En WAKE & LAKE Cottage, está justo en Clam Lake y a minutos de Torch Lake. Recorra la cadena de lagos en barco y mantenga su barco en el muelle para su estadía. Nuestra casa tiene capacidad para 6-7 personas con 2 dormitorios (1 reina, 1 completo, 1 doble), un nuevo sofá cama y 2 baños. El plano de planta abierto y las ventanas permiten vistas desde todas las habitaciones. Una cubierta expansiva y un muelle permanente ofrecen mucho espacio para tomar el sol y descansar. A la parrilla una comida encantadora con la parrilla de carbón.

Se dispone de lanchas cercanas (lanzamiento de Butch's y Public Clam Lake). El resbalón del barco puede acomodar hasta 24 'en bote a solo unos pasos de la casa.

Proporcionaremos ropa de cama, toallas y un kit de inicio de productos de papel. La cocina está equipada con platos, ollas / sartenes y utensilios. La hora de entrada es a las 4 pm y la salida es a las 11 am normalmente.

Atracciones cercanas... Camine hasta Dockside en 5 minutos para tomar una copa, almorzar o cenar en Torch Lake. Disfrute de bebidas y comida en la famosa fábrica de Shorts en menos de 10 minutos.

There were several small oversites when we arrived. I will address the owner directly, as not sure if this was due to our "later in the season rental"? Otherwise, I would have given it a 5-star review. House has a great layout with 2 Main suites on opposite ends of house, allowing for in home separation. Lake front was beautiful & used it in evenings to enjoy late afternoon sun & sunsets after long days of hiking in the area. Being later in season, boat traffic was @ a minimum. So very peaceful. I could see how nice it would be in summer with a boat too. Many outdoor activities nearby. We enjoyed the changing of colors throughout the area, as well as the multitude of lakes & rivers.

Beautiful, well appointed lake home with a lovely water view. Great deck for sitting and enjoying a late afternoon drink as well as dinner. House has generous dining and seating arrangements. Owners were easy to work with and promptly answered any questions we had.

Rented Wed. through Sun. Arrived in the evening. Was surprised that the driveway is steep. Wanted to grill with the Traeger but it wouldn't work. Texted owners and they were very responsive even though it was late. Turns out it's a bad GFCI outlet but not another place to plug in. Also discovered no kayak paddles anywhere on premises. Owners ordered an extension cord for the Traeger and new kayak paddles but unfortunately they wouldn't arrive until Sat. which was too late for our use. We toured the area and the location was only minutes from many things. The home was very clean. A bit worn in some areas but still functioned & fit our needs. Beds were comfortable. The open concept was nice however there is a lip on the floor between the dining and kitchen which is a trip hazard. Only one pot cover for all of the pots for the stove. Owners provided coffee; nice touch! Beautiful deck and back area. Overall we enjoyed the stay and it mostly covered our needs. Found it to be quiet and relaxing which is the point!

Perfect Home Base For Fall Getaway

This home perfectly fit our needs for our fall adventure. The location on the lake shore made for relaxing mornings and evenings with beautiful views across the water. The home is well-appointed and the layout was great for my wife and me and our sister-in-law. The kitchen has everything you need, and the beds are super comfortable. But the common areas are the best - open and inviting; the fireplace is an added bonus. Everything was super clean! Last, the multi-level decking is spectacular! We hope to return some day!

This house had everything! Plus a great location.

We were a family of six and had plenty of room for everyone to have a bed. We had multiple decks to lounge on, eat together. sit around the fire pit. All the places for boats or jet skis if we rented. Inside, we had a huge table to eat and play card games. There were two sitting areas and a nice sized TV. The kitchen had everything we needed. The washer and dryer worked great. The location is great. We were walking or boating distance to a restaurant, across the river from the boat gas station, We used the chain of lakes to explore up to Bellaire lake on the boat as well as Torch Lake and the sandbar there. We were a short drive to Shanty Creek to golf and eat, plus Short's brewery. The beds were also comfy. They provided an extra twin mattress that one of our kids slept on, plus a pull out couch in the living room if needed. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Family Vacay 2024

Very well kept cottage, location is perfect. We brought our own pontoon boat and were able to visit 3 different lakes without taking the boat out of the water. Highly recommend if you love the lake and boating. The deck is gorgeous and we lived the fire pit down by the lake. Check in & out went very smoothly. Will be back for sure.

Clam Lake Family Vacation 2023

It was a perfect family getaway. The lake house is very well kept, upgraded kitchen and fully stocked. I loved getting up in the morning and enjoying my coffee while I looked about that the lake. So relaxing! So beautiful!

Wonderful location to enjoy such a beatiful area. Wake and Lake had all the needed amenities, was very clean, and responsive communication. We had such a great trip we are sure to book again in the future.

Wonderful lake house! One of the best! Full access to lake.Classic morning and evening sunsets.Cozy fireplace. We also enjoyed hiking in several Natural Areas located nearby.

Spring Break

Although we went north for spring break (our mistake), we didn’t miss out on views during the snowstorm. We were not able to hike as planned. We went to Short’s for carry out and hung at the house and it’s the perfect setup for a family. Great sitting areas. Kitchen was perfect for two moms. Very clean house. We will stay again.

Wake and Lake

This was the perfect location for our girls weekend! Plenty of space to visit, and we all loved the view of the lake. The gas fireplace was one of my favorite things about the cottage also, so warm and welcoming, especially for a snowy weekend.

Girls Getaway

Myself and 3 girlfriends stayed at this fantastic home on Clam River. The home had everything we needed, the views were amazing, the accommodations comfortable, our hosts were great to work with and we came home refreshed and filled with lots of great memories. This is a great location for day tripping. We hit Bellaire, TC, Alden, Leland, Lake Leelanau and Northport. After a day of shopping and a little "tasting" returning home to a fire in the fireplace and our jim-jams made for a great evening of laughter and storytelling. Every woman should treat themselves to a trip like this and choosing this home would be a bonus!

Our stay here was very comfortable. The view is fantastic in the house has all the amenities that you went away from home. Kitchen was super well stocked and the beds were comfy.
