Bienvenido a Waterpointe 1 Unit 707

Cuando los nuevos propietarios Mark y Amy compraron la unidad 707 en la primavera de 2019, fue un retroceso a 1983 completo con los muebles y electrodomésticos originales de cuando se construyó el edificio.

Seis meses después, eche un vistazo a las fotos para ver lo que han creado, unas vacaciones geniales con todos los muebles, ropa de cama, electrodomésticos, utensilios de cocina, vajilla, etc. Lo que sea, es nuevo ... y lo mejor de todo, una gran vista del océano desde su balcón del séptimo piso completo con asientos de altura de mostrador para que la barandilla del balcón no esté en su línea de visión.

Dado que Mark y Amy viven aquí parte del año y son locales del área de North Myrtle Beach, no escatimaron en nada, especialmente en el mobiliario y la ropa de cama. Ya sea que se relaje en el cuero suave de la sala de estar o duerma toda la noche en las cómodas camas, este condominio tiene que ver con la comodidad.

Esta unidad cuenta con 3 camas (cada una con televisión) y 2 baños completos.

El principal tiene una cama king size con baño principal adjunto con ducha de pie. La habitación de huéspedes n. ° 1 y la habitación de invitados n. ° 2 comparten el acceso al baño de invitados con ducha.

Ubicado en 4619 South Ocean Blvd en la sección Windy Hill Beach de North Myrtle Beach SC, Waterpointe 1 es el lugar perfecto para una escapada tranquila. Windy Hill es conocida por su ambiente tranquilo y familiar, lejos de las multitudes y del ruido de Main Street o del centro de Myrtle Beach, pero a menos de 5 minutos de docenas de restaurantes y actividades.

Great location for a beach getaway

We loved our stay in this location. The condo was spacious and updated. We had everything we needed for our stay with our family of 5. North Myrtle is a favorite of ours and this condo is by far the best we have experienced! Hope to be back in the future!

Wonderful Stay

We had the best vacation! The condo is clean, well maintained and very comfortable. Everyone in our group had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The oceanfront location makes it the total package; being right on the beach was unbeatable. We especially loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning! Randy and Debbie have the booking process so streamlined and are incredibly helpful and responsive. We definitely recommend staying here.

**awesome time**

What a great unit.. everything you need! Unit was clean and beautiful updates and the beach view incredible! Only lack was no crockpot. Thank you for the beautiful space and allowing much earlier entry!! The pools and common area were nice additions. Loved the groups of people we met that were renters and permanent tenants. Parking was easy.

Fantastic Accomodations

Our condo is in a perfect location. Its on the Beach which is always a bonus to watching the various birds fly by and dive into the water looking for fish. Its great for walks on the Beach and for enjoying the beautiful sunshine. The three bedrooms were very handy even though we only had two people it was great for storing all of our purchases. The condo has been renovated which is really nice. There are events going on downstairs that you are invited to join in if you wish. People are very friendly and the pool and hottub were used alot during our stay. The condo is not far from the Outlets or Barefoot Landing. Lots of parking and grocery stores are handy and lots of restaurants to choose from. Overall we really enjoyed our three months at Waterpointe 1 and hopefully will return in the future. Special thanks to Randy, Debbie and their Son for the professional service that we were shown at all times.

Couldn't choose a better location

This is the second time we have been to Waterpointe 1 and it did not disappoint. Unit 707 is is a great layout and is very well cared for, furnished and equipped. Comfortable and quality seating, well equipped kitchen with a fantastic refrigerator (ice-maker and cold water dispenser). 4 beach chairs available for guests is a nice touch. The building is well cared for and always clean. Not a busy time of year so the pool and hot tub were always available. Randy and Debbie are great rental managers who are very quick to respond and happen to live in this building. Can't go wrong with Happy Crab or 707 Waterpointe 1.

The Perfect Stay

Waterpointe I Unit 707 is the perfect place for a beach vacation. It is tastefully decorated and comfortable. Perfect for a family of 6. Waterpointe I is a building of condos that is very well maintained and always looks fresh. It is warm and inviting. This is our 3rd time staying here and we will definitely be back!

Great place to stay for family of 6!

This place was great. It is very clean. The decor was very pleasant. You can tell they recently updated the bathrooms, they look great. The furnishing are all comfortable and very nice. Seated on the balcony you can watch the beach and ocean. The owners (Randy & Debbie) are great communicators, they kept me in the loop on payments and access to the property. I never was asking wondering "what to do or how to do" on anything. My family loved this place.

Beachy Chic, Relaxing

The condo is in a perfect oceanfront location! It's decor is beachy chic and was so comfortable. The beds and bed linens were wonderful and the condo is well equipped to make it your temporary home. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay.

Spectacular week at a spectacular condo!

The condo has plenty of room for four people, as I went with my wife and my two sisters. It has 3 bedrooms, and is very nicely furnished. The condo is right on the beach, and the view from the seventh floor balcony is outstanding! The unit was very clean. Parking was plentiful. The weather was great, and the ocean water temperature made it easy to get in, but was still quite refreshing (and there was no seaweed)! The area is right next to Barefoot Landing, which has plenty of shops and good restaurants. Overall we had an outstanding time, and I look forward to renting this unit again!

Great Location with Superb Accommodations

Well kept condo. Bathrooms on first floor for convenience when at the pool or beach. Well kept toe paths to the beach. Sand within steps from the building patio. Condo is quiet within and outside, aside from the garbage truck that visits every morning. Condo is very clean and well equipped! Decor and appliances are up to date. Randy is very responsive and timely with communication. Ice cream, burger restaurant, McDonald’s, Longhorn and Barefoot landing within walking distance or short drive. I am very picky about where I stay when we go away and I can attest that I will definitely consider this property or another of Randy’s options for next year’s trip.

Beautiful oceanfront condo perfect for families

This unit is in the Waterpointe 1 building in North Myrtle Beach and has everything a family needs for the perfect beach vacation. With an indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool and kiddie pool this place easily entertains kids and adults alike. This property has been immaculately maintained and Randy and Debbie are very accommodating hosts. Highly recommend staying here. In particular, this unit has been beautifully and thoughtfully renovated and provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway.

Nicely renovated with amazing view of ocean

Extremely comfortable unit with everything you need. Clean and tastefully renovated. Beds were comfortable and walk-in showers were perfect for adults and kids. Excellent building with indoor pool and hot tub. Randy and Debbie do a wonderful job of managing rentals too. Perfect vacation spot with a nice blend of rentals and owned units.

Great condo. Beautifully decorated. Complex is really nice and secure. Had everything we needed. We had one issue but Happy Crab Vacations was quick to respond. We loved our stay there and hope to stay again.

Beautiful condo!

We absolutely loved this condo! Everything about the condo contributed to a great beach getaway. The condo was immaculately clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The living room furniture was perfect. The space the owners designed for the washer and dryer was creative, unique, and very functional. The appliances were new and worked perfectly. We cannot say enough about the common spaces in the building. They were clean and beautiful and it shows that the HOA takes pride in its appearance. We did not have a single complaint and will definitely return. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
