Se puede acceder a un garaje para dos automóviles desde el vestíbulo de entrada, así como desde el dormitorio principal del primer nivel y el baño completo en suite.

El segundo nivel es una amplia sala de estar abierta. La sala de estar tiene muebles cómodos, TV, mesa de comedor para 6 personas, hermosa cocina con electrodomésticos de grado chef y un cómodo medio baño. Desde la sala de estar hay grandes puertas correderas que se abren a un balcón con una parrilla de gas y un juego de bistró. El balcón, con vistas a Wadsworth Ave, ofrece vistas al océano y al centro de la ciudad.

En el tercer piso, el dormitorio principal le da la bienvenida para relajarse con una lujosa cama tamaño queen, con una gran televisión de pantalla plana y baño privado. El segundo dormitorio en este nivel cuenta con una cama queen y está al lado del segundo baño completo y centro de lavandería. Desde el tercer nivel, salga a la escalera de caracol hasta la cubierta de la azotea.
La cubierta de la azotea ofrece espectaculares vistas al mar y olas rompientes.

Loved our mini vacation. Location is a block from beach access. House, bed, and rooms are clean and equipped with all necessities. Few cooking condiments and supplies.

Amazing Vacation Spot

Very clean, great location just a block before the beach. Beach towels, sand buckets & beach chairs ready to go. Nice safe community feel. We stayed 4 nights. We will be back!

Great family vacation stay

This wonderful property is right in the heart of Pismo and it’s beautiful. I’m my opinion it was the perfect location, no noise problems, easy walk to restaurants, the beach and convenience store, plus very well appointed! We had everything we needed for cooking and dining. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Trip

We can’t say enough great things a out this place! Very, very clean, very nice kitchen with everything we could possibly need, great location to beach, restaurants, scenic places. We would highly recommend it and the pizza almost next door is great too.

Pismo Classic Family Golf Stay

First time using VRBO. Outstanding location and house. Very very clean. We all commented on how nice the property was. Nice rooftop sunsets as well as walking to local restaurants. We will definitely book this again if we return. Also, golf in Nipomo and Avila Beach are only 10-15 minutes away.

House was clean & only 4 blocks from the beach. Loved the close proximity to great nearby restaurants which were not chains. Initial issues with the garage door opener as it would not close after entering. However we switched out the batteries & it worked fine. Communication with the host was immediate & action was taken quickly. Had a great time visiting the Hearst Castle & seeing the elephant seals nearby. Would definitely recommend!

Convenient beach condo! Easy highway access to house -- did not have to sit at lights in town during busy CalPoly grad weekend. Immaculately clean and obviously put together by someone who stages/rents houses -- everything worked, of solid quality, beach chairs and toys, small details thought out, dialed-in aesthetic and decor. Bottom floor with bath was perfect for grandma to access entry and 2-car garage. Easy one block walk to less crowded end of Pismo beach. That said it is spaced over three floors so be ready to climb stairs. Bedrooms are on the small side but we spent most of our time away from the condo so it didn't really matter. Would def recommend and stay again.

Parking is secure, two cars fit in garage. Very close walk to beach and shops and Pismo's little downtown. Clean rooms. Only downfall, no key or pin paded front door entry. Must go in and out through garage doors.

The Beach House was in great shape and had what we needed for making our Thanksgiving meal. It is a short walk to many restaurants and the Athletic club. Also a short drive to the Pismo Preserve and the Monarch Butterfly Grove. We had a great time!

We loved the layout and it gave us plenty of personal space for 6 people. It is close to the beach and downtown area which was great. The kitchen is fully stocked and it was nice to have beach towels and toys to use at the beach.
