Laia House / Laia's house

Confortable casa adosada para 6 personas, ubicada en Can Picafort, a menos de 100 metros del mar. La ubicación de la casa permite a los huéspedes disfrutar de una casa independiente cerca del mar con todas las comodidades necesarias para unas vacaciones de ensueño. La casa cuenta con dos plantas, dos grandes terrazas, mesa de ping-pong y un lugar para guardar bicicletas, perfecta para los ciclistas.



La casa se encuentra a muy poca distancia del centro y de la playa de Can Picafort y de la playa de Son Bauló, en una zona muy tranquila.



Distribución:

La propiedad está construida en tres niveles.

En la planta calle encontramos una zona perfecta para guardar bicicletas o los juegos de playa, además de una mesa de ping-pong.

En el primer piso, se puede encontrar un área grande con un comedor para seis personas, sofá y una Smart TV, una hermosa terraza con muebles de jardín, ideal para relajarse al atardecer. En la zona izquierda tenemos un cuarto de baño recién reformado y una cocina completamente equipada y una gran terraza con mesa de exterior y BBQ.



En la zona superior tres dormitorios, uno con cama King Size, el segundo con cama doble y otro con dos camas individuales. Por último, un baño recién reformado.

Laia es una opción perfecta para parejas o familias con niños que deseen pasar sus vacaciones junto al mar, con muchas opciones y lugares de interés, en un entorno seguro y tranquilo.



Nota 1. Los gastos de limpieza final están incluidos en el precio del alquiler. Esta circunstancia no exime al cliente de su obligación de cuidar la propiedad. Nada se tomará del depósito mientras el uso de la casa sea razonable.

Nota 2. En aquellas propiedades en las que sea posible incluir una cama extra, y siempre sujeto a disponibilidad, el coste será 15€ por persona y día.

Nota 3. La salida de la propiedad es a las 10:00. Cuando sea posible permitir una salida más tarde, siempre sujeto a disponibilidad, el coste será de 90 € hasta las 13:00h. y 160 € hasta las 16:00h.

Nota 4. Entrada al alojamiento con personal de nuestra agencia gratuito hasta las 22:00h, 30 € (22:00-00:00) o 50 € (después de las 00:00). Opción de acceso autónomo gratuito con bienvenida del personal al día siguiente.

Nota 5. El consumo de electricidad no está incluido en el precio del alojamiento. El coste es 0.25€/Kw a pagar en la salida

Lovely home in a convenient neighbourhood

Laia's House has all the amenities you could want, with plenty of outdoor space. It is in a great location near the water and the main street, but with low traffic and quiet neighbours. It's very comfortable for a relaxing vacation!

Very nice holiday home located in the second row of the sea. Very modern and well equipped house, ideal table tennis table for children. We enjoy the porch with the BBQ and the terrace.

Beautiful house, great location

The house is exactly as shown in the photos. We enjoyed being there during the off season. While a lot of restaurants were closed, the ones that were open were really great. We enjoyed being to dine with the locals. Good location. Easy to make day trips from here.

Plenty of space and great location

Lovely big rooms with loads of light. Black out curtains in all bedrooms and comfy beds. Brilliant outdoor spaces, too bacony with breath taking sea views and back patio was very privare. 5 minutes walk to the beach and marina.

Lovely house, nicely furnished. The upstairs bathroom door needs fixing, so that it shuts without having to be noisily slammed into with full body weight (not convenient and not good for the middle of the night).

Perfect vacation!

By far one of our favorite villas we have ever stayed in in Mallorca. We absolutely loved it. The villa is well located in a nice area and within walking distance to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, beaches etc. We had a car and didn´t have any problems getting a parking space right outside the house. The villa itself is fantastic - spacious, bright, clean, modern, stylish and very well equipped. The bedrooms are neat with comfortable beds. e felt comfortable in the villa and had a very enjoyable stay thanks to Juan.

Fantastisches Haus in der Nähe des Hafens

Sehr schönes Haus in Can Picafort! Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und dem Yachthafen entfernt. Juan ist sehr nett Wir wurden spät in der Nacht begrüßt und es gab ein willkommenes Weinpaket! Die geräumigen und komfortablen Zimmer, die gut ausgestattete Küche und der perfekte Grill. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Zwei Wochen in Can Picafort

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage. Genau zwischen der ruhigeren und der touristischeren Ecke von Can Picafort. Die Wohnung selbst liegt ruhig, nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt und ist gut ausgestattet.

Fantastic house and service

We returned to Laia House in 2020 for the second year in a row, and will hopefully get back there for the next vacation We like the place, it is close to everything but far from the noise and crowds. I personally love the sea view from the terrace on the third floor. We appreciated the weekly cleaning service, the rich kitchen equipment, the no-joke air conditioning, and the literal abundance of the clean towels. And special thanks to property manager Juan for the quick solving of all our requests, and for the proactive help with the internet I hope you guys will overcome the difficult corona-times and see you next year, hopefully without the masks. Someone blocked the parking lot with their cars a couple of times. "No Parking" sign would probably be helpful, even unofficial, manually painted one. And the key-lock for the main bedroom door... It would bring even more romantic mood to parents of the family with small kids :)

Comfortable, well equipped and helpful owners

Our second stay at this apartment, this time with our 9 month old baby. Such a beautiful setting with views of the bay and mountains and the terrace and balcony offer lovely private spaces. The owners were extremely helpful with any queries and there was everything you needed for you stay, including a travel cot and high chair for our baby (upon request)! A fantastic 2 weeks!

