Very nice place. One of the participants asked me why we didn't live in this house before. House is equipped very well (include grill) and additional advantages are pool and gym. Plus, of course, location is very good for our purposes.

This was one of the nicest and cleanest rentals we have ever used- and we’ve stayed in several. It is very obvious that their number 1 priority is the comfort of their guests. We would stay again with no hesitation whatsoever.

What a gem. This townhome was exceptionally clean. Every room looked as though it was just remodeled and beautifully decorated. The clubhouse pool was perfect. It was clean, well taken care of, and just a very short walk. The host was very responsive to all of my messages. Very nice to work with. Outstanding all around. 5 stars!!

The experience was awesome

Our over all stay was amazing. Loved having a garage it was helpful for our side x side. We enjoyed the pool and clubhouse. For the first time using a Vrbo we were pleasantly pleased with the location and how quiet the neighborhood was. Will definitely being staying here again.

Great Location, Great Property!

The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and trip to Zion NP. Fantastic pool with lazy river and large hot tub. What I saw in the listing was what we found on location. I would use this VRBO again!

Great southern Utah stay

Townhome is nice and clean. Great pool, clubhouse, and sport courts. We loved the convenience to Zion, Brians Head, Bryce Canyon, and Page, AZ. We were able to visit several great areas from one centralized location.

Exactly what we were looking for

Very positive experience. The place looks exactly as in the listing. It is very comfortable and the it location is great if you want to visit Zion National Park or other places around St. George. Kids loved the pool.

Amazing place, stay, views.

We stayed here while we visited Zion and Bryce. This place was a dream! Every single thing you could think of was at our fingertips. The condo was beyond beautiful and extremely clean. The pool area was a huge hit after hiking all day. The town itself of Hurricane was perfect for our family as well. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Clean property - automated communication - broken pool

The property was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near Zion, which we appreciated. We specifically chose this place because of the pool, as it was a key feature for our kids. Unfortunately, the pool broke on our second day, which significantly disrupted our plans. I reached out to the host, Rory, but only received what seemed like automated or generic responses that didn’t really address the issue. It felt impersonal and unhelpful, which was disappointing. Overall, the stay was a mixed experience — the property itself was nice, but the lack of meaningful communication from the host detracted from it.

Clean, new and spacious

Great place to stay, kids loved the pool. Only a half hour drive to Zion National park. Read the fine print about the number of guests. Can sleep up to 13. But any more than 6 guests are charged and additional $5 ea per night. I guess I missed that part. But we'd definitely stay again. We have used many vacation rentals and this one is definitely the nicest and cleanest we've ever used.

Great

The neighbors were in their hot tub every night we were there yelling and laughing until about 3 am. The windows do not keep much sound out. But as far as being able to hear the neighbors through the walls, couldn’t hear them at all. But other then that everything was as expected which is exactly what we wanted.

Great Community, Fun Pool!

The listing is just as described, so you are getting exactly what is listed. Great communication with property manager during check in process and when we had an issue with internet, it was quickly resolved. The size worked well for my family of 4 adults and two kids, but could definitely fit more people than what we had. I provided some feedback to manager regarding the lack of window coverings in the master bedroom, and they said they would resolve for the next guest. Also, we knew that there were only queen beds on property, but it wasn't great sleep for my husband who is 6'4 and myself. This property could "level-up" if they put king beds in the bedrooms. The rooms are so large that king beds could definitely fit. Otherwise, it was great stay and worked really well for our family!

Do you like the smell of a brand new property?

We arrived late to the property and were pleasantly surprised by the immaculate and homey feel walking through the front door! The smell of fresh paint, brand new beds and the simple yet beautifully appointed property were a warm welcome for us after a 12 hour drive. There was not one thing we could have asked for that wasn't already available to us and really appreciated the thought put into such a well appointed property. Rory took very good care of us and answered the phone immediately with every question we had while there. He made our stay the best ever! Our group took a short weekend to Zion just to hike the Narrows and loved the area and want to come back and spend several more days of adventure. We will keep this property at the top of our list and definitely stay again! What a fabulous weekend we all had!

Gorgeous mountain hideaway!

This cabin was a sudden gem sitting right off the main road with the most spectacular sunrise AND sunset views. It was a special treat to wake up each day to the glorious mountains and valleys below ya. We err walking distance to the gas station/convenience store, the restaurants (2) and the bar!! And a short walk down the valley allowed us access to the Sevier river a little fishing at dusk. The house was beautiful—clean and well kept. Yeh kitchen was very well appointed — so making dinners was a snap! Only about 30 minutes to Bryce and Navajo lake the other direction, and Panguitvh another, made it absolutely perfect to get anywhere quickly which you can’t do in the mountains we learned. And the bonus was the owners horse sassy and cat socks. The kids both enjoyed saying hello each am... Overall a great place and location and the owner Leslie and her brother Dave were great!!
