Escape to this beautiful Paradise..
This is a beautiful unit. It is located in the Somerset Complex, which is gated and Beachfront. The complex offers Tennis, two swimming pools and barbeque grille area. There are restaurants, movie theater and ice cream just a short stroll across the street. If you don't want to drive, you can also walk down the beach to several restaurants.
This is a 122 unit building and a wide beach lot, which means the beach is less crowded than other higher density areas.

The bathrooms have glass tile showers, granite counters and excellent water pressure. We have washer/dryer IN the unit for your convenience. Unit sleeps 4 comfortably, but can accommodate a 5th if its a child in a rollaway bed. We have Usb ports located in the living room and Master bedroom for convenience.
Unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest.


The kitchen offers granite counters, stainless appliances and a desk area as well.
This is a NON SMOKING UNIT. Please No smoking. NO Pets.

We also offer free high speed internet.

We have a 55 inch Smart TV in the living room as well as flat screens mounted to the wall in each bedroom.

We leave beach umbrellas, cart , coolers, and several chairs for your use. Our unit has a "Sand Room" which is so practical and gives us a place to store all of these items so guests can use. It offers the guests an opportunity to live like the owner. All of these items are available to you.
You can get to the beach by elevator or stairs. It is just a short walk downstairs and you are at the Sand.

The lanai is oversized and oceanfront/beachfront. You will enjoy watching the dolphins and the amazing sunsets!

$154.90 Association Management fee is Guests responsibility and due with rental application.

Family Vacation

We had the best week in a great condo, relaxing by the beach, collecting shells and eating amazing food.Amy was great to work with. She answered all our questions without delay.The condo had everything we needed as well as all the beach equipment and beach towels.We saw amazing sunsets from our balcony. Great spot!

We absolutely loved our time on Marco Island. This rental was perfect for what we needed. Hosts are very easy to work with. Rental was very well equipped with everything we needed for the beach!The only small negative I will say is that the cleaning crew was not out of our rental by the 4 PM check-in, which was a little frustrating and there were strands of hair in all the showers and sinks like it wasn't cleaned well

Property and condo both very clean. Parking conveniently close to condo. Great security. Condo easy access to pool/beach with stairwell outside of entrance. Eye level with beach/ocean provided for beautiful sunsets.

Excellent condo, building, and less crowded beach.

Definitely would recommend the Somerset building and this condo. Very comfortable and nice floor plan. Enjoyed the less crowded part of the Marco Island beach. Only issue (which is Florida) is that when we opened the silverware drawer, a roach ran away. We dishwashed all the silverware and didn't see any other insects during our week's stay. Was our first time to Marco, and would like to return. For sure,we would stay here again. For anyone who hasn't been before, great place to stay, excellent restaurants, and wide beaches. Just bring your credit cards, it's not a discount place.

Overall the unit was nice, great views, newer appliances, updated Minor issues with obtaining the keys. Recommend having a local place for key pickup instead of counting on the USPS. Owner very responsive

Great condo right on the beach with amazing views! Owner was great in communicating during Hurricane Helene especially! Kept in close contact and was always very responsive! Wonderful trip for us and would definitely go back!

Excellent as always!

Our family has stayed in this unit several times. Amy is incredibly responsive and the unit fits our needs perfectly…that’s why we keep coming back! Love having the ample beach equipment right there in the front of the condo for easy access.

Great stay

Had a wonderful stay this week! It was a great location with all the necessities and then some! Property was entirely as advertised. It was awesome for our kids (5&3) to have their own room to share. There were plenty of beach essentials there for us, so that was an added bonus! We had an unusual week with extremely rainy conditions and we were still able to find plenty to do within a short drive. Most of all the host was SUPER responsive to all of my inquiries prior to our stay and was also available to help address an issue during our visit which was much appreciated. Would recommend for sure!!

Wonderful stay

We love Marco and Somerset and this trip was no exception. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There were plenty of beach umbrellas, chairs, and wagons which made it super easy to get to the beach and back. The view of the sunsets was spectacular! We would absolutely stay here again. Fantastic unit with a wonderful view and great beach access. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked really well. Owners provided beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas... a real bonus! Highly recommend!

We have always vacationed in Florida and up the East coast from Maryland, the Carolinas and throughout Florida. Marco Island was by far our favorite. The sand is white and the beach is long. It is truly our ocean paradise!!! The beaches aren't overcrowded and it is ideal for our family. I am sure that you will find it is perfect for yours too!!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I love to walk the beach daily and love the calm, warm waters of the gulf of Mexico. My family loves to fish at the beach as well as swim in the gulf and play tennis. We also enjoy the amazing seafood supply that we can get here- either by fishing for it or purchasing it at the local fish store.
This condo is truly beachfront/oceanfront. So easy to walk downstairs and go right out the the beach. If you forget something in the unit, its not a big deal, just a short walk back. This is our paradise! I hope you will love it too!!
