De nueva construcción en 2019, esta impresionante casa frente al mar en el lado privado (cálido) del lago Anna es el destino perfecto para su próxima escapada familiar. Con una rara playa natural, un muelle para botes, chimeneas de gas interiores y exteriores, terrazas de varios niveles y un gran porche con comedor para 12 personas y una sala de estar separada, esta casa ofrece muchos lugares para relajarse en cada estación del año.

Con la vida interior / exterior en su máxima expresión, los adultos pueden tomar bebidas junto a la chimenea de gas en el porche, mientras que los niños disfrutan de la sala de literas, Wii, Smart TV, juegos de mesa y una máquina de hacer palomitas de maíz estilo teatro. Duerma como la realeza en las tres habitaciones king, recuéstese con un libro junto a la pared abovedada de las ventanas del piso al techo y disfrute de la cocina bien equipada con una isla de cuarzo de nueve pies y una nevera de bebidas separada. This house is fantastic! Without a doubt the 2 highlights were the enclosed porch who h had gorgeous airflow and zero bugs, and where we ate almost every meal, and the water access. The toddlers had a blast playing in the sand and floating in the shallow water which was perfect for kids! We did ask if we can jump off the dock prior to our arrival and were told yes but water is only about 5’ deep at the dock so we only let the little kids!We had a few issues with cleanliness, like oily drops on the kitchen floor, fruit flies in the kitchen, but nothing that significantly affected our trip. Overall we would definitely stay again!

Memorial Weekend Stay

My family and I were very impressed when we arrived at the house. This house is absolutely stunning. Very clean and decorated so beautifully. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed all the water toys available. The fire fit was very nice when the chillier evenings approached. My favorite however was the sunroom and the cozy fireplace in it. It was a very relaxing stay and would love to return again soon.

Beautiful home

This is a lovely home with so many amenities inside and outside to make it a perfect getaway. There is a gas fire place inside and outside on the screened-in porch, a firepit outside, board games inside and kayaks for the lake. The home itself is perfect for a family get together. The great room/kitchen area is perfect to hangout and cook together.

Great Family vacation home

My family and friends stayed here for a long weekend. It was easy to find and a great spot to hang out. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch with fire place. The house was well stocked with games, movies & books! Our kids enjoyed the popcorn maker, kayaks and making smores in the outdoor fire pit. plenty of space for multiple families. Would stay here again.

What a Gem!

Pebble Beach was the perfect escape for our family retreat. The clean and modern home with plenty of natural sunlight and outdoor space made us all feel relaxed the moment we walked in the door. Plenty of activities for the kids and the walk in beach was a highlight. We’ll be back!

Lakefront paradise

Loved this home. Beautiful decor and newly built/renovated everything felt new and fresh. The indoor/outdoor fireplaces were the best. We kayaked one day but then turned very windy. Looking forward to coming back in the spring/summer. Kitchen has everything you need!

Incredible lakefront home

What a wonderful place for are early family Thanksgiving! Clean, well-maintained home with beautiful porches and balconies overlooking the lake! Toys and games for the kids were a big hit! The weather was nice enough for us to enjoy the kayaks and the paddle boat. Firepit was also enjoyed by all! The best part was having a dining room large enough for all of us to eat together! Just a perfect place!

Beautiful home

This beautiful, modern house has it all! Lots of windows with natural light and gorgeous views of the lake. Spacious and perfect for big families. There were 8 of us and this place could easily accommodate more people. The kitchen is well equipped for making large family style meals. The screened porch area was wonderful for dining, lounging and family game nights. The lakeside beach, kayaks, float toys and life jackets were especially enjoyed by us all. We loved this house and will definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful home that could use a good deep clean

Loved the home, decor, location, kitchen and other amenities. Very comfortable. I'd give this a 5 if not for the cleaning. The floors could not have been cleaned since last guests - sticky in kitchen, something red in bedroom on floor and shelves. Fridge wasn't wiped out from last guests. A few dirty dishes in cupboard.

The home is exactly as shown. Home is incredibly well stocked from the kitchen to the outside amenities including life vests for all ages, floats, rafts, paddle boat and 3 kayaks. They also provided ladder golf and lots of puzzles and games. We had lots of success fishing from the private dock and floating in the lake. (I would note the water temperature is VERY warm so not quite the refreshing plunge which is generally more typical of a lake.). Hopefully you will get the opportunity to meet Pepper the adorable dog from next door :). Most nights we would sit out on the deck but had some rain showers a couple evenings and moved to the screened in porch. I would return to this house in a heartbeat.

Relaxing!

This house was perfect for two families! We had 5 children between the ages of 3-9, 4 adults. We had plenty of room and things to do. The lake was beautiful and the house had a perfect view! Beds are super comfortable! We would definitely come back! One thing to note, the screened in porch was not clean upon arrival. It was covered in pollen (table tops were yellow), food wrappers, and even some old food. The pillows were everywhere so I am guessing the cleaning staff was not asked to clean out there. The pillows definitely need to be washed, they had a lot of spilled food stains. The rest of the house was pristine! It was a lovely vacation and we are so grateful for our relaxing weekend!!

Beautiful Location and View

Had some trouble with entry code not working but host was very quick to help. The ice bin was empty and we were told to just give it a little time, but no ice appeared until the next day. A bag of ice should be provided when the ice maker is empty. Surface cleaning was great but after a day there we saw that deep cleaning doesn’t get done. Porch cushions are covered with stains, windows are filled with green mold and rugs didn’t look like they’ve been cleaned for awhile. Deck chairs need to be deep cleaned at least once a year. We expect to have to wipe down outdoor furniture but these were grossly dirty. No one wanted to sit on them. The layout of the house is great and most kitchen needs were there except no colander. The grill should be replaced. It doesn’t work well. If you like a lot of boat and jet ski activity, you’ll be sure to see and hear it here. Lots of outdoor furniture and a simple dock to accommodate a boat. We’d stay here again. We loved the house but the cleaning issues kept us from giving five stars.

Beautiful house, could be cleaner

Pebble Beach is truly a beautiful home with a great beach for the kids to enjoy. Our only complaint was that the initial cleaning was unsatisfactory. When we arrived there was a lot of dirt and mud that had been tracked through the kitchen and stairs into the bedroom that had not been cleaned. Our first task on arrival was finding the vacuum and cleaning the debris - not the ideal start of a vacation. We also found two very long black hairs the moment we lifted the comforter up from the king bed. The rest of the stay was fantastic though and we noted that the kitchenware complaints from previous reviews had been addressed with excellent updated cooking supplies. Overall it was still an enjoyable vacation and if the attention to detail on cleaning is improved we would love to stay again.

On buttons were met.

We had 4 couples that are like family. Beautiful view. Variety of interest met. Used all of the house, the beach and dock. Tavern on The Rail has great food and ambience. 15 minutes away. Pendleton Golf Club, 30 minutes away. Guys caught fish in the lake. Great place to relax and get reenergized.

Pebble Beach lake house

Great amenities. Beautiful lake house and view, with cozy fireplaces and furnishings. Kayaking on the lake was one of the highlights of our stay.
