Our family stay for Brit's graduation

We had great time at the property. Everyone has their separate space to sleep and hangout! The property was spacious and beautiful! We enjoyed the pool and pool table! Anita was extremely responsive to our requests and concerns! We would stay at the property again!

Great time in Cave Creek

Clean, comfortable beds and pillows. The addition of pool and table tennis made it extra fun for the kids (and big kids aka adults) we played many rounds of Around the World ping pong, and grandpa enjoyed the putting green. Safe/clean neighborhood with wide paved sidewalks for morning and evening walks. Convenient to shops, dining, hiking. We enjoyed a wedding in Anthem, close commute. Also, had a fun night at Buffalochip bar as wanna be line dancers and rodeo aficionados. Would stay again.

Spacious house in great location!

The house served our 10 people family reunion well! The house was very clean and the beds very comfortable! We loved having a big table to have meals together plus a small round tablet to play cards. The location was nice with a desert park nearby for walking. A couple of small things wrong- dishwasher bottom rack wouldn’t roll out and we could have used more towels for our big group. Grill is natural gas, not propane & a bit of a challenge to use. Overall, great stay!!

Property was nice. Pool felt cold to the kids. However, we were told it was heated.Cornhole only 1/2 there. Replacement they had sent was terrible and didn’t work.Kitchen poorly equipped. No trash bags, storage bags or napkins and very few rolls of toilet paper.Pans were very old.

We’re disappointed to see this review, especially since we strive to provide a top-notch experience for all our guests. Our pool heater is always set to the standard temperature, and we didn’t receive any reports during your stay about any issues—otherwise, we would have been happy to assist. It's important to note the pool cover should be used each night during cold evenings. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including a starter kit of trash bags etc under the sink and in bathrooms. In addition, our cornhole set has been replaced and is in great condition. Having it outside in AZ summer causes tear and wear quicker but a new set arrived at the door the next day for your use. We take guest experiences seriously, but we also stand by the quality of our home and the amenities we provide. Wishing you the best in your future travels.

Family birthday reunion

Property was ideally located for spending time with local family, access to local hiking, airport and Superstition Wilderness where we backpacked week prior to our stay. House was clean, comfortable and kitchen wonderfully equipped for preparing and serving meals for our group of 14 and well supplied with alll the toiletries, laundry, dishwashing, and paper towels we needed for our 4 nights. The configuration of bedrooms would be better for a mixed group of 4 couples and children who share rooms more easily than adult singles. We had 4 couples that were accomodated well by 4 king rooms (only 1 of these has private bath) and six adult singles who would have preferred separate rooms but were flexible. We enjoyed the pool and corn hile and the outdoor area for eating and relaxing. Sun, Fun, and Golf: House with Pool Table, Pool, & Fun Outdoor Area

Our group of 12 golfers had an absolutely fantastic stay at this house! The location was ideal for our trip, with the airport just a short drive away, making it easy for everyone to arrive and depart. We were thrilled to be so close to TPC and so many top-notch golf courses – we were able to play a different course every day! The house itself was perfect for our group. The pool table was a huge hit, providing hours of entertainment in the evenings. We loved relaxing on the sunny patio after a long day on the greens, enjoying the beautiful weather. The house had everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious living area, and enjoyable backyardwith chaors surroundingthe pool. We would highly recommend this house to any group of golfers, family, or friends looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay. Only recommendations would be full size mirrors in each bedroom due to there only being 3 bathrooms. The host and rental company were very responsive and friendly. Thanks for a memorable stay and forever lasting memories.

Awesome house and location

My family and my brothers family stayed here Thanksgiving week. There was plenty of room. We enjoyed the putting green, corn hole, pool, ping pong and foosball. Sedona is an hour away and there is lots to do in Phoenix. We enjoyed the museum of musical instruments and the Botanical Garden. We were welcomed with a basket of chocolates There were spices in the cupboard, laundry soap, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent and coffee filters. Lots of kitchenware. Beds were very comfortable. We had an issue with one of the showers and the handle on one of the toilets. Anita was very responsive and sent a plumber. Great experience. I would highly recommend this property and hope to come again!

Family reunion stay

We came to phoenix area for a family reunion and this six bedroom home served its purpose. We enjoyed our stay. The owner was quick to respond to any concerns and check in and check out were easy and simple to follow. Was nice there was a pack and play crib and also a highchair to use for our 15mos. old grandson. However, if I were to note any negatives they would be: 1) another bathroom would have been useful; 2) the tall ceilings and tile flooring caused every noise to echo more than normal; 3) the kitchen could have been more useful if stocked with more bake/cookware. However, the kitchen substantially offered lots of plates, glasses and silverware, which was very helpful. 4) lastly, for those not used to The Nest heating/cooling system, it could be useful to have some sort of manual/guidance to use the system.

Beautiful home that needed additional cleaning.

The home was spacious & accommodated our large family. It would've been nice to have a few bottles of cold water stocked in the refrigerator in the Arizona summer when we arrived. The toilet overflowed a few times and we didn't have a mop to clean the water from the known plumbing issue. When we attempted to sweep the kitchen, the broom broke. We purchased quite a few cleaning supplies, including dish soap & bleach, which should've been available to anticipate needs. The drawer in the kitchen had a dead fly in it, so we washed all of the flatware & accessories in both drawers. The home was beautiful as was the neighborhood, but there should have been more attention to detail as far as the cleanliness of the home was concerned during ongoing covid / monkey pox concerns.

Eleven of Us!

The Good: Lots of room for 11 of us!Dining room table could accommodate all of us. Outdoor area great for enjoying the pool. Plus there was a pack n play & a high chair. Loved having a tv in each bedroom. Loved the pool. Enjoyed the putting green & pool table. Needs Improvement: Kitchen (not all stove burners were functional), no big nonstick pans, no griddle, (difficult to cook for 11 people with only 2 1/2 functioning burners & no large nonstick pans), no first aid kit (needed bandaids), no paper or pencils anywhere, no dust pan, instructions for locking front door unclear (never could lock or unlock the front door after we entered initially from the outside- when we left, we locked from the inside & went out the back sliding door), instructions for heating pool unclear, instructions for grill outdated, instructions for garbage day outdated, instructions for tvs unclear, as to what stations we could access & what stations we needed to log into ourselves, dishwasher not always cleaning (filter cleaned??? water not hot enough???) missing screen on one bedroom, no instructions for fireplace use, inexpensive pool cover tears easily. Maybe some of these items were available & we never found them. We enjoyed our stay, but if we were to return, I would be sure a number of these items were available.

Beautiful home!!!

This home was everything that we were hoping! It was beautiful, spacious and up to date. There were plenty of things for us to do as a family and also to relax. If we come back to Arizona we will definitely be renting this home again!

Great time in Phoenix!

Overall, our stay was great. Plenty of room, comfy beds, enjoyed the pool. Two suggestions: Since we didn't know the area, a notebook of local restaurants and points of interest would have been helpful. Also, although the kitchen is large, a few larger pans (for a house that sleeps this many people) would have helped. We had to purchase. We'd return for another vacation in Phoenix.

Friends Trip

We enjoyed the house tremendously! It was a great size with lots of space for everyone! It’s in a great location close to stores and restaurants. The only issue we had the first few days was getting the thermostat unlocked due to the house being really warm. Once that was resolved it was very comfortable!
