Acorn Studio es un apartamento estudio en el piso de arriba con dos camas Queen Murphy, una pequeña cocina y baño completo. Las comodidades incluyen una hermosa y nueva terraza cubierta con bañera de hidromasaje, patio, cancha deportiva, pozo de fuego y sala de lavandería. También tengo disponible para su uso: bádminton, equipo de softbol, raquetas de nieve, trineos, chalecos salvavidas, pelotas de baloncesto y mucho más. Vivo abajo en Chipmunk, un dormitorio. Viajo mucho, así que puede o no estar allí cuando tú lo estés. Tendrá prioridad sobre las comodidades.

Las comodidades son para MÁXIMO 4 PERSONAS REGISTRADAS SOLAMENTE. No se admiten mascotas, ni fumar. Hay cámaras de seguridad afuera. El huésped registrado debe tener críticas positivas previas, tener más de 25 años y estar presente. Por favor revise la política de cancelación antes de reservar.

10/10 no notes. Hot tub was perfect. It was quiet, calm, and very well maintained. Directions to property were perfect, easy to access even in the snow. Not a bad drive to Leavenworth, 30 minutes each way driving safe.Host was absolutely wonderful. Respectful, communicative, helpful and decent. Really we could not have asked for a better quiet and peaceful get-a-way.

Great Amenities!

My friend and I chose The Acorn for its ideal location, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The house not only met but exceeded our expectations. Every detail was meticulously organized, and everything was spotless. The communication throughout our stay was outstanding. I highly recommend this place!

Great Property and Great Hosts

Everyone here has probably stayed at a number of VRBOs by now and have a general assumption of what things willl look like; what will be missing or misrepresented from the post etc. Kim and Quinn are the exception to the rule. The Acorn was exactly as it was advertised, very well furnished and was completed with personal touches by the hosts that were above and beyond. Great experience, 5/5 all around.

Relaxing Property in the Mountains

My girlfriend and I stayed in the Acorn Studio for our anniversary and visit to nearby Leavenworth, WA. The property was clean, all the necessary amenities were supplied, and the hostess was friendly and communicated very well. We loved the covered outdoor area which included a spa, fire table, chaise lounges, Bluetooth speakers, and heaters for the cool evenings. The studio apartment had a kitchenette and everything we needed to cook small meals while at the residence. We will definitely be renting here again when we return to Leavenworth!

Paradise

Second leg of our honeymoon road trip. The location was quaint and quiet. Home owner lived on site and was very accommodating, but made us feel like we were the only ones there. It was much more beautiful in person, we will definitely be coming back!

Not what we were expecting

It wasn't evident to me that the property owner lives in the downstairs portion of the home on this property & that the rental included only a very small single room upstairs. Language and images on the advertisement could have made that more transparent.

A cozy getaway

Loved the amenities that came with this place. Nice location just 30 min away from Leavenworth. Very quiet and cozy studio. Kimberly was the primary communicator and she was very responsive to our needs.

Excellent cozy studio in the mountains!!

We had a blast staying at Acorn studio definitely recommend during Christmas time it’s amazing how beautiful it is and how many activities you can do as family or just with your spouse or friends. Mrs Kim was very helpful, always willing to help us and always suggesting different activities depending on what the weather forecast permitted.

To start, the hosts were fantastic! We maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process—before, during, and after our stay. The residence was truly exceptional, nestled in the midst of nature, just a brief 5-minute stroll from the river and within minutes of some fantastic trails. The blend of this idyllic location, tranquil natural surroundings, and a rejuvenating soak in the hot tub contributed to making this trip an absolute standout. I wholeheartedly recommend it—100%!

Incredible amenities and fantastic host!!

This was by far the best Vrbo we have stayed in!! Kim has thought of literally everything to make the experience completely seamless and easy! The space is relaxing, peaceful and very well thought through to make your stay the best it can be. We cooked several meals during our stay and she had everything we could possibly need beyond our expectations. We will definitely be staying here again

The amenities at Acorn Studio are amazing! The covered deck is high luxury.

Come during the winter for fun in the snow and make delicacies over the open fire. Come back from your adventures and soak in the hot tub and dine at the fire table.

In the summer, head to the lake or river, or play pickleball at the local court. Play tetherball and badminton in your private, sport court on site. A grill and all tools you need to prepare your barbecue feast are also available.
