Great place to stay when visiting Burke Mountain! Quick 5 minute drive to the mountain. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Will definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying here. The location is great, especially if biking with kids. The house was immaculate and has great amenities. I reached out to the manager and received a response immediately.

This was a wonderful place for our weekend getaway! Everything from the initial communication to our exit was perfect. The home and property was beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. The home had everything we needed for our stay and was so well organized anything we needed was easy to find and in a logical spot. And while we didn’t need anything, if we did the home is only a short distance from the lovely town center. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. We especially loved the fire pit, the front porch, and the second floor deck off the master bedroom. We enjoyed our stay so much and hope we get to visit again in the future!

The home is exactly as pictured and described. It provides a great outdoor space with grill, picnic table and fire pit. The location allowed for an easy walk into the cute and fun downtown. The host was responsive and very easy to work with.

Kingdom Trails trip

We have stayed at this house several times and will be back. This house is meticulously maintained and has even been upgraded since last year! All the amenities a mountain bike group could need.

This a great property with the river running through the back yard. Quick and easy access to the trail network. Great bike storage and tool kit. Highly recommended for riders.

This is the 4th time we’ve stayed here - and it never disappoints. Perfect location, super comfortable, really well fitted out, spotlessly clean. The bike storage, wash, tools - just perfect. Great host - always very clear communication. Will be back - 100% recommend for any MTB group.

This place is terrific. It has everything you could need for a mountain bike trip to Burke. Super comfortable, spotless, right in the middle of the village. Bike wash, bike stand, secure storage, great outdoor space. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay at the riverside cottage

We had a wonderful time staying at the riverside cottage. It was exactly as described. Clean, kitchen was well stocked, extra gas for the grill was great! Outside dining area and firepit by the river was awesome. We spent time playing in the river and kicking ball in the yard. Location to trails was a plus. We will be back!

Perfect location for Kingdom Trails

This is my 4th time staying at Robin’s place - and it never disappoints. Perfect location, spotlessly clean, everything you need for modern comforts, bike lock with bike stand and tools. Great communication- as always. 4 mountain bikers - just ideal for what we needed. Will be back again next year.

Family gathering

Nice property, very spacious outdoors with 2 decks overlooking the backyard abutting the river. Front yard a bit shallow and close to route 114. Main floor comfortable and conducive to family gatherings, kitchen well appointed and easy to prepare meals and dining room comfortably seats 8. Bedrooms a bit tight but not an issue if you’re enjoying the outdoors! We would recommend this house!

This is the second time we stay at this location , the house is constantly updated , the garage has everything to clean and fix your bike , the house is really comfortable has everything needed , coffee pods , spice , tire lever !!! etc …. This is the best Vrbo I’ve rented . Thank you

Another great stay at this property

This is the 5th or 6th time I’ve stayed here over the past 6 or 7 years - and the standards have remained top notch. Location is absolutely ideal - 2 min walk to the welcome center, Tiki Bar, the pub, the bike shop - ideal. Spotlessly clean, everything you need in the kitchen, comfortable throughout, fire pit area, BBQ, River at the bottom the garden to cool off in. Robin is communicative and clear - check in is a breeze - they even were able to facilitate EV charging. Will be back - 100%

Great place that’s we’ll set up for mountain bikers

We stayed two nights at this property and had a great experience - it exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it. Great location, clean, charming, and well set up for mountain bikers. We are already thinking about our next stay. Only bits of feedback would be that (1) there is a damp/mold smell in the downstairs bath room (2) the multiple tv remotes are challenging to use, and (3) it’s possible to lock yourself out on the up stairs deck - I did and had to wait until someone got home to let me out! The owner might address with a different locking system. Otherwise a great stay.

east burke northern kingdom

Very nice property! Cozy, clean and tidy. This is an "intimate" property meaning there are few places to distance yourself from others. If weather permits the yard is spacious and the upper deck is a great place to hang out. So, if your group gets along and plays nicely together, look no further you won't be disappointed. Access to bike trails was excellent, literally a short ride from the house. Also very close to Burke Mt ski area if that's on your list of reasons to visit the area. I'd stay here again and recommend this property to family and friends. I can think of no higher review.

Perfect location

Perfect place for trip to KT. The location was perfect for getting to the trails and walking to restaurants and ice cream. The outdoor fire pit and the creek also got good use. Great trip!

Biking getaway!

So I have rented alot of houses all over the country and this might be my favorite house yet. Communication with Robin was simple and prompt. The house literally has everything you need to enjoy biking in the Kingdom. I love the 5 gallon water jug they leave so you have fresh water. The outside shower was amazing, its a little open and not very private but I did not care. I realized after one days shower I need an outside shower in my life. Thank you Joe
