Living Spaces
This 1,500 sf, 2-level home has been thoughtfully updated and is freshly furnished for your comfort and enjoyment.
The spacious living room boasts stunning high vaulted ceilings, creating an airy, open feel and enhancing the natural light that pours in through large windows. Featuring refinished oak hardwood floors, new carpet in the bedrooms, and laminate flooring in the kitchen and baths, this home blends classic charm with modern updates.
A recently updated deck offers the perfect space for outdoor entertaining.

Kitchen and Dining
The sunny kitchen is fully-equipped so you can create your favorite meals at home and when you want to dine out, the nearby options are endless. The dining table comfortably seats 6 so you can gather to enjoy meals, chats and board games.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Each bedroom has a charming vintage sports theme and luxurious bedding.
Upstairs:
Bedroom #1 is the 'Tennis Room' and it has a queen bed, TV and desk with an office chair.
Bedroom #2, the 'Croquet Room', has a queen bed and a TV.
The bathroom on this level is accessed from both the hallway and directly from Bedroom #1. It has a shower-over-tub combination.
Downstairs near the living spaces:
Bedroom # 3, the 'Golf Room', has a queen bed and a TV.
The lower level full hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination.

Parking for one vehicle is available in the over-sized one-car garage (It is possible with skillful parking that you may be able to fit two small vehicles) and two more vehicles can fit in the driveway.

The washer and dryer are available for guest use and they are located in the garage.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
