Our Peaceful, Beach Escape From the City

Welcome to our happy place! Our home is located in Sag Harbor, half a block away from a private beach and walking distance from the quaint village of Sag Harbor with its vibrant shops, restaurants and nightlife. The house is very spacious with two living areas, two decks and a yard complete with patio and horseshoes. There are four bedrooms on the main floor and two bedrooms on the lower level. There are 7 beds total. the house has central air throughout. It is a serene place best suited for families with children, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. There is a ping pong table, gas grill and high-speed wifi. We welcome short and long-term rentals but no parties, pets or smoking please.

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend here. Our hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, and their home is absolutely beautiful. The location was ideal—just a short distance from so many great spots in the Hamptons. I would gladly stay here again!

Fantastic Experience!

The ladies in our family had an extremely wonderful stay at this home! The hosts were quick to provide all information we needed and easy to work with. The beautiful property coupled with the kind owners made this a wonderful experience.

Weekend Get Away

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this clean, spacious home. A short walk from both the beach as well as Sag Harbor, it was easy for us to enjoy all that the area had to offer. The hosts were very responsive, and the check-in process was seamless.

Girls weekend away

We used this as home base for a girls weekend in the Hamptons. Easy access via car or walking to downtown and close to wineries! The shared space was perfect for us all to hang and enjoy dinner every night and the beds super comfy. Highly recommend for any type of getaway!

Perfect House & Location

Linsey’s property was perfect for our group! The house was beautiful and the large kitchen made staying home for dinner easy. We had a large group and everyone was able to sleep comfortably and have the space to spread out. An added bonus was the large deck with a table to eat outside. It was the perfect location for us…close to the beach and Sag Harbor. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and even helped reset the ac for us remotely. 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for a beach rental!

Amazing house!

Girls weekend trip was complete with this perfect house! There was plenty of room for 12 of us to comfortably sleep, shower and hangout. The house was in excellent condition and clean. Linsey was amazing to work with. She communicated prompt with various questions I had. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful home, peaceful and private

We enjoyed our stay here. A very comfortable home, clean, organized and easy to settle into. The spacious great room, with sunken living room, high vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light looks out upon beautiful mature trees and landscaping, bringing nature inside. With spacious decking wrapped around the house, two kitchens, three TVs and a rec room there are ample gathering spaces for a large group. Comfortable beds and nice linens. Perfect, central location for exploring LI.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean, modern, spacious, and accurate to the listing. It was fully stocked with all the essentials we needed like linens, toilet paper, hand soap, coffee filters, pots/pans, dishes, mugs, and garbage bags. The house is walking distance to a private beach that was super convenient and a big plus. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful but still close enough to downtown Sag Harbor.

Sag Harbor House

This house was our home away from home for my family and friends for a week in April 2023. We couldn't have a better place to stay. The pictures online really don't do the house justice. It was a wonderful trip made so much better by a clean, well furnished, perfectly located house.

This was the perfect house for my my family. It was clean, beds very comfortable. Bathrooms updated with great lighted mirrors. It was great to have 2 Kitchens as my dad gets up very early and he had his own space. 2 Great porches to sit on and relax. 5 min drive to town where all the shops, restaurants etc are. Extremely quiet. This is a 10. Perfect for my older kids and my older parents everyone had their own space . Downstairs , finished basement with 2 bedrooms and Family room with ping pong foose ball etc. I highly recommend this peaceful beach escape.

Quiet piece of Heaven

Wedding weekend stay. The house was amazing. Very unique layout. Plenty of space to relax. The owners were top of the line communicators with details of everything from what different processes where to where to eat or what’s fun to do in the area. Located 2 blocks from a small private beach and less than 5 minutes to town. Great getaway.

Wedding weekend

We were in Sag Harbor for our son's wedding weekend. The set up at the house was ideal and perfect for our group of extended family. The two separate kitchen areas and lower level gave everyone an opportunity to spread out when needed. Highly recommend and if we return to the Hamptons will definitely be back!

Wedding/family weekend

Highly recommend this beautiful and perfectly located property. The host was thorough in instructions and very responsive to our few inquiries. The open kitchen seating area was great for sharing family conversation time. Of high priority to us was the cleanliness. The walkability to downtown and also along the beach enhanced the appeal of the location. Of note is that all 4 bathrooms are on the main floor. The outdoor decks, the lower level activity options of ping-pong, etc and the overall spacious environment contribute to a great place to stay. This beautiful home exceeded our expectations and we are grateful for the opportunity to have stayed here.

Very clean, met every expectation and conveniently located

This was a wonderful stay in Sag Harbor. The home was immaculate and very well equipped to support a large family gathering - pots and pans galore for those who like to cook in. Linsey was extremely responsive and accommodating. The set up of the house is a little different in that it has two kitchen and living room areas - one smaller than the other. The big one is large enough to easily support 12 guests, but we found having the two areas convenient during the times that we had a lot of cooking going on. We walked into town every day, enjoyed the local private beach just a two minute walk away, and took the car to the Hamptons beaches, just a 15 minute ride away from the house. Great location.

Perfect for a large group

House was clean and beds were comfortable. Most importantly, the host was very responsive and helpful. Location was great -- nice 15-20 min. walk to town and beach was at the end of the block.

Linsey answered all our questions promptly before and during our stay. The house was beautiful, clean, and was a wonderful “home away from home”. The property was located near shops and a beautiful beach. We will definitely recommend the property to others and may try to return again.

Nice property for our Family Gathering

We stayed at this property in August 2022 and had a lovely time. The newly renovated open kitchen/seating area was great for family game night; the outdoor sitting areas (3) were comfortable and the open basement was great for the kids to have their own space. Just minutes from town for shopping and eateries. Property owner was very responsive as well!!

Great Location In Sag Harbor, Clean and Well Appropriated

We spent from Wed to Sunday at the home and had a great experience. With 6 rooms and 4 showers, there is plenty of room for the guests to enjoy plenty of privacy. The house is only a mile from downtown Sag Harbor, so very convenient to the restaurant scene, but located in a quiet neighborhood so you can get plenty of peace and relaxation. We look forward to coming back!
