Brand new 3BR home on 10 wooded acres near Lake Lanier

Relax in elegant comfort in our brand new, 3 BR 2 bath home with lots of luxury touches on our 10 acre property along the north end of Lake Lanier. One bedroom on first floor with queen bed. Two bedrooms upstairs - one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds. Two story family room includes a gas fireplace and queen sofa bed. Kitchen includes high end cabinets and applicances, espresso machine and Keurig coffee maker. Washer and dryer in bathroom on first floor. Walk thru our wooded property to reach our dock.

Christmas in Gainesville to see family. This home is beautiful and the Christmas decorations were great! I wish the weather had been colder so we could have used rhe fireplace more. The host was great with communication. Would recommend.

We enjoyed the fully furnished open kitchen. The fire pit was really nice. The bedrooms with the open shower were really nice. The washer and dryer was very useful. We enjoyed the walk down to Lake Lanier. Very peaceful!!!!

This is a very nice property. Loved the deer and wildlife in the area. The walk to the dock is nice and scenic. It helped get my steps in for the morning.

Quiet, quaint cottage on Lake Lanier

If you are looking for a quiet retreat in the woods, with deep water Lake Lanier dock and frontage, this is the place for you! My wife and I would highly recommend this quaint, little cottage! Sitting on the edge of a small hill surrounded by trees it is is one of the last properties on the street. This is a delightful VRBO, that was built within the past year, with a well thought out design for use as a VRBO! The photos and description on the website are very accurate. My wife and I, stayed there on 2 occasions over the past 6 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay both times! We would love to return next year!The cottage was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The stackable washer and dryer in the main floor bathroom were a great help. The fire pit, with chairs and surrounding gravel, were also a nice addition.The 2-story, new, aluminum dock, as seen in the website photos is incredible! We spent lots of time swimming and floating!You'll want shoes for sandals for the roughly 1/4 mile walk to the dock, as it the path is a rustic up and down jaunt. The path is very walkable, (we walked it many times) but it does have some sticks, rocks, and a few ruts, thus sandals aren't advised. The owners are friendly, and readily available, if needed. They have put their heart and soul into planning and building this cottage! Check it out! You won't be disappointed, unless you're looking for the Ritz in the middle of Atlanta...!!!

House in a woods

The entire house was very clean, nicely decorated and full of light. It is not a huge house but definitely comfortable and spacious. Though the house is in the woods, it is short car drive to the town center and everything that you may need. House is short walk away from beautiful Lake Lanier, and has brand new dock with place to lunch the boat or kayak if desired. The host left us water, snacks, wine, some fire wood for bonfire and even all the necessities for the smores. The yard outside has ambient lights that make the outdoor area cozy at night. I recommend this place for spacious house, meticulous cleanliness, carrying host and beautiful surroundings.Thank you

Wedding Weekend

We were in town for a wedding; the lake area was nice and having acreage to roam with the dog was even better. Away from the hustle and bustle but not too far from restaurants and shopping. Very relaxing weekend!

The house is exceptionally clean and nice. Wonderful experience. Boat dock is a good ways away from the house. Overall super nice house.
