte Billigschlafcouch - Schlafen auf den Bodensteinfliesen ist vergleichbar komfortabel!!!19 Nächte mit erheblichem Schlafdefizit!!! Einfach inakzeptabel!!Baulärm durch Reparaturarbeiten am Pool mit Preßlufthämmern etc. wurde erst 2 Tage vor Reisebeginn nebensächlich erwähnt - Alternativangebot: Nutzung des Pools in Nachbaranlage - kein Ausgleich! Wir hätten frühzeitig informiert werden müssen um unsere Buchung kostenfrei stornieren zu können!!! Vermieter hielt nach Beschwerde 1 Fl. Wein u. 250g Kaffe (Wert ca. 7 €) für angemessenen Ausgleich und drohte die eigens für uns aufgestellte elektr. Kaffemaschine und den Moskito-Kill wieder entfernen zu lassen!?!? Dieses Appartment kann von uns nicht empfohlen werden!!! Einmal und nie wieder!!! Schadet auch dem Image von FEWO!!!

If it was important for you to have a "queen" bed (2 x 2 meters), you should look on the Homeway page for an apartment that meets those characteristics, and not rent an apartment that does not offer it, and then request a change of bed at the time you arrived at my apartment (I am not a hotel and therefore you understand that I do not have beds of different sizes in stock to change at the request of the guests, My apartment is as shown in the photos and it fulfills 100% of the specifications shown on the web pages, I have rented it for more than 5 years and all the couples that have booked it have reported the highest levels of satisfaction and no one except you, had presented any inconvenience nor claim to date). Before you arrived at my apartment, you only emphasized that the coffee maker and the mosquitoes control were important to you, for this reason and at no additional cost, in addition to enabling you 2 coffee machines in the apartment (one electric coffee machine and one italian) and give you a good coffee, and we provide the apartment with electric devices for automatic dosing of insecticide for mosquitoes, also at no additional charge. Once you notified us of your disagreement with the size of the bed, I offered you (in writing) the opportunity to change to another of my apartments located in the same building, which has a bed more width (+15 cm), however you decided stay in the apartment that you originally rented, waiting for an economic compensation that has no basis. This apartment fortunately enjoys the best references of all customers who have visited it and have been fully satisfied, so I sincerely regret that you came with the idea of ​​looking for flaws in the apartment, in order to apply a financial compensation, which obviously you did not get. For all those reasons, I can not recommend you (Mr. Horst) as a guest for other owners.

Fantastic Stay

The two of us had a fantastic holiday in this apartment. Jose was very welcoming and the apartment and complex provided everything we needed. The Terrace was a great feature with a sea view. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and we used local buses to go further afield during our 3 week stay. We will be back.

Lovely apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The apartment is nicely decorated and clean, the terrace is very sunny (we were there in December). Although the airport is quite close, there is no disturbing noice. You can sometimes here a distant rumbling, but it didn't bother us. Jose replied to all our questions very quickly.

Mi nombre es Jose Manuel.

Elegí "Golf del Sur" porque es un lugar excelente, a orillas de la Playa San Salvador muy cerca de los mejores campos de golf de Tenerife y muy cerca de la Marina de San Miguel (así que puedo disfrutar de mis pasatiempos favoritos: Pesca y Golf) .

El apartamento es muy agradable y muy cómodo, perfectamente iluminado y ventilado, y puedes disfrutar del sol todo el día.
Toda la decoración, distribución y equipamiento del apartamento está diseñado para ofrecer el máximo confort a nuestros huéspedes.
Todos los utensilios de cocina (cubiertos, cristalería y vajilla), todo el apartamento y especialmente la cocina y el baño se limpian escrupulosamente antes de la llegada de cada huésped. Además, estamos disponibles los 7 dóias de la semana para resolver cualquier mal funcionamiento o necesidad que pueda surgir, asistiendo a cada caso lo más rápido posible.

Prestamos mucha atención a los pequeños detalles para superar sus expectativas, porque nuestro objetivo principal es que se sienta satisfecho al alquilar nuestro apartamento y que disfrute de una excelente estadía.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

- El apartamento y el edificio están muy bien mantenidos, es muy cómodo y está muy bien ubicado.
- El edificio está en frente del mar
- En una selecta urbanización frecuentada todo el año por parejas de Inglaterra, Alemania y Francia principalmente, así como tambien provenientes de otras partes del mundo.
- Alrededor del edificio hay muchos restaurantes, bares, cafeterías y comercios.
- Ideal para aquellos que quieren jugar golf (los mejores campos de golf de Tenerife están a pocos minutos a pie desde este edificio).
-Ideal para aquellos que quieran alquilar un barco e ir a navegar, pescar o ver delfines y ballenas
-Ideal para parejas que buscan descanso, relax o momentos románticos
