Cabaña recientemente remodelada con vista al hermoso Lago Superior. Es un campamento base perfecto para explorar el Parque Estatal Porcupine Mountain. Capacidad para 2-4 personas con 1 cama queen y 1 cama doble. Aire acondicionado, TV Roku, WiFi, cocina completa y baño. También hay una lavadora / secadora.

The house was so quiet and peaceful. We had great sleeps! All the rooms were spotless. There were plenty of kitchen supplies. And very close to the park! We will return!

Peaceful, clean, well stocked, cute, cozy!!! I cant say enough! Love love love it! Brandi is so easy to communicate with! Nice fire ring in back with wood available and chairs!! Beautiful lake view! My husband and I have stayed at Rainbow Lodging several times now. This cabin is the perfect home away from home. It is well-maintained, very clean, and provides all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Brandi and Matt are also wonderful hosts. Checking in throughout our stay and just a text away if we needed anything!

My husband and I spent 3 nights in the family cabin and our friends stayed in the smaller cabin. Both cabins are very well maintained, clean and decorated so cute. They have it stocked well with kitchen items. Compared to the other cabins/hotels in the area there was nothing close to being as nice as these. The host are extremely easy to communicate with and always answered any questions we had quickly. Would definitely recommend for anyone to stay here.

Absolutely the best! So close to the hiking in the gorgeous Porkie's and across from Lake Superior. It was great to hike then come back and cook dinner, read, and rest. I would 100% stay here again.

This is our second time staying here. It is very clean and well maintained. My husband and I took friends with us who stayed in the smaller cabin on the property. It is nice to have two cabins on the same property. It gave us each our privacy but allowed us to share meals in the larger cabin. It is tastefully decorated and has everything you could need for a little getaway.

Our 3rd stay at Rainbow Lodge and certainly will not be our last. The location is perfect for both relaxing right there at the lodge or exploring the Porkies, waterfalls and of course Lake Superior, right across the street. It's definitely our home away from home!

My husband and I went up to the UP to explore the Porcupine Mountain State Park and that area. The location of the cabin was located near most of the attractions in the area. The cabin was immaculately clean and cozy as per the description. The appliances and grill were all newer and in working order. It exceeded our expectations. Very well stocked kitchen. Nice Charbroil gas grill. Hosts were very responsive and even checked in with us to see how everything was. They had the firepit all ready set up for a wood fire. Matt and Brandi have done a wonderful job with this property. We would definitely stay here agan.

Meticulous and Comfortable

Appreciated that the cabin was clean, comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with decent pans, utensils and dishes. We were able to have a couple fires with the wood provided too. Great place to stay

Porkies perfection

If you're looking for a cozy but complete cabin close to the Porcupine Mountains, this is the place. We wondered if the location off the main highway would be noisy, but it was not. The cabin is set back far enough, you hardly notice any traffic.

Repeat renter

Stayed here Feb 2018 and now again Jan 2025. Both times the place was neat, clean, well equipped and the hosts were great. To note - different hosts each time but ownership stayed in the family. Excellent location when taking in all that the Porkies has to offer. Will be staying again in the future.

I (Brandi) was born and raised in White Pine so I have had Lake Superior and the Porcupine Mountains in my backyard my whole life. I have 2 adult children.
Matt was born and raised in lower Michigan (Richmond) and always loved to vacation in the UP. Being the hunter and fisherman he is, he relocated here thru his job (Semco) in 2001
Fast forward a few years...we met in 2012 and the rest is history.

Rainbow Lodging was originally the End of the Rainbow Restaurant. It served ice cream and broasted chicken and was a popular place to see bears. It had been closed for several years before my Aunt Sharon bought the property in 2011. She turned it into a home for my grandparents (her parents) and a few years later when they relocated she decided to rent it out.
Now its her turn to relocate and with wanting to keep it in the family, we (Matt & I) decided to embark on this exciting yet challenging adventure together
