The space
Situated in Baxedes beach only a 5 minute drive from the famous and cosmopolitan village of Oia and a 20 minute walk from the traditional village of Foinikia, offers to its guests privacy and amazing views both to the sunset from its western terrace and sunrise from its eastern veranda. The eastern veranda features an external fresh water hydromassage and uninterrupted views to the beach. The spacious suite of 70 sq meters is consisted of an open plan kitchen and living room area with a big sofa where you can relax and watch TV or listen to music. The fully equipped kitchen has an exquisite traditional style with a fridge, stove top, toaster, coffee making facilities etc. A real jewel to it is the carved handmade plate rack . The bathroom made by forged cement in beige color combines traditional style with modern furniture. It has a shower area and includes a luxury set of bathroom amenities as well as towels. For our ladies we have a hairdryer and even a hair straightener. The master bedroom facing the west, has a king size double bed and an open closet. We also provide you with an iron and an ironing board. A big plus is the access to a second balcony with a sitting area. The loft bedroom is as cozy as it gets and has a queen size double bed.

Baxedes Beach, Greece

We are located right in front of “Baxedes Beach” in Oia, just 3km from the busy center of the village. Here you can find all the beauty and calmness you need to relax meditating and falling asleep with the sound of the waves.
You can choose to refresh yourself in our fresh water hydromassage, enjoying the infinite sea view from our balcony or swim in the beautiful Baxedes beach. Other nearby beaches (Columbo, Paradisos, Pori).
Getting around
To move around the island you have 3 options:
1) Local buses cheap but extremely packed, especially during summer, and not so very well connected.
2) Taxis must be called and make an appointment in advance.
3) Or Best of all to rent a car so you can freely move around and organize your day as you wish. Let us know if you need our assistance in renting a suitable for your needs car.
Guest access
Our beach villa features two verandas facing the east and the west. The eastern veranda gives you access to your private jacuzzi and under it there is a garden and a parking area that can be used only by our guests
Other things to note
The price includes a traditional breakfast basket, upon arrival, with seasonal fruit and vegetables as well as fresh eggs, honey, Greek yogurt and local products.

IMPORTANT NOTE
The fresh water hydromassage is not available during the months of December, January and February.
