Se trata de una casa de 60 metros cuadrados, con vistas panorámicas al mar Egeo y los viñedos de Finikia desde la terraza-balcón de 30 metros cuadrados. M
House está compuesta por la cámara principal con cúpula (salón-comedor), una habitación abovedada, baño grande y una cocina totalmente equipada.

La "casa de los siete barcos" (la casa en la terraza):

Esta es una casa de 60 metros cuadrados construida en la forma tradicional de Santorini, en la cima de una antigua bodega Aunque conectada a la corte de la bodega por una escalera de piedra paso, esta casa tiene una entrada independiente desde la calle peatonal.
En otros tiempos, esta casa fue utilizada para el alojamiento del capitán y propietario de la bodega durante la temporada de cosecha de vid.
Esta casa, está dotado con vistas panorámicas al mar Egeo y los viñedos de Finikia desde la terraza-balcón de 30 metros cuadrados. M.
La entrada viviendas es desde la terraza-mirador. Casa está compuesta por la cámara abovedada principal (con una versión sofá-cama doble y una zona de comedor en el interior), habitación con cúpula (con una cama doble de construcción), un baño grande y una cocina totalmente equipada.

La "casa de los siete barcos" es ideal para 2-4 personas (una cama doble en el dormitorio y otra cama doble en el salón principal)

Esta casa está situada en el 'asentamiento tradicional de FINIKIA', que es un barrio protegido de Oia. No se permiten coches dentro Finikias calles estrechas, y el pueblo es tranquilo y relajante. Distancia de la casa desde la parada de autobús en la carretera principal es de 150 metros (a pie), desde las tabernas de Finikia 80 metros, y desde el centro de Oia 500-800 metros. Playa de arena más cercana (Baxedes) es 1.500 m cuesta abajo, por lo tanto, se aconseja ir allí en autobús o vehículo alquilado.

Wonderful!

Stayed with my daughter in this lovely place, location was great, out of the bustle of Oia, but close enough to walk to enjoy everything there. Super host, with wonderful suggestions of things to see and do. Highly recommend!

Both City and Village

Great location to be able to get out of the hustle and bustle of Oia but be close enough to walk when you want to. We enjoyed both the village life and the city life.

What a great place to stay.

What a neat place to stay. Such a unique experience for my wife and I. We walked down to a winery for dinner one evening, ate at the restaurants in Finikia and made the easy walk over to Oia daily. Host was great and just around the corner in case we needed anything. I wish we had more time to spend here.

Great place to stay!

From first contact with Elena, and Daniele, this was going to be good!! And it sure was! Such a lovely and authentic place to stay, it was the perfect place for us. Close walk to everything, but still very “private” and away from the tourist crowds. We highly recommend this place if you want an authentic stay on Santorini!

Great location!

Great location. Central in Santorini. Some good restaurants within walking distance and a great winery nearby. There is even a small store in the village. Danielle the property manager lives in the same village and was a great help. Just be aware the village is on the side of a hill and a bit of a workout getting around. Would stay again!

Great location, wonderful hosts!

With a lot of personal touches and great communication and recommendations, I couldn't praise this rental any higher. The location is in a small quiet village with no car traffic, making for a very peaceful stay with a great patio for sunset views. The hosts were incredibly gracious and helpful, suggesting great places to eat in Finikia and activities to do in Santorini. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Island hopping

Needed two nights to visit and move to the next spot.. absolutely the cutest place. Loved every bit of it. Easy to catch a taxi or bus. Loved the people who helped us unload and get settled into the place.

Idyllic village house

I loved my stay at Seven Ships- the place is gorgeous and charming. It is very clean and inviting! I loved the patio. If you book this home, you should listen to all recommendations from the host! I did and was delighted with each one, especially Lefkes restaurant and Barbarossa sailing tours!

Adorable people and lovely house

Despite our delayed arrival at the house, Daniele and his sister made sure to welcome us and took care themselves with Santorini airport people of our missing luggage. They also helped us on our departure, kindly booking the taxi and helping carrying house some suit cases. The house is elegant and in a pristine state. Parakalo !

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

The room itself was as charming as could be and was filled with all of the amenities we could ask for including air conditioning (which was a delight because the city can get quite hot during the days). Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Not only did they carry our bags through the village of Finika for us, they also provided us with a list of recommendations! Thanks to them we enjoyed the best that Santorini had to offer! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Very classic Greek house

Really unique house located in the little village of Finikia. A real experience staying in the home and the village. You need to be in good shape to stay here as it’s a 5-10 minute walk to get anywhere along narrow windy pathways. Beautiful location with 3 restaurants and a small market 5 minutes walk. Bigger town of Oia is 15 mins walk. Bus station is very close. Great little taverna with live music right down the road. Climb the hill across road for amazing sunsets next to the church. Good communication and all amenities we needed-except laundry- for our stay.

