¡Bienvenido a Springville! Tu hogar lejos de casa. Springville es una villa de lujo con todo el personal situada en Montego Bay, a solo 20 minutos del aeropuerto.

Ubicado en 3. 5 acres de hermosos jardines, esta casa de 4 dormitorios y 4. 5 baños es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de la tranquilidad del Caribe. La villa cuenta con una gran cantidad de espacio al aire libre, relájese en la terraza donde podrá disfrutar de amplias vistas al mar y una piscina infinita.

Nuestro personal de 5 personas atenderá todas sus necesidades:

Su cama y baño serán atendidos todos los días por el ama de llaves.

La piscina y los terrenos serán atendidos por los Jardineros.

El mayordomo le servirá todas las bebidas, aperitivos y comidas.

Springville cuenta con un chef a tiempo completo para cocinar todas las comidas. No hay costo adicional para el personal. Si la Parte de Alquiler decide pre-abastecer la villa con alimentos y comestibles, reembolsará al Chef o al Gerente de la Villa en efectivo el día después de la llegada. Esto también incluirá $ 30 para reembolsar al Chef por el transporte hacia y desde la tienda.
La Parte de alquiler entiende que son responsables de comprar (o reembolsar al Chef si se envía al Chef a comprar) cualquier alimento / bebida / comestibles para las comidas en la villa. My sisters and I treated our mother for her 76th birthday. The home was beautiful! Very-well maintained by a lovely staff that felt like family. It is surrounded by awe-inspiring views of nature with luscious flowers, trees and grass that feels like high-pile carpet, perfect for grounding.Inside, each room is tastefully decorated with quality you don’t find The infinity pool was very clean, and spectacular. The beds were comfortable.The STAFF-I cannot say enough about the staff. Chef Vincent, Miss Jackie, and D (we gave him a nickname). They truly are gems! Not to omit the gardeners, and the FANTASTIC job of caring for the grounds. And lastly, the Owner, Joseph, who promptly responded to any questions we had.I highly recommend this paradise to everyone looking for a luxurious getaway in MBJ.

Amazing Time at Springville

We were a group of 12 with 8 adults and 4 children between 12 and 6 years old. The kids had an amazing time in the pool. The food was amazing and the staff felt like family. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Family Trip

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully appointed property. Although we arrived later in the evening, we were still greeted by the staff with rum punch and smiles. The entire staff was so welcoming and accommodating, and made us feel at home. The property manager was also very responsive to all our inquiries and made sure we had everything we needed. The property itself was well maintained and beautifully decorated with ample space for my family of 5. I would highly recommend!

Paradise

The staff at Springville was absolutely amazing—Ms. Jackie, Mr. Vincent, David, Chad, Phylicia, Roshawn, Sanjay, and Alwayne truly made the stay memorable. Overall, the experience was great. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the primary suite wasn’t working, making the room unusable and requiring guests to share rooms. While the team did try to fix it, there was no resolution during our stay, which was disappointing. That said, once the AC in the primary suite is repaired, you truly couldn’t ask for a better stay with such a wonderful staff. I would still happily recommend this home to anyone.

From start to finish, the experience was absolutely incredible.Joseph, the owner, was incredibly accommodating and helpful with all of our questions and requests. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable vacation. The staff at the villa were also exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.A special shout-out to Vincent, the chef, who was absolutely outstanding. He prepared delicious meals and expertly accommodated my wife's dietary needs. Perfection!

This was our second time staying at Springville. It remains our family’s favorite vacation spot! The house, view and grounds are beautiful but the staff are who make the experience extra special! Take me back to Springville!

Oh what I would do to go back to day 1 of our trip to Springville. We just spent a long weekend at the villa and and cannont stop talking about how amazing everything was. The house and property itself is gorgeous - the oceaniew is literally mouthdropping. But the most special part of Springville is its staff. Ginger, Vincent, Jackie and everyone else on the property were the warmest, most welcome people and totally made our trip. Alwayne and Delano (our drivers) were also the best. I cannot say enough about our time at Springville. Joseph organized an incredible catarman day for us, as well as massages. The Round Hill hotel is nearby and we spend an amazing happy hour there one evening. I cannot wait to return to Jamaica and to Springville! And I have my friends & family all wanting to go now too! Thank you!!!

I don’t know where to start? Springville was the perfect stay for our family. The accommodations were faultless and the staff extremely warm and welcoming. We were well taken care of throughout our stay. It’s located perfectly in Montego Bay for anything you might like to do off property. We found ourselves sad to leave when it was time to go. Can’t wait to return!

Great place to stay!

The property is beautiful, and the photos do not do it justice. Ginger was the best butler ever, and Vincent's food was delicious. Joe and Ginger were able to help me with a lot of moving parts including massages, transportation, and groceries. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely return to this villa.

