Nicely designed comfortable beds , host was quick at getting back to me. She even gave suggestions were to go. We were told to check out Youngs Jersey Dairy Farm . Its very close to the house it was amazing . A must to go visit especially if you have kids. Be a great place for a date as well . Lots to do. The house is on the edge of town . Making it a quick access to Yellow Springs . Also check out Schuler's Bakery for some morning pastries.

Very nice layout of the unit. Fantastic shower and w/d were handy. Snack and drinks are a nice addition. Too warm out to use the outside area but that would be great to use during the stay.It would be Handy in the future to know the back unit was reserved to discuss parking. We would reserve this location again.

Enjoyable stay

Guests for a local event stayed here and spoke well of the accommodations. Neighborhood isn’t the best, but not bad and adequately represented in property description.

It needs more living room furniture. Maybe another couch. We like to sit and talk about our day and I ended up bringing in two bagged l had in the jeep for extra seating. Location was great. Thanks for the stay!

Quaint House

The house was a nice little place to stay. However, it was not in the best of neighborhoods. Higher crime rate than advertised. The host communicated with me often before we arrived and was pleasant and kind. At the same time, when on vacation I try to stay away from technology and received the checking out directions the day before I left and did not see the email until after I checked out. The host should leave specific directions at the property. Bedrooms and house was clean. Yet, my bedsheets had a prior stain. There were not any dish towels. The host was thoughful to leave k-cups, honey and other staples next to the coffee maker. Overall it was a nice stay and met our needs. Thank you.

Helpful things to improve future stays

There weren’t any hand towels for the bathroom or any place to hang them on. The property is listed as sleeping six, there is not silverware for six people. The silverware that is there appears to be for children not adults. There isn’t cookware to cook for a family. There isn’t proper utensils to cook at all. There really should be basic amenities in the kitchen. Including messing cups spoons and bowls. When we got in the kitchen sink hand a residue and the bathroom sink had the same residue. When we swept the floors we swept up lots of light pet hair and we didn’t have a pet. The back bedroom has a light that shines on it from the neighbors house and the vertical blinds do not cover it and the sheer drapes do not block the light from coming in. I hope these recommendations help you to improve the comfort of your future guests

If traveling with a family, this home is ideal with enough room for everyone. Back yard is fenced in - Pet Friendly up to 35 lbs, non-shedding dogs.