Very good communication. Elani (thru messages) and Daniele (in person) were very good communicating and answering our questions). Helpful with transfers, restaurant recommendations and local info. Our only disappointment is that the house only has 5 ships instead of seven ships as its name reads (smiley face).

Beautiful House In Finikia, Santorini

We spent seven nights at Eleni's (host) property in the village of Finikia. Eleni and her colleague Daniele (Danny) were wonderful to work with from the beginning of the booking process to the end of our stay. Danny was a life saver helping us with our heavy luggage up the narrow steep paths to the house. They both gave us recommendations on tours which were all A+. The Santorini Wine Trails tour with Dorris was a great way to learn about and taste the Santorini wines. The sunset cruise we took with Barbarossa Sailing Oia was wonderful and gives you a whole different perspective of the Caldera. Danny helped us with a four hour tour of the island and Alex our driver took us to many beautiful sites. We are so glad we booked their recommendations. Other days we just enjoyed the beautiful house and the two patios. We can recommend a new restaurant that just opened in Finikia and can be seen from the house and is the shortest distance of any of the restaurants in the Finikia neighborhood. We indulged there for dinner five of our seven nights and it is very good. The name is Lino Terrace Restaurant and our last night we saw a beautiful sunset from the terrace. Eleni's house was a perfect quiet location for our vacation and Danny leaving us water, fruit and other goodies was much appreciated as well as arranging the transfers from and to the airport. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Santorini!!

Traumhafte Woche in Finikia

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche im kleinen Dörfchen Finikia. Der Ort ist ganz in der Nähe von Oia. Wir haben es geschätzt, abseits des Touristenstroms zu wohnen. Das „House of 7 ships“ ist zauberhaft und hat eine gute Lage. Besonders schön ist die Sonnenterrasse mit Blick übers Dorf bis zum Meer. Im Ort hat es mehrere Tavernas, die sehr zu empfehlen sind. Im „Krinaki“ haben wir immer gefrühstückt. Wir haben eine Vespa gemietet und die Insel auf eigene Faust erkundet. Es war unvergesslich und wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

Even better than expected

Loved this place and the hosts were awesome! We were welcomed and the hosts arranged transport to the place (otherwise it would have been a challenge to find!) They carried our luggage to our door and gave good recommendations and welcoming gifts of fruit. The place had everything we needed to be comfortable and was very charming. I found the beds comfortable. It was in a nice location away from the noise of the main tourist area, but also close enough to walk everywhere. There was a grocery store nearby and restaurants. I would stay here again!

Excellent Stay in Oia

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Oia. This house was perfect for us, very close to amazing restaurants, a vineyard with wine tasting, and walking distance to the best sunset. Danny was very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back some day.

Serenity in the village

Thank you Eleni for sharing your fantastic enchanting gem of a house with us and thank you Melina for ushering us in and enlightening us about the charms of Finikia and the island itself. You made us feel at home in this authentic house and village where we felt immersed in the true Greek experience. Letting ourselves stay a few days allowed us to learn so much beyond what we thought Santorini was. From the way the grape vines are traditionally grown to the uniqueness of the cave houses to the secluded beaches and the local village restaurants of the beaten path… All this makes for an experience we’ll never forget. Thank you!

An incredible stay

We cannot say enough good things about staying here. The house itself is so cool, it’s in Finikia which is a neighborhood right by Oia, took us about 10 min to walk to the beginning of Oia (you can spend probably 20-25 min walking after you get to the start of Oia). It is definitely for travelers and not for tourists. The house is so authentic, you feel like you are part of Greece instead of just observing it. It’s tucked away in the neighborhood through beautiful winding streets- there are no cars and it was so relaxing and quiet! Amenities were exactly what we needed. Sitting out on the terrace were some of our favorite moments because it felt so unique to be staying there. Irini was BEYOND helpful during our stay. She arranged transport to and from the airport, she met us when we got there, showed us the neighborhood, walked us through the house and gave us a quick run down of the map of Finikia, Oia and other popular towns in Santorini. She gave us the best restaurant recommendations, all of which we loved! She arranged our sailing tour and we even got a small discount when renting an ATV because we mentioned her. She absolutely went above and beyond to make us comfortable and we are so grateful! Again, this place was incredible and I really don’t have anything negative to say, would 100% recommend staying here or any of these properties owned by Eleni. If you do stay, we recommend lefkez in Finikia, so yummy and fun to have restaurants so close. Mes Amis is where we got coffee every morning, we loved Skiza the pizza place, mellitini for tapas, Skala for yummy Greek food at a really good price/portion ratio.
