Whether you're seeking a summer or year-round retreat, Meadow Manor is the perfect luxury rental property for you.

The pool will close for the season on September 2, 2025, and will no longer be available for guest use until further notice.

The jacuzzi jets in the primary bathroom are not functional.
This home contains an environmental sensor that is remotely monitored.
Cars can park in the driveway of the property and there is plenty of space for parking. The garage is not accessible.
The Neighborhood:
Do you like a coastal setting? If so, this neighborhood may be to your liking. The Noyack neighborhood is on the ocean, a bay, or inlet. Often such coastal places have amenities and recreational activities on the waterfront that are attractive to residents and visitors alike. In addition to being coastal, Noyack is a very nautical neighborhood, meaning that it is somewhat historic, walkable, densely populated and on the water. This gives the neighborhood a very nautical feel, with some seaside and shipping feel, which some may really enjoy the sights and sounds of.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $150 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
A refundable credit card hold of $2,500 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
