Beautiful Home

What a nice place to stay with my son and 2 grandsons for a warm winter getaway. This place is located close to so many fun things to do and places to visit. Linda is a wonderful host and easy to contact and hear from. We will return soon, hopefully!!

Good stay at a clean property

The condo is in a great location and all of the needed amenities were covered. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Having a garage with the property was very helpful. We would consider staying here again. Thank you for a nice stay.

Quiet Neighborhood

Great location. Within a mile of shopping, restaurants, Old Town, easily walkable, easy biking to canals and Indian Bend Wash. Loved having a garage. Enjoyed our stay.

The pool wasn't heated, the grill wasn't working and on of the beds had a broken box spring making the bed noisey. Location was great, house was comfortable nice to be near the parks comfortable

The place was very clean and the residence was exactly as advertised. All of the amenities were awesome! Linda was amazing and was very helpful with any thing we asked!The only complaint and this is really nitpicking was that the beds in the second bedroom beds creaked and were squeaky on every subtle movement . Also, I would recommend black out blinds in bedrooms. At first light it becomes very bright. Overall, I would highly recommend this property. I would receo

We had a great stay! The home had everything we needed. It was classy, clean, and comfortable. We loved the location, safe neighborhood, pool access. Fruit trees and plants smelled amazing. Palm trees too! Great AZ vibes!

Absolutely perfect!

What a fabulous location and clean and well equipped townhouse. Beautiful kitchen and plenty of room to relax in the family room. Master bath is huge and beautiful. The pool is small, but no one else was using it so no issues. Will stay again!

Great location and lovely condo!

This townhome was great, and Linda an exceptional communicator. She sent me information for check-in in advance, followed up on the condition of the property upon arrival, and checked in mid-stay. The unit is spacious, and the private patio and garage a real plus with a VRBO. The kitchen is well equipped, lots of towels and good linens. Location is wonderful, close to Hayden/Indian Bend green belts for walking and cycling. Was able to ride to several Spring Training baseball parks. The place is clean and comfy. Would stay again for sure.

Sunny long weekend in Scottsdale

Great property for our stay in Scottsdale. Close to the amenities we needed (grocery store, coffee, etc) and an easy walk to Old Town Scottsdale for dinner, drinks, and shopping. We sat in the back courtyard a number of times (breakfast, happy hour) which was nice for an outdoor yet private setting. The property was really good place for our small group (all adults) to have enough room to spread out. Linda was great with communication and went above and beyond to help with getting a cell phone quickly sent back to someone in our group who had accidentally lost it at departure. Looking forward to returning the next time we're in Scottsdale.

Nice Spot ….. BUT

This will be my go to place in Scottsdale. The location is fantastic, the property clean, and rate reasonable. However the living room furniture is some of the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced. Its an early 80’s sofa best described as “mod” from that era. Its almost too uncomfortable to sit on. Great place tho and I’ll be back yearly the minute I see a listing photo without the “orange rack” as we called it. Also the pool should be heated for guests. It was ice cold. Great spot tho…… very nice villa !!!

Time to refresh!

Upon arrival the townhouse looks just like the photos on the VRBO site. The location is great, there is a grapefruit tree in the front yard, great entry way and upscale appliances in the kitchen etc. However, as we settled in flaws in the rosy picture became apparent. The most important was the beds which were most uncomfortable and should be replaced. In particular the bed in the master bedroom is soft and lumpy and some of the supporting slats easily come dislodged. One one of the other beds is very squeaky. The grout bathrooms could use some attention- cleaning and maybe redoing of the grout so the rooms would feel clean and fresh.

Nice from far but far from nice.

We opened a bottle of wine on arrival and discovered that every glass was filthy so we had to wash all the glasses before use and later found that ALL the plates, bowls and cutlery would have to be washed before use - there was actual food on plates in the cupboard, smears of crud and crumbs everywhere. We contacted the host who told us that she would address it with housekeeping and that when she visits a VRBO she washes everything when she gets there before use? That's shocking. She blamed the group before, a "stag" group of golfers who also likely caused the plumbing disaster we would experience a couple of days later; both sinks in the primary suite backed up and sewer "stuff" coming up through the drains. The host came in with plumbers while we were out who left an even worse mess and the smell was so horrible we couldn't use that bathroom at all that night and had to leave the fan on, open windows and use a lot of air freshener to clear the sewer smell so we could sleep upstairs. Communication about this mess was not good and at no time were we ever offered any compensation for this disgusting inconvenience. In addition to these health concerns, the bed in the master to be sort of squashed on one side so we turned the mattress which only marginally improved the sag on the far side of the bed. We also got to experience left behind garbage and a damaged toilet seat. The pool is too cold to use and the pool washrooms and gym are out of order. Overall, just poorly managed.

I asked the owner to please have someone come over and change a lite bulb I couldnt reach she once

I would not recommend it .I looked in her rule book and I was overcharged 140.00 for my cat Her son said it must have been an old listing, in that case it should have been updated I phoned her yesterday and asked her to call me back , no response . I told het there was water in her garage no response. The mattress were horrible, no firmness at all

Amazing townhome!

From the day before our stay to the end it was easy and owners were so kind. Located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale close to bars, shopping, freeways and airport! We loved the two car garage, washer/dryer and the pool area was gated and private. Our morning walk around the neighborhood felt safe and enjoyable. I would highly recommend for a family as this townhome had plenty of room and character! Can’t wait to visit again!

Fabulous home!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Everything was exactly as described online. Linda’s home was super clean, had everything we could need for our stay and was very relaxing. The location was great as well - so close to the mall and downtown Scottsdale. While we did not get to interact with Linda, we did with Franco who was a pleasure to deal with! We would highly recommend this property!

Great Property

We stayed at this property for a few days in April. It was a great location and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of linens as well as some toiletries. We were very pleased with the space and would certainly rent again.
