En el Esplanade, estás realmente en el medio de todo: restaurantes, tiendas y boutiques interiores / exteriores, helados y el puerto deportivo, todo equilibrado con la privacidad y la tranquilidad del tercer piso. Para residentes e invitados, el Esplanade ofrece un gimnasio, sala común con cocineta y biblioteca, una hermosa piscina tranquila y jacuzzi, todo junto al puerto deportivo.

Nuestro condominio de 2 habitaciones / 2 baños cuenta con dos habitaciones amplias y actualizadas, ambas con balcones privados, una cocina de granito totalmente equipada, sala de estar con cómodos asientos y televisión de alta definición, dos baños completos, lavandería y entrada generosa. El espacioso dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king-size y el dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen-size. También hay colchones queen y twin en la unidad.

Beautiful location on Marco!

We had a wonderful month’s stay! The condo was very nicely appointed and great location to enjoy all that Marco Island has to offer. The owners are very kind, were accommodating, and quickly responsive to any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in their beautiful condo and plan to return again! Perfect location

It is like staying in a luxurious hotel with restaurants and shopping just below. Everything we needed was proviided and the owner was easy to locate when needed. We would stay here again if we returned to Marco Island.

The location couldn't be beat. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and groceries. The condo was large and well maintained, and the property had all of the amenities I could need.

Highly recommend! The condo was great and exactly as advertised. In the heart of the island with plenty of restaurants, shopping, etc within walking distance or a short drive. The owner, Laurie, was very thorough and helpful. Would definitely go back.

Wonderful condo!

The condo was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. This property is about one mile from the beach…we rented bikes and road to the beach. There are three awesome restaurants located at the complex of the condo. All restaurants overlook the intercostal for a fabulous view while dining.

Great Spot!

The condo is actually nicer in person than the photos even though the photos are beautiful. The kitchen is updated with beautiful white cabinets. The condo is spacious and clean. Lots of balcony area, too! We loved the location. There are restaurants right on the premises. There’s also an ice cream shop. The owners are very responsive and appreciative of you as a customer. I certainly hope we will have another opportunity to stay here.

Perfect condo, perfect location

We booked this property last minute for a family of 4 having never been to Marco Island. We couldn’t have asked for a better condo. It was spotless, beautifully decorated and very spacious. We had more than enough space. The pool and gym at Esplanade were wonderful. The kids loved being so close to Coldstone Creamery and my teenage daughter loved the clothing stores (though my wallet didn’t ha). Tigertail Beach was a short drive as was South Beach. It was conveniently located with lots of options for dining and morning walks. Would highly recommend this condo! Laurie was a fantastic host and even allowed us to check in early and check out late due to not having guests before/after us. She was very responsive and if we come back to Marco I would book with them again in a heartbeat.

Great location, nice condo, traffic noise

Great condo, but on noisy thoroughfare making balconies loud. Kitchen lacked usable equipment so had to purchase pans.dirty pans were left in the oven. Owner asked us to purchase pots and pans for her and reimbursed. Not what I wanted to do on my thirtieth anniversary. When trying to open living room curtain, the curtain rod fell on my head and had apparently been taped together with masking tape. Limited beach equipment, towels, and convenience items. Owner told us it is not a beach unit so therefore supplies were limited, but asked us to buy equipment for her, which we didn’t. We were on vacation, not working for the owner who charged a premium amount per night. Almost no hooks to hang wet towels and bathing suits, and pillows were cheap and old. Marco Island is wonderful and for us, this was definitely a beach unit at a premium rate and for the money we paid we expected a working and clean kitchen, beach gear, and comfortable bedding and towel hooks. I hope the owner provides those things for renters in the future. It wouldn’t cost very much, but it would reflect the high price of the unit. The owner was very nice and responsive and we greatly appreciated it.

Lovely and very comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely condo with balconies in a perfect location. We didn't rent a car. Marco island getaway

From the moment we booked this condo until we left we were in constant communication with the owners. They let us check in early at no extra charge. The unit was clean, the beds were comfy and the location was good. We could walk to a lot of restaurants and shops. The only gripe with the condo is that it is not beach front but bay front. The nearest beach is about 1.5 miles away and you can’t really walk to it. Another tip is to ensure you take a sun shelter since it is hot and the sun burns. Most beachfront hotels will not rent out shade unless your staying at their property. This unit provided beach towels, chairs and even a cart. This unit is great for families, couples or even if your traveling solo. If we ever make it back out to this area we will not hesitate to repeate book.

Beautiful large condo with multiple decks. We ended up walking to dinner every night because the restaurants close by were soo good! Owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. She also provided great info/recommendations about the island which we found very helpful. We hope to come back in the future!

Great location and responsive owners

We had a great time on Marco Island. The condo was a great getaway for our family and is close to the key things we wanted - beach, grocery and drug stores, and good restaurants and ice cream in the complex. Special thanks to Laurie and her husband for being very responsive and going over and above when we had a couple hiccups.

Exceptional! Great condo. Ideal location.

Well-appointed condo in the Esplanade, which is an ideal place for us to vacation on Marco. The property is a mixed use development with condos above a marina and retail shops. The retail shops are very nice and include 4 or so restaurants/bars and a Cold Stone Creamery. There is also an open-air bar that is one of the nicest on the island and is “the place to be” on certain nights. Across the street is a grocery store. Everything is super convenient, but still quiet. Pool is great with nice chairs and structures that provide shade. Condo itself is well-appointed and clean. Everything works. Condo has huge amounts of deck space. Parking is covered and gated. Owner/manager communicates effectively. We will return.
