Convenient access minutes to Loop 101 and Highway 51. Just down the road you will find the Desert Ridge Marketplace and High Street which offer some of the best nightlife, dining, shopping, movies, comedy, grocery, coffee, etc. Also minutes to the JW Marriott Spa and Wildfire Golf Course. Just a 5 minute drive or less to Mayo Hospital.
The home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms and the Living Room have TV's! Spacious and bright. Walk down the road to a community pool (heated in the winter) and gym. All brand NEW!
