Waterpointe 1 Unit 407 está ubicada en 4619 South Ocean Blvd en la sección Windy Hill de North Myrtle Beach South Carolina.

Esta unidad cuenta con lo siguiente:

Vistas directas al balcón frente al océano: 3 habitaciones (Queen, Queen, 2 individuales), 2 baños remodelados, cocina remodelada con electrodomésticos nuevos y encimeras de granito, lavadora, secadora y televisores de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y los 3 dormitorios.

La sala de estar tiene un televisor de pantalla plana grande y un sofá de tamaño completo con sofá cama para esa séptima persona si desea traer un amigo o familiar adicional.

El comedor tiene capacidad para 4 en la mesa y 3 en el mostrador para un total de 7.

El número máximo de invitados en esta unidad es de 7, con habitaciones para 6 y el sofá cama acomodará a otra persona si tiene un grupo de 7.

Ubicado directamente en el océano, se encuentra a solo un par de minutos del condominio a la playa de arena, o solo un par de pasos desde el balcón de 8 pies con vista al mar.

Waterpointe 1, construido en 1982, cuenta con 63 unidades, por lo que no estamos tan llenos de gente como los grandes resorts. Tenemos un excelente lobby para jugar a las cartas, almorzar o simplemente relajarse después de que estés agotado, pero los niños todavía están fuertes. Waterpointe 1 cuenta con una piscina cubierta climatizada, jacuzzi interior, piscina al aire libre, piscina para niños, dos terrazas para tomar el sol, Wi-Fi gratuito en todo el edificio y área de parrillas.

También contamos con NO HASSLE PARKING ... siempre puede encontrar un espacio y no tiene que caminar una milla para ir y venir de su auto.

Nuestra asociación de condominios prohíbe las motocicletas y los carritos de golf en la propiedad.

Es una unidad para no fumadores / no se permiten mascotas debido a las alergias de los propietarios.

Durante junio y julio operamos estrictamente en un horario de alquiler de sábado a sábado, pero durante el resto del año permitimos estadías mínimas de 3 a 5 noches dependiendo de la temporada.

Great beach location!

This was the perfect place for spring break with my 6 and 4 year old. Right on the beach, with an indoor pool that was key for a rainy day. The condo itself was extremely clean. The owners were absolutely lovely and very quick to respond. Will stay here again!

This property was the perfect location! The view was pure relaxation at its finest. This was not my first visit to Myrtle Beach, BUT this property made our stay more enjoyable and memorable!!!

The condo was very clean. The location was awesome, close to just about anything you want to do. Loved being able to just walk out the back door of the building to the beach. Great for families!! Great communication from management. We will definitely be back to stay!!

Great, affordable place with an awesome property manager!

Had an awesome stay in this Myrtle Beach property. Pictures are accurate, location is great, price is affordable and the property owner is very responsive and helpful. The building is clean and quiet, yet in a fun location. Great experience!

The condo was clean and well stocked with plenty of dishes and paper product, and has a great ire of the ocean and beach.. The manager was very helpful and responded to our questions regarding the check in process quickly. Thanks for a great stay!

Relaxing stay

Very nice condo, clean & everything we needed. Security/door system was preferred to other options. Comfortable furniture & beds. Had Netflix & Disney etc. **Did have some standing water at the front door after raining. AC does shut off unless sliding door is securely closed every time. Would recommend.

Great stay for a first time visitor to MB

I lovely 3 BR condo that has been very nicely renovated and fully appointed for a multi week stay .... the unit was SUPER clean ready for arrival. Great floors throughout and bathroom both renovated really nice..The best thing we found was that the owner and previous guests are leaving basic non-perishable items and cleaning items which was terrific .... I thought this was a great approach. Would certainly consider staying again.

Beautiful Condo, great vacation

Property was exactly as advertised. Recently updated, along with recently updated lobby. Corner unit with great direct ocean front views. Everything you need for a great vacation. Owner/manager quick to reply. Check in very straight forward. 2 quick elevators. Probably nicest area of North Myrtle beach.

Fantastic Vacation Rental

Our first time staying in this condo and this resort. We could not be happier. The condo was completely remolded and we did not need anything. The building was immaculate, very well taken care of and so clean, the indoor and outdoor pool and grounds included. I spoke with the caretakers of the building extensively and they were so kind and so efficient and we could not have asked for more. My family and I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Friendly, Open Beachfront Property

This condo is on a great section of beach. It's down the beach a bit from the overcrowded North Beach Plantation. The contrast between open beachfront and the chaos that takes place at NBP is immediately apparent. The condo itself is extremely clean and is exactly as presented on the website. There was a mix of residents and people on vacation at the building when we were there. Everybody was extremely friendly. I highly recommend starting here.

What a wonderful 1st stay!

This condo is in the most PERFECT location in North Myrtle! Right across the street from Barefoot Landing and only a 15 minute drive to all the attractions down in Myrtle Beach. The condo was beautiful and very clean. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths which was great for our family. Fully stocked kitchen with a washer and dryer. Linens for the beds were provided, as well as bath towels. And it had the most gorgeous views from the balcony. Parking was easy and there was always a space waiting for us when we returned at the end of the night. Randy and Debbie give you excellent instructions for arrival day and are quick to answer any questions that may arise. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was truly an amazing family vacation!

Perfect Vacation

We stayed here this week and the condo was perfect. I was hesitant about parking across the street with kids with us but it was fine. We rarely even had to wait on cars to pass. The condo has so many additional items we usually pack along so we left what we brought to pass along-trash bags/ziplock bags/ toilet paper/paper towels and detergent for dishwasher and washer. It had everything we needed and more. Pools, hot tub and lobby was clean and enjoyable. Beach was clean we had plenty of room. We’ve only been to the gulf and the beach/sand is much different here-it’s easier to walk on. The only recommendation I’d have would be for the building to put out flags for the beach/water conditions. I love that all access doors are locked/coded. Would definitely stay here again

Good basic rental

We needed a property with a low entry shower for someone with mobility challenges, and this fit the bill (including additional suctioned handles for stability in both showers). Entrance to the beach was also flat with no stairs, though mostly sand. There's a public access just to the side of the building with wooden boardwalk access. Communication with the property manager before and during our stay was outstanding. Property was reasonably clean. Kitchen was good for basic cooking. Deck was just big enough for the four chairs, but they had new cushions and were comfortable. Beach was crowded, but you would expect that with so many high rise condos in the area. Get out early to stake your claim on the beach! Overall, the property was just what we expected and matched our needs.

Waterpointe 1 is considered a small footprint high rise simply meaning there are a small number of units (63) as compared with some buildings which have hundreds of units. The advantage to a smaller building is obvious, less humans walking around taking up space at the beach, the pool, and the shuffleboard court. Just kidding we do not have a shuffle board court but if we did you would always get a turn.
