We had a lovely view of the ocean. The condo was not very well decorated or equipped. The drain in the guest bath was stopped up. There were no hangers to hang up clothes, and no drawers to put up clothes. We would not stay in this condo again.

Unit was very clean. Had everything you need except a box of facial tissues. Gorgeous view. Unfortunately, it was very foggy in the morning. Burnt off later in the day.The furniture outside would be better with something you could wipe and dry down. The cushions were wet from the fog and covered in pollen, so we couldnot use them.We were fortunate to get a parking space in the front row. Otherwise, the parking space is all the way in the back row by the dumpster.

Best part of condo is the roomy balcony with COMFORTABLE furniture! Can’t say that about many of the places we’ve stayed. Stunning views of sunrise and sunset!! Would love to come back!

The ocean view was wonderful! the condo housed "very" used furniture that needs to be replaced. A bed pillow had a yellow stain! The bed linen covering the mattress was ripped! Heavy black mold was at the base of the main shower. Electrical cords were just bunched in many areas. Freezer housed rust. Not what we expected. Herb & Audrey Davies

Great communication via texts/emails.Could have had more amenities in the condo - basics like coffee, shampoo, for example. The toilet paper was poorest quality possible - and very limited supply (two rolls for four people staying for four nights). Bed in Primary Room was poor condition. The bed in the secondary room was a little better but still moderately uncomfortable. The place itself was lovely, well-decorated, comfortable. We appreciated the extra blankets as it was a very cold January weekend. A couple lightbulbs were out - but it didn't impact our stay - perhaps something the cleaning crew could monitor in the future. All in all, we'd stay there again - probably bringing more supplies from a grocery stop before settling in.

Nice ocean front condo

Our family loved our stay here. Close enough to restaurants and stores with a beach right out the door. Condo was nice and clean with everything you would need. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed the property and our stay! It was a wonderful, spacious condo and the view was perfect. The management was excellent to work with. Amelia Island, Fernandina is such a great place with lots of great places and friendly people. Can't wait to go back.

The Amelia South condo was excellent. It was super clean and contained everything needed for a wonderful weekend getaway. The condo is centrally located and easy to get to restaurants and shoppes. The management staff were very professional and helpful. My wife and I are looking forward to staying at Amelia South again.
