I want to thank Mark and Claudia. I met Mark and enjoyed our talk and I know Claudia decorate our private apartment like cottage. It’s was beautiful We brought our two dogs they got to swim. They are dog lovers. We plan on staying here every time we stay at Lake Lanier. It was relaxing. It’s a must stay if you are staying at Lake Lanier.

We had a fantastic stay! The hosts were wonderful, the accommodations were better than expected, and the lake access was perfect. Our teens absolutely loved playing in the water and jumping off the dock. I loved the ambiance of watching the sunset from the top of the dock. All around wonderful stay for our family and we plan on returning in the future!

The lake view is gorgeous with an amazing boat dock. Perfect place for swimming, sunbathing, fishing and relaxing. The hosts are easy to communicate with and very personable. The property has a secluded feel, yet it is close to dining, shopping and entertainment.

Great place on the lake

We stayed a week and enjoyed our time a lot. The driveway coming in was hard especially with a boat. They have a great dock for the boat and plenty of space to park our trailer. They don't mind dogs which helped me to choose this place. I was worried because there is no stove but we did good without it. They have a great appliance in the kitchen that has a single burner and an outdoor griddle and grill. When I had a question about something the owner responded right away. They live upstairs which made it handy at times. We will probably be back next year.

Excellent Stay

The owner's communication is top-notch. The rental is downstairs, but still very private. The grounds and unit are very neat & tidy. There is a nice sundeck at the dock, a hot tube, a fire pit, and a nice covered porch with comfy outdoor furniture. Room 1 has a king bed, Room 2 has a queen bed, and the nook between Room 2 and the bathroom has a twin bunkbed. There is an additional sink vanity outside of the bathroom making it easy to "get ready" if someone is using the restroom. The kitchen has a nice table, a hot plate, coffee maker, microwave, air frier/toaster oven, and a full-sized refrigerator. The owner's provide plenty of supplies. I have no complaints. I would return to this property.

We thought this location was perfect and the view of the lake was nice. I would have given it five stars if the beds would have been comfortable, but we couldn’t sleep well and the pillows weren’t great either. Other than that, it was a cozy place.

Very Nice Property

You are renting the basement of the home. It has views of the lake and a large property. The owners are very nice and friendly. You do hear them walking around upstairs. You have privacy and can come and go as you wish. It is a relaxing getaway spot and I would stay again.

exceeded expectations

The house was very clean and comfortable for us. It has 1 King room, 1 Queen room, and then bunkbeds off the living room in a nook near the bathroom. We weren't expecting 2 bedrooms, so this was a pleasant surprise. For cooking there is no dishwasher or oven/stove, but there is an air fryer, hot plate, toaster, coffee machine and 2 grills (one of them a blackstone) right outside under cover. Walking from parking to the entry and from the home to the dock was an easy hill. We met the Owner's and they were very welcoming and offered their availability if we needed or had any questions. Deep water at the dock, good for swimming and boating. Will definitely come back one day!

Location, Beauty, Relaxation & Fun!

We live locally and wanted a fun relaxing weekend with family at the lake. We brought our boat, dog, nieces & grand daughter. Everyone had fun. We enjoyed all the provided toys including the paddle boards, lilly pad, floats, & hot tub. The kids loved jumping off the dock and the view from inside was almost as beautiful as the one from the dock. I think we will be returning in the Fall to enjoy more boat rides and the amazing fire pit. The owners live upstairs and even though some footsteps can be heard occasionally there is still plenty of privacy. Claudia & Mark were great hosts being friendly & informative while still giving us our space. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Fun and Relaxing

I rented this for my son and his family for his birthday. They said it was above and beyond what they expected. The owners were very nice and the property was accessable to them kayaking , roasting mashmallows , going to town and just quiet to enjoy from working all the time. Highly recommend .

Quiet retreat

I was in town for business and it was amazing to wake up with a lake view every morning! My friend was able to bring her two small dogs and we loved it. The owners were lovely and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.
