Recientemente renovado privado de apartamentos de 3 dormitorios casa de pueblo, privado, a 8 minutos a pie de la playa, de 3 a 5 minutos en bicicleta a la carrera de bicicletas de playa y 12 minutos a desayunar a Coligny, cerca de la entrada trasera del Sea Pines con acceso cercano a la ciudad del puerto y Salty Dog ... Este extremo de la isla es ideal para la hermosa playa pública, alquiler de bicicletas, vela, motos acuáticas, parasailing, tiendas y los mejores restaurantes de Hilton Head.

MAYOR plan de piso de 3 dormitorios en Hilton Head Island. Tres dormitorios w / Dos y medio baños, cocina de lujo, todas ellas decoradas con un ambiente playa de la isla. Las palmeras y vistas a la laguna.

H! We just did a lot more upgrades! New toilets, new bath faucets, new vinyl stair treads, 3/4 of baseboards newly painted along with stair handles and more.

Great HH Visit

We had a great time during our stay. The location and property were great. Short walk to the beach. Many restaurants and shops bikeable. Property was pleasant and enjoyable.

Great Family Stay

This villa was perfect for our family to get together for the week of Christmas. The location was very convenient to walk or bike to the beach. Lisa was a good host with instant communication to answer our questions. Would stay again.

Nice place though stay

Had 4 guys stay here while we played in the Golfweek Amatuer Tour National Championship. Place was very clean and just as advertised. Would recommend for anyone looking for a spacious clean place at HHI.

Great Pet-Friendly Vacation

We booked the property for the Hilton Head Marathon (which was cancelled). I had no idea it was so close to the beach. The property was within walking distance of the beach and several dog-friendly places to eat. It was a wonderful place to vacation with our dog. Lisa was wonderful about sharing information to make our stay as pet-friendly and enjoyable as possible.

HHI- first visit

This condo was everything we didn't know we needed! Seemingly secluded while being a short walk, bike or car ride to your heart's desire made for a wonderful vacation . The grounds were well kept and the condo was clean, comfortable, and very spacious.

I absolutely loved the condo and liked that it was three levels which gave us more privacy.

Great location

As soon as we walked in, immediately fell in love with how every space was utilized. Very well put together. The downstairs beds were very uncomfortable and very hot downstairs. The the water pressure was very low which requires you to have longer time in the shower. My mother stayed in the master suite and said the bed was so comfortable, she wish she could’ve taken it home. Besides the scorching hot down downstairs, uncomfortable beds and low water pressure. overall was a great location for the price.

Hi! Thank you for your feedback. I really wished you would have called me to tell me of any concerns, We were there just one day prior to you with my daughter and husband and grandchildren. The air conditioner is not even 5 months old. We had not encountered any issues. This is under warranty, I would have been happy to send my a/c people out as soon as possible. I just sent them out today. In regards to the water pressure I have rented for 30 years and this is the first time connect on the water in fact I usually get the comment that the water is hot even with 8 people there. Can you explain what you mean by water pressure? Since everything was good on May 12 for us I think I will ask the regime to see if they working on the new sprinkler heads planned or something,

Wonderful view

The home is a wonderful place! The view from the balcony and dining room is great! The bed in the master was comfy, and the kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. There many stairs but worked out great for me! Very close to bike paths and walking trails! We hope to stay again

Wedding Get Away

Planned a week for a family wedding at Honey Horn. Property owner was very responsive,helpful and kind. Decor is very nice. Complex is quiet and peaceful. Pool was nice, but the deck chairs and tables needed cleaning badly. I do recommend a wagon for loading and unloading. There is an elevator, but there is still a decent haul to the condo, so pack light! King mattress was comfortable, but after getting some sun i would have loved some softer sheets though. Watch for deck boards that may have popped up. Trail to the beach was nice.

Hi! Thank you for your review. In regards to the deck chair review I am thinking you might have meant the pool chairs. Make be pollen. I will alert the resort services. We have new pool furniture at all 3 pols on order soon. New umbrellas arrived first. In regards to the wagon idea I can add that to my condo. It is not uncommon mom for guests to use the beach buggy as a wagon, We came in behind you and I saw the new beach buggy arrived in a box. So we put it together too. So now we have two beach buggies. I like the wagon idea however. Plus I will add notes to my directions that say beach buggy can be used for groceries etc. Really enjoyed you staying. Thanks for the compliments on my decor. We are constantly upgrading and recently put in the new shiplap ceilings and ceiling fans plus painted all ceilings and new canned lighting, In regards to the sheets you are right they were clean and new when we stayed this trip but I felt at as soft cotton. I will share with house cleaning services. Thanks again for the input. We aim to please ! 20 years as a rental but love to hear new ideas. 😀

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Lisa, the owner, was very helpful with any questions we had. The unit is super clean. The beds and furniture are comfortable and attractive. The unit has a fun, beach vibe with beautiful artwork. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the gorgeous walking trail. There are a lot of steps, which we were aware of before renting. We had no problem with them physically. It’s a bit more challenging to carry up one’s luggage or groceries, but only a minor inconvenience. We loved our stay!

Beautiful Surroundings and Nice Inside

We loved the location and the landscaping was outstanding - relaxing being in the treetops. One of the few places dog friendly in the area and the inside was very nice and clean. For seniors - be aware that there is a long walk to the entrance from the parking lot and steps up to entrance and 3 levels with entry on the bottom level - so if you have alot to bring in (then groceries) or difficulty walking/doing steps it can be exhausting for seniors. Overall great stay and host was great.

We had a great week

First of all, Lisa is fantastic in communicating with us. The condo is in a nice neighborhood, about 10 minutes walk to the beach. We like the layout of the condo, 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 2nd floor is a living room, kitchen and dining area, 3rd floor is a master bedroom. They have beach chairs, beach umbrella and some other beach items there for us to use which is great. The only problem (not really a problem but it was pouring rain when we got there and made it harder) is a long walk and stairs from the parking to the condo, but they do have an elevator, that makes load/unload stuffs not easy. Overall, we love this condo and had a great time. We will definitely be back! Thank you Lisa!!

We take pride in keeping our condo updated. . We have owned this three bedroom/condo for 20 years and plan on retiring in Hilton Head Island. .We visit eight times a year and every visit we add upgrades to our condo/villa.

A bike ride to the beach 5 minutes or less, a bike ride to Coligny for dining and shopping pleasure in 15 minutes, three pools on the development only 2 to 4 minutes walk. The pool is quiet and has a great clientelle of people to visit with year around. Pool open April 1 and closes October 1.
