Completado el verano de 2019, SURF IN SURF OUT, tiene una nueva apariencia. ¡Una paleta de colores de playa neutral, muebles, ropa de cama, ropa de cama, pisos y más! Venga a ver el aspecto fresco en un alquiler de playa favorito de la familia.

Surf In, Surf Out es un condominio favorito de la familia! Situado en el corazón de la playa de Ávila y pasos para calentar las arenas blancas. Patio en Ávila muestra premiada arquitectura con hermosas vistas de las laderas. Patio privado en patio cerrado. A pocos pasos de la playa, restaurantes, campo de golf, carril bici, etc. Todos los beneficios de los pasos de la vida de playa en su parte delantera de embarque, kayak, esquí acuático, paseos en bote. Condominio cuenta con 2 plazas de aparcamiento en seguro, garaje cerrado. El condominio se encuentra directamente en el ascensor del garaje, ubicado en un extremo privado y tranquilo del patio.

El condominio tiene tres dormitorios privados: la suite principal (cama king) con baño privado; dormitorio 2 (cama de matrimonio); y la zona loft. En el desván hay una cama tamaño queen, dos camas individuales y un sofá cama doble. El salón tiene un sofá cama doble. Total de camas es de 7. Capacidad para 11 personas. 2 baños en planta baja.

Hay un ascensor desde el garaje a la zona del patio. Este condominio no cumple con los requisitos de accesibilidad para discapacitados. El salón principal y el segundo dormitorio es accesible para discapacitados. Hay tres pasos que conducen a la suite principal. Great great!

I stayed in this vacation home with my family. It was a wonderful stay! The home was absolutely perfect for us, was stocked with all the essentials and required the bare minimum to check out. It was perfect we would easily choose to stay again. The location was phenomenal and I appreciated the covered/gated parking. All I would say that’s critical is the stairs are a little scary/unprotected and I worried about my older children traveling them in the middle of the night to use the restroom. If I had younger children I would have opted to sleep them in the master with me. It was still a 10/10.

Wonderful Stay!

We have been coming to this property for years but this was the first time staying at this unit. The furniture and decor were top notch. We loved the spacious living room and kitchen area. The stairs were a bit steep and slippery in socks, but overall perfect stay!

These condos are really nice, totally secure,private secure parking and 1/2 block from the boardwalk/beach. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need. Shampoo, laundry soap, full kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and the grandkids loved the loft. Looking forward to next year.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

Great location, awesome amenities, gorgeous condo! My family spent the Memorial Day holiday weekend and couldn't have been happier! Terri and Brett were very accommodating. The layout was perfect for my family of 5... Including a 2 year old and my husband who is in a wheelchair. We will be back!

Christmas family vacation

This was a perfect place for a five-day vacation with our family with nine people from age 7 to 68. A short walk to a nice beach, nearby pier for walking, watching sea lions, dolphins, fisherfolk, paddle boarders, even a few brave swimmers. Nice, small village right on the beach with coffee shops, restaurants. The place was well equipped with complete kitchen where we ate every meal, fireplace in good sized living room, beds comfortable, everything was clean, nicely decorated. We had an absolutely wonderful time. Definitely recommend this place.

Two families (10 total) stayed for a week and loved the condo and the location - plenty of shops, restaurants, bike rentals and the beach all within one block. The kids didn't even have to cross a street to get to any of it. Avila is wonderful, and we were close to activities in SLO and Pismo. Property management group had great communication before and during our stay, which made things even better. We loved our stay and want to return!

Six adults and five kiddos ranging in age from 12-3, I was unsure if this unit would give enough room and it was perfect. Only wished we had a third bathroom but we all managed well. Perfect location, the condo was very clean and well maintained. Spent time on the patio in the evenings playing cards while using the grill. Lovely time!

Girl's Beach Get-away

The beds were very comfortable and the home was very clean. It was perfectly situated so close to the beach and we could walk everywhere (beach, shops, wine tasting, Bob Jones Trail, bike rentals). It was terrific! My only complaint was that the kitchen chairs were not comfortable to sit in. They sunk down into the frame of the chair when you sat in it. Otherwise, it was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed here with our two young children, nanny and my husband's dad. The location couldn't have been more perfect. The only downsides were only 1 sink in the 2nd bathroom, no gate on the top of the spiral staircase, and the washer/dryer was small and the dryer filter was broken and couldn't be fixed before we left. So we weren't able to do laundry. However, the rental company did offer to let us use their washer dryer but it wasn't possible in the evening when we were available to do laundry.

A Great Place to Stay in Avila Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thirty-five family members descended on SLO for CAL Poly Graduation. Our family had two nieces getting degrees. As you can imagine, we had people staying all over the area. Well, I will say, we had the best place. The location is half a block from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants (no one driving home after a few). The home was clean, well supplied with ample room for our family of 10. Seven Sisters is easy to work with. Their mobile application was amazing to use. It provided information about the unit and the area. Best of all, you could share it with other guests so everyone had the codes, etc. While seemingly very expensive, it was a deal compared to the $600 a night other family members paid to stay in hotels. Being able to cook meals for ten instead of eating out every meal saved a fortune. I have only one minor complaint- for $900 a night they should trust you with using their gas barbecue.

Less than 1 block to beach, restaurants etc. the condo itself was well stocked with towels and kitchen utensils. Staff was responsive and friendly with any needs. We had rain for a day, but there was plenty of space for kids to play and adults to have space for games also.

This year our parents will be celebrating 56 years married and as they are in their 80’s we planned a family trip to Avila Beach with everyone. Our stay could not have been more lively than it was. The location and the house was perfect all around . It was beautifully decorated, restful, clean. Everything we could have hoped for. It was the best spot to create memories.