A Slice of Paradise

This is definitely one is the hidden gems of Jamaica. The location is serene, the property is sprawling, and the staff is SUPERB! Hands down one of the most relaxing vacations I have ever taken. There was something for everyone. We spent the majority of our time in the gorgeous pool that overlooks the side of the island. We had plenty of refreshing drinks and snacks, but it was the large pool floats that won my 6 year old over. The pool was heated upon request and the view at night was unlike anything I had ever seen. What the pictures don’t show you is the gorgeous and comfortable lounge space to sunbathe and nap steps away from the pool. Or the beautifully covered outdoor seating where we watched the rain blanket the sky. For those of us that prioritized fitness, the onsite gym was perfect. The rooms were spacious, large, and comfortable. It was a slice of heaven. If I could give a MILLION stars to the staff I would. Mr. Ginger, as we affectionately called him, is the House Manager who tended to our every need while we were there. He coordinated our meals with the Chef who was OUTSTANDING!! We chose to focus on authentic, traditional Jamaican food and we were not disappointed. I loved that all meals were served ON TIME. But the best and nicest surprise were the delicious chocolate chip cookies prepared as a snack, available whenever we wanted. Ms. Felicia did an amazing job keeping our rooms immaculate and our personal laundry clean. It felt like home away from home.

The perfect vacation.

If you’re looking for the absolute perfect spot with the absolute perfect staff. This is where you go. Unbeatable. 10 out of 10. Nicest human beings on the planet. With the most luxurious amenities. The staff quickly became our good friends and made our experience unforgettable. The property owner Joe is one attentive and incredible person that you could ever deal with. My family will be back a few times a year. Well worth the money. In fact, it’s well worth double the money.

My overall experience was just amazing, me and my friends enjoyed every minute of the stay. The whole staff party was so welcoming and friendly, The Chef was amazing and the delicious food was a hands down, the butler was awesome and amazing, the housekeeper was just wonderful and amazing. All the rooms were to perfection and spotless, can't forget about the driver Mr. Trevor, he was so easy going and friendly and very helpful. Mothers/Daughters Trip

For some of us, this was our second time staying at the villa. We loved it some much we brought a bigger group on this trip. In a group of ten we all felt comfortable, with many nooks along the property, there’s plenty of space for alone time and group activities. Most used were the beautiful infinity pool and patio area. Ginger, Sheldon and Felecia made sure we had everything we needed and treated us with so much care during our stay. Each meal was fantastic and topic of conversation, thank you to the amazing Chef, Vincent. All & all the cleanliness, property amenities and ease of travel were impeccable making our stay relaxing and memorable. We will be back again next year!

The best birthday experience ever!

If you’re looking for a place to experience the best of what Jamaica has to offer, look no further. Springville villa — a tastefully designed colonial style modernized home with Jamaican touches, is one of the Caribbean’s best kept secrets. Communication with Joseph the property manager about specific needs regarding my 50th birthday celebration with friends was a breeze. On arrival, Ginger the Butler and housekeeper — a professional yet kind and diligent man, ensured that our stay was perfect. Vincent the chef, gave us a taste of Jamaicas delicacies, including sugarcane and loads of mangoes! And with Felicia’s thorough cleaning, you will feel pampered and well taken care of. I can’t thank Alwayne the driver enough for his warm hospitality and knowledge of the whole Montego Bay region, or the gardener Sheldon, who keeps the grounds meticulous, and knows how to put a donut in the pool just at the right moment. We also asked for the services of two massage therapists — (those ladies sure know how to loosens those tight knots!) and a local photographer to capture a special dinner moment. Thank you for sharing this beautiful experience with us and for making my 50th at this exquisite gem of a home spectacular. We are sure to return!

Our recent trip was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Travelling with a party of five females, we were keen on finding a destination that could accommodate our group seamlessly. Outstanding vacation rental!

A person couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Jamaica. The home is incredibly clean thanks to Felicia. The food prepared on site was absolutely delicious. Vincent and Ginger make a wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner. We made a plan on meals early in our week and those fellas took it from there. Alwayne drove my family on a daily adventure. He gave us ideas of where to go and he was always with us. The home’s grounds are beautiful and safe. This is a must see location!

The Perfect Getaway

This trip was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We came with two families, including four young kids. The host was great about upfront planning and communication to make all logistics a breeze. Once we arrived on property, the amazing crew were the perfect hosts. Ginger, Vincent, Sheldon, Felecia, Alwayne and others were amazing to both the parents and the kids! They made us all feel very welcome and comfortable, making sure our every need was met. From hot coffee and delicious breakfast first thing in the morning to Vincent’s delicious dinners and Ginger’s desserts… every meal was thoughtfully planned and top notch. A true vacation in every way for busy families! We would definitely look to stay here again. The interior and exterior of the gorgeous house are even better than the pictures show.