A very beautiful house near the beach!

We spend a week in the Laia house in octobre with 4 adults and 2 kids. The house was perfect for us! Nice bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equiped kitchen and a nice garden and balcony. Everything spotless clean! The kids loved to play outside and inside with the table tennis. The location was perfect! Close to the beach and there are supermarkets nearby also a pastelaria for fresh bread is close within 4 minutes by foot. Juan is a perfect host. When we arrived he was already at the house waiting for us to tell everything about the house and the place Can Picafort. He also arranged some food and drinks for the first day. That was really nice. For questions you can whatsapp and there will he a quick answer. We had a wonderful time at the house and we wil definitely come back again! Greets, Pauletta and family

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Das Haus ist genau so wie beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar besser. Absolut sauber!!!!! Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts. Juan war sehr nett und immer zu erreichen. Am Anreisetag hatte er sogar für das erste Frühstück eingekauft und Wasser für uns bereit gehalten. Ein wirklich toller Service!!!! Am Abreisetag durften wir sogar bis 16:00 im Haus bleiben, da unser Flug erst spät abends ging. Das ging natürlich nur, da keine neue Gäste kamen, aber trotzdem außergewöhnlich nett und mit zwei kleinen Kindern eine echte Erleichterung! Der Strand und Hafen sind zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Von außen wirkt es erst etwas ernüchternd, mag auch an der wirklich nicht besonders ansehnlichen Straße in Can Picafort liegen, von innen ist es aber wirklich eine ganz tolle Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen!

Prachtig appartement op loopafstand van strand en boulevard!

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad met onze 3 pubers van 14, 18 en 19 in augustus 2018. De ontvangst was prima! Gastvrij onthaal met de eerste boodschappen al in huis. Het appartement heeft 2 hele ruime terrassen. Op het achterterras kan er heerlijk rustig en in de schaduw worden ontbeten en gedineerd (overdag volle zon dus te warm). Wij hebben veel genoten van het terras aan de voorkant met een mooie lounge hoek. Het appartement is modern en licht ingericht. Na een week schoonmaak en lagen er weer heerlijke schone handdoeken, douchelakens en strandlakens klaar. Goed geregeld! Ik zou dit appartment zeker aanbevelen!

Schöne Ferientage in einer tollen Wohnung

Wir verbrachten im Mai schöne Ferientage mit unseren 3 Kindern. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Tischtennisplatte wurde von unseren Kinder sehr viel benutzt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Nur 5 Minuten zum Strand.

uns haben die knapp 2 Woche hier Ende März/ Anfang April gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war gutausgestattet, die Betten war auch sehr gut. Leider war es in der Wohnung zu dieser Jahreszeit etwas frisch und da keine Heizung vorhanden ist- brauch man doch warme Kleidung um sich wohl zu fühlen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung hatte eine tolle Lage nur ein paar Minuten vom Meer entfernt und ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich top, es ist alles vorhanden um dort einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Beautiful, spacious, and well equipped

The apartment is close to the beach, but in the quieter part of the town, which suited us well. It has everything you need to have a home away from home (even a BBQ). Very helpful hosts and good communication. Would definitely consider staying again.

Dejligt sted og område.

En fantastisk bolig, der levede op til vores forventninger. Skønne værelser og udsigt og mulighed for at lave mad, grille og vaske. Can Picafort er et dejligt område og boligen er trukket lidt tilbage for larm og turister, men stadig i 5 minutters gang til strand og butikker. Stranden til højre er lige op til en national park og der er også et sted med mulighed for at benytte deres pool. Stranden til venstre er mere turistet men stadig dejlig. Gode muligheder for at spise ude især lækre steder ved lystbådehavnen. God service af udlejer.

Clean, private, close to the sea front

This property was wonderful, I couldn't recommend it more. My husband and I rented it for 10 nights for our cycling / running honeymoon, although the there were three rooms and only two of us we really wanted somewhere with a private balcony. The whole apartment was fantastic, the private balcony had a wonderful view of the mountains and sun first thing in the morning until around 3 pm (late may) and had the sun again from 6 with the sun setting in full view over the mountains. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils so I cooked a couple of nights. Ca'n Picafort is a beautiful setting with a paved walk by the sea and lovely beaches. The location was great, half way along the paved sea front (a very convenient 5km run!) and plenty of restaurants to choose from of varying kinds of atmosphere. If you walk far enough to the east you get to the lovely Son Baulo nature park, definitely worth an explore! My only criticism of the apartment is that the master bed has a collapsed mattress which meant we had to flip it and I used the single bed's duvet as a mattress topper for added comfort. Thanks so much to Juan too who was fantastic organising fixing the wifi that had broken! I would definitely recommend this apartment, whether there is 2 of you or a family.

Laia is a lovely house perfect for a large family.

Laia is a lovely house perfect for a large family. Upon arrival Juan met us just as we arrived with the taxi from the airport and thoroughly explained everything we needed to know about the property. The house was exceptionally clean and tidy and the extra bed that we had requested was set up and made up. The area is a quite residential area and only minutes from the harbour and the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Laia and especially loved the roof terrace. We hope to come back one day!
