Apreciará esta casa con vista al desierto de mediados de siglo que está perfectamente ubicada a solo 1/2 millas del centro de la ciudad de Palm Desert ya poca distancia a pie de las tiendas y restaurantes de El Paseo. También está a poca distancia de las rutas de senderismo de Cahuilla Hills y las canchas de tenis comunitarias, junto con los senderos para bicicletas de montaña Bump y Grind.

Esta casa es un clásico con sus altos techos abovedados con vigas de madera.
El patio trasero es muy privado, pero tiene maravillosas vistas al frente y detrás de las montañas, palmeras y cielo hermoso. Es un lote doble muy espacioso con un paisaje minimalista del desierto.

La casa tiene nuevas baldosas de porcelana en todas partes. Pintura fresca en todo y un refrigerador nuevo, lavadora y secadora grandes, lavaplatos y microondas. La cocina está totalmente equipada para sus necesidades de cocina y entretenimiento.

La luminosa sala de estar fluye hacia el patio y el área de la piscina creando una sensación muy abierta. La sala de estar cuenta con un nuevo televisor de alta definición cómodo y seccional profundo de 48 pulgadas con blue ray / DVD para relajarse y disfrutar del retroceso. Juegos y DVDs están disponibles. Se proporciona WiFi ilimitado.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de espuma de memoria Cal King Bamboo, un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas y un reproductor de Ray / DVD azul. Tiene su propia unidad de calefacción y aire acondicionado de dos niveles que es muy silenciosa. Tiene un gran armario que está junto a la lavandería y el baño principal, que tiene una ducha de azulejos nuevos.

Los dormitorios # 2 y # 3 tienen camas nuevas de espuma de bambú con memoria de reina. Todas las camas cuentan con dos juegos de sábanas suaves de alta calidad.

Spring Golf & Swim

Best location in Palm Desert with a private pool. We kept busy with early morning desert hikes on the Gabby Hayes trail, breakfasts, lunches, and sunset dinners either on our own private pool patio or at one of the fantastic local restaurants. Numerous golf courses are minutes away, the beautiful Living Desert gardens is a must see for anyone, and the El Paseo drive is a shoppers paradise. Highly recommended!

Palm Desert Getaway

Perfect location for walking to the El Paseo shopping areas as well as hiking the many trails in the neighborhood. Very comfortable home and the kitchen is very well stocked from cookware, spices, serving dishes and appliances. Great private backyard for swimming, barbecuing and outdoor dining. The owners/hosts were quick to respond with any questions or needs.

Quiet and comfort

This was a perfect location and house for my annual writing retreat of older women. The house is well stocked and well laid out for four people to work individually and together. We appreciated the outdoor space and walking distance to restaurants, away from the more crowded and noisy Palm Springs. The owners are very responsive to questions and our experience overall was great.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Dieses Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen, ruhigen Wohngegend. Wir lieben den Baustil der 60er Jahre. Der Blick auf die Berge ist ein Traum. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bad des Masterschlafzimmer ist eher eine Waschküche mit kleinem Bad, aber zweckmäßig. Vor dem Haus gibt es eine Überwachungskamera, zum Schutz gut, allerdings fühlt man sich etwas beobachtet.

Our piece of heaven

We love Palm Desert and this private hideaway is a treasure. Quite with our own pool waiting for a refreshing day on the air mattress with a good book. Can’t wait until our next visit.

Pure enjoyment

We spent a month in this home and would have been happy to spend even more time. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need, lots of towels, great pool towels, kitchen gear and etc. Outdoor space was lovely. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

Location and Privacy

This is a comfortable, well provisioned house in an ideal location with a very private fenced pool/patio area which is sparse on landscaping but which has great views of the sunrise on the nearby San Jacinto mountains and sunset on the Little San Bernardinos across the valley. The house has mid-century modern furniture and style but newer, very comfortable firm beds. It's easy to have guests as two bedrooms and full bath are located on one side of the living room/kitchen area and the master is on the other side. The master bedroom is very large. The associated 1/2 bath is a small area in the larger laundry room. It's basic but you get used to it. All bedrooms have large closets. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and there were some condiments and spices. The location is ideal It's a 10-20 minute walk to grocery stores, Starbucks, the Wednesday farmer's market, El Paseo with its shops and restaurants. A 5 minute walk takes you to the Cross, Gabby Hayes, and Hopalong Cassidy trails. It's a 15-20 minute drive to Palm Springs canyon trails and airport. In the other direction it's 15-20 minutes to La Quinta. We enjoyed our stay and our hosts, Kim and Greg, were very responsive and helpful when we had a couple of problems with the pool heater and the front door lock. We liked having owners rather than a management company. If it weren't for the requirement for the 27 day rental in Palm Desert we would be back for a couple of weeks.

