Spectacular setting- the charming chalet is located just 10 minutes drive from busy Yellow Springs restaurants and shops, yet you get a feeling that you are far away from hustle and bustle of city life, totally secluded, surrounded with well established trees and large green lawns. You could sit on one of the house decks and spend hours listening to the birds singing. It is an amazingly relaxing place. We would highly recommend it.

Chalet Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the Chalet, spotting more than 15 types of birds, woodchucks and deer. Rural setting yet only three miles from Yellow Springs, choice preserves and hiking trails. Would def stay again!

Nice getaway in the woods

Beautiful property with plenty of amenities. The house was clean and have everything we needed for an enjoyable getaway. The location is perfect: minutes to Yellow Springs, and a 10 minutes to Cedarville to the south and Springfield to the north.

Peaceful Place!

We stayed at this home during a church conference with some out of state friends. It was so peaceful, clean and comfortable, and a perfect place for us to be close to Cedarville University and have a place that was close to recharge during the day and reconnect with our friends in the evening. Great stay!

The house was comfortable and well appointed with plenty of dishes, bedding, extra pillows... Photos represented the house accurately. Beautiful wooded property, felt very secluded and quiet. Plenty of parking. Close to parks for hiking and close to Yellow Springs town for drinks and dinner. Rich was always quick to answer any questions and made everything easy.

Great girls weekend

Beautiful house and setting, great for our girls weekend. Very clean, beds are on the firm side. Saw deer and wild turkeys during our stay. Close to shops, restaurants, etc. also a great place to just sit and relax in a peaceful quiet setting!
