This was our third stay at this property. We come to Pebble Beach regularly and if this property is available we will always try to book it. It is the most comfortable and beautifully maintained property in this area. It is also very close to the ocean. Larry is wonderful to deal with. Couldn't ask for more.

Lovely property

This is a beautiful hom e with absolutely everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and we needed for absolutely nothing. Gorgeous surroundings and lovely home with very high end everything! Comfortable beds and plenty of room for the family. Would stay again.

Our stay at Villa Maggio was a wonderful way to spend time with family and explore NoCal. We used it as a base from which to take day trips to San Fran, Palo Alto, Santa Cruz, and Big Sur. And of course, we were only 15 minutes from downtown Monterey and Carmel, which we visited often for walks and dining. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood (good for walking) and has a great kitchen, which we used for some great family dinners. The beds were all very comfortable, and the HVAC system maintained a perfect temperature level. The owner, Larry, maintained great communication when making the reservation. I'd highly recommend a stay at Villa Maggio!

Beautiful home! Check in was very convenient. Larry is a wonderful host, very attentive and promptly responding from the start of making reservations with helpful information about the area. Comfortable beds, and living spaces. Lovely outdoor settings to enjoy coffee in the morning. Very quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located from the beach to Pebble Beach Golf. Everything you would need for a perfect getaway!

Excellent home and location

We loved everything about our stay. Larry gave detailed information about the home, and it was smooth and easy to access. The home had all of the basics to get started, and we especially enjoyed the fire pit and barbecue in the courtyard. We look forward to returning in the future.

Perfect Pebble Vacay

Great location, property and manager. Lucky to have found this VRBO. Quiet neighborhood and a 10 minute walk to some of the most beautiful coastline anywhere. House has lots of natural light which we prefer. Only good things to say about our time here.

Wonderful Long Weekend Getaway

This was our second time staying at the property and it was great time, again. The house is a great size and layout for families, and the kids especially liked running along the long hallways. Larry was easy to get ahold of with questions and exceptionally pleasant to chat with. Location is spot on with description and we could hear the waves through our open windows at night. Already considering when we can rent the house again...

Spacious and clean!

Our stay was very comfortable and convenient for our tennis camp at Pebble Beach. We slept great and had plenty of room. The courtyard was lovely, although we didn’t get a chance to really use it -we really loved the kitchen as well. Thank you!

Our stay in Pebble Beach.

Wow was the word used when we saw the house from the outside. The inside of this home is even more impressive. Very well appointed and comfortable. Best VRBO home we have stayed in so far. We were traveling with family from Scotland and had a great time visiting the area. 👍

Get-a-way Del Monte Forest

Our first impression was that the house smelled stale (like it had been closed for a long time). Upon entering the property and driving up to the garage entrance we notice a lot of cobwebs on the roof tile right above the garage. The was not, unfortunately, the end to seeing cobwebs. We notice cobwebs in the ceiling corners in the master bedroom and middle hallway bedroom. We also notice cobwebs in the ceiling in the dining area. With all these cobwebs it was not long before we saw spiders. We killed two spiders in the middle hallway bedroom. My son has a terrible fear of spiders. I contacted the owner regarding this, and I was told that that is expected in the Del Monte Forest and that I should keep the doors closed. I was like “What?”. He later communicated to me that he could have a person come to the house to spray for spiders that I would be set-up a time since I had to be there. I told him not to bother because I was on vacation and had plans. I have stayed at other properties before, but this must rate as the worst. The televisions in the master and middle bedroom were analog not HD. Unbelievable. We found coffee for the coffee machine in the garage and we could not locate a broom. I work hard, like everyone else, to enjoy and great vacation property. This property to rent for a week was not cheap and quite frankly for the money I expected more. I would not recommend this property.

Had a great stay at Larry’s place. The house was a very short walk to the beach . Location was prime. Very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is a cook’s dream . Larry was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. We are planning already our next get away. Highly recommended

Fantastic location near the ocean off 17 mile drive. Quiet neighborhood with access to Pebble Beach Resort amenities as well as Carmel, Pacific Grove and Monterey. Lovely kitchen well appointed with all the necessities. Good floor plan and all the resources needed to enjoy the property. Great value and would stay there again.

Pleasant Pebble Beach Stay

This is a very well kept home with everything you could possibly need. One of the cleanest homes I’ve ever rented. The location was perfect for us and we enjoyed being able to stroll down to the beach and the quietness of the neighborhood. The owner was a joy to work with.

Nice location and plenty of space for family

6- minute drive to Pebble Beach and easy walks along Spyglass, Cypress Point, and Monterey Peninsula. Quiet for sleeping and enjoyed outdoor patio space for coffee and family conversation.

Wonderful stay along 17 Mile Drive

This property was spectacular and the accommodations were 5+ stars. It is a wonderfully laid out home, sits in on a quiet street with easy access to the 17 Mile Drive and Pacific Ocean. I highly recommend this property if you are coming to the Monterey/Carmel area. The property managers were extremely efficient, friendly and made the entire stay very easy.
