La suite es parte de una hermosa casa ubicada en un vecindario tranquilo y apartado de Silverado Trail, a poca distancia del centro, que ofrece fácil acceso a los mejores restaurantes y bodegas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was exactly as described. The hot tub and private backyard were lovely. It is within walking distance of downtown Napa. We would easily come back to stay here again.

This is a really special property, nestled among some huge, old growth California oaks. We had the entire back yard and deck to ourselves, with beautiful gardens and a hot tub. The rooms were immaculate with high quality linens and a very comfortable bed. The hosts thought of everything we might need during our stay. They were gracious and kind—easy to reach if we needed something. Breakfast at the Sunshine Cafe and dinner at Torc were highlights for us. We were fortunate to be able to schedule a wine tasting at the Kasten Family Winery and art gallery which was 10 minutes away. Their wines are delicious and the gardens are amazing. The variety of artworks created by John Kasten were incredible. So much talent in this family!! Don’t miss the chance to enjoy all that is offered with this home. We look forward to returning!

Sweet stay in Napa

The stay was so great. Cynthia was wonderful. We were a quick day in and half in Napa for a wine tour. The tour knew Cynthias place a picked us up essentially at end of driveway. We did not know that the owners of the property also have a winery. We wish we would have had enough time to do that outside the tour we booked. Definately a great spot

Cynthia's place was perfect for our 3 night trip to Napa. Great location, super nice neighborhood. Very quiet at night and close to everything. We'll be back!

Perfect location!

This is an absolutely perfect place for your next stay so quiet and so relaxing! The hot tub was an added bonus! Very close to downtown Napa and a short drive to some of our favorite wineries. The host were wonderful, they thought of every detail when they outfitted this beautiful apartment. We will definitely be renting again when we return. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A Tranquil Retreat

We had a lovely stay at Cynthia’s during our stay in Napa. The backyard was so tranquil, and a great retreat after a long day of exploring. The place felt clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Next time we’ll try and make it to their place for wine tasting!

Short and Sweet

The stay was peaceful, the hot tub was hot, the bed was comfortable, the squirrels were busy. It was my first time staying in a room in someone's home. The hostess was lovely, left a nice bottle of wine. We did not have any complaints. Close the bathroom door when you go to sleep, because it gets Bright if you like to sleep in.

Gorgeous apartment just outside Downtown Napa

Loved the hot tub and the backyard. The bathroom was updated and the shower was great. Can't think of anything that could have been done better. Loved it!

Clean and easy stay in Napa. I was here for business and did not spend much time at the property but it was very easy to get in and out of, felt very clean and communication with the hosts was easy.

Napa with the love of my life

Wonderful time, host was helpful and pleasant and her wine was wonderful! Location was great and place was comfortable and enjoyed hot tub! Only recommendation we would make would to be to add a small microwave for leftovers.

Perfect place and close to downtown!

Comfy bed, nice bathroom and shower. Hot tub was perfect for a glass of wine at night. It was just what we were looking for! Cynthia and John are great people and we enjoyed our tasting at their winery. Great communication the whole time. Definitely recommend!

Perfect getaway spot!

The room was charming and the setting was brilliant. Conveniently located very close to Oxbow and downtown Napa, yet tucked away among the oak trees. Quiet, private. We loved the hot tub and sitting outside at night and listening to the crickets. responsive and caring host as well. We will be back!

Perfect get away in wine country!

We loved our experience with the Kastens. They helped arrange a birthday treat upon our arrival, made wonderful recommendations for visiting wineries, provided excellent communication and service. I loved our room and private access to the back patio and yard space! Sitting the the cool Napa weather in the spa was wonderful! Highly recommend!

Great location and stay

Great stay, comfy room, quiet location, private deck with jacuzzi and close to downtown Napa! The only suggestion for the room would be a microwave to warm up coffee in the mornings! They provide coffee, mini fridge and some snacks, overall great experience! Highly recommend!

Perfect Napa Oasis

Had a beautiful time at this wonderful Napa home, the owners are so kind and communicative. We feel so lucky to have enjoyed this space. Another plus is it is very easy to get to downtown Napa from the property!

Quiet and Cozy Getaway

We would love to come back to this place in the future. Tucked in a hillside with lots of trees in the backyard, this private suite feels secluded even though you're only minutes from downtown Napa. Very well-appointed and clean while maintaining a distinct character and making you feel welcome.

Gracious hosts

It’s always helpful when the hosts are gracious. We made a side trip to Napa after a trip to San Luis Obispo. The suite is cozy, clean with a nicely updated and spacious bathroom. It is on the 2nd floor and you enter through the lush back yard. My husband uses a walker and because the steps were wide and deep, he had no issues navigating the yard to the deck outside the suite. The location is conveniently about 5 minutes to downtown. The owners also own a winery and we made an impromptu stop there. We enjoyed visiting them, learning of the wine making process and sampling some of their wines. The husband is also an artist and the wine tasting room is filled with his paintings. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

Lovely getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay. The bedroom and bathroom were nicely and thoughtfully furnished. The patio/backyard was serene and relaxing. We loved sitting outside, savoring our coffees in the mornings and wine in the evenings among the greenery and the birds. The hosts were very gracious and accommodating. We loved the opportunity to taste their wines and get to know them.

Empty Nesters Napa Trip

Great property and host. We loved it with the really nice bathroom, spacious bedroom, cool deck and especially the hot tub. Nice location, not in town but just really across the bridge. Great Place we highly recommend and will be back.

Very private room in a great location

We loved our stay here! The pictures on the listing don't do justice to the absolute charm of this rental. The backyard and garden are just lovely. The house is built around beautiful mature oak trees, adding to its charm and coziness. The private hot tub and ambient bistro lights certainly add to the romantic atmosphere making it an idyllic place to stay in Napa. I don't think we could've asked for a better location. Downtown Napa is less than 10 minutes away and boasts plenty of fantastic places to eat, drink, and shop. We were only able to visit a few of the many restaurants/bars that were recommended to us by the locals, which gives us even more reasons to go back! On top of that, there are countless terrific wineries anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes away from the rental as well. The hosts were incredible. Check in was easy and communication was great. They provided lots of great recommendations for restaurants and wineries (which is how we planed most of our trip!) They also have sweetest little winery offsite where we enjoyed getting to know John and Cyndi over a few glasses. Couldn't recommend this stay enough and we can't wait to go back!!

With the children out of the house, we have turned some of the spare space into luxurious guest suites for vacation renters visiting the valley. We offer guests our favorite places to visit and are readily available to assist with any questions. Guests are provided a complimentary private wine tasting at our vineyard property located 5 miles away.