Location, Location, Location

If you are looking for a property that is located within walking distance to everything then this is the home for you! It’s a short 10 minute walk to the Shops of El Paseo and hiking trails are located at the end of the street. This home has a beautiful swimming pool with an unbelievable view of the valley. The owners of this property have done an outstanding job of thinking of everything to make your stay comfortable. Amazing beds and linens. It was also a treat to find a well stocked kitchen. Greg and Kim were very responsive to our questions and always very helpful.

Great location

We were on a writing retreat and found the layout of the house to be perfect for us to spread out and have our own spaces to work. We loved that the kitchen was so well-stocked and spent hours poolside. When we had internet problems one day, the owners were immediately responsive. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants and hiking trails. We will be back to this quiet neighborhood.

Absolutely wonderful!

I don't know where to start, because for us, the house and location made for one of our best vacations ever. Dealing with the owner beforehand was simple, and upon arrival, I knew that we had found something special! The house is meticulously cared for, there are so many 'extras' that make for a great stay - all the essentials that you need, but becomes expensive to fully stock for a time period, are all there and it was just so great. The house is brilliantly located only 2 blocks from the start of walking trails (which are awesome), there are tennis courts there too (ideal after 7pm when the sun goes down!), and any shops and restaurants you need are literally only a mile away! El Paseo is like a Rodeo Drive, there are a wide variety of restaurants close by (excellent Greek and Thai), and again, the house, too perfect. Sitting out by the pool with the bbq, overlooking the Palm Springs valley = perfection. Only half hour to the airport, and other great trails (Whitewater Preserve has a running creek in the middle of Summer to wade in), beautiful views from the Cable Car in P.S, great yoga studio nearby - this house is, quite simply, perfect to just slide into for a month, if you're working from home, plenty of room, and the neighborhood is lovely and safe. Again, can't thank the owners enough, they were so helpful and I honestly think it's been one of our best trips ever, I didn't want to leave.

Dreams come true!

From beginning to end it was wonderful! Owners were always available for our needs. Location was close to all our activities. Golf, shopping, favorite eating establishments, walking/hiking great location in a very nice neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked beon our needs. The owners thought of everything. The pool was lovely, lots of room for play time or hours on a float. The views of mts were perfect. Can’t say enough. You won’t be disappointed … beds too were great. Hope to return soon.

From the moment you walk into this home you are greeted by the all the special touches and extra amenities that the owners have so painstakingly taken to make their childhood home welcome to all that are fortunate enough to stay. Lovely stay

Hosts were fantastic - friendly & communicative. House is beautifully decorated, comfy, super clean & well stocked with anything you could need. The pool and views are wonderful! Great location as well. I would absolutely recommend & will stay again if I have the chance.

Perfect stay

Kim and Greg were great hosts: communicative, available and friendly. The house was fully stocked, clean and perfect for a month’s stay. The location is ideal, with hikes and cycling nearby and the pool was to die for (and our dog loved running around). I would 100% recommend and will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Beautiful Stay

We had a lovely month at this property. My husband and I were both working remotely and had no issues with the internet. We loved eating dinner on the back patio, watching the sunset over the mountains and the hummingbirds coming to the feeder. The pool was absolutely fantastic, and there are a couple hiking trails within walking distance. Close to shops, but feels private. Not a ton of frills but we didn’t need them. For the price, we felt it was a great value.

Loved this property

Hosts were on top of everything thing. We needed a few items and they were there in a flash. Pool is bigger than many private pools. Interior is beautifully decorated and home is very spacious. Everything is within walking distance. Hope to be back again next year!

Perfect location

Amazing home, great property owners, great pool, and a great location! We had a wonderful time here and the property is perfectly located within walking distance to El Paseo and the Cahullia hills park for hiking. The yard is clean and the pool was perfect for relaxing by on the warmer days. We would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone! Perfect place for those who want to come relax and not have to drive to anything palm desert has to offer! Thanks Kim and Greg!
