Casa con encanto en Positano

Villa Fioravante es una residencia de verano de Positano, situado en el corazón de la pequeña ciudad de la costa de Amalfi.

La casa es perfecta para aquellos que quieren experimentar plenamente el país sin renunciar a retirarse al final de la jornada para disfrutar de la vista desde el patio con vista al mar.

Bien amueblada, la casa cuenta con cinco habitaciones cada una con baño privado, una cocina sala de estar, una terraza y una fantástica terraza con tumbonas para aquellos que no pueden hacer sin el sol.

La casa se accede por unas escaleras desde la calle principal, lo cual es raro para los hogares de la ciudad apodado precisamente "vertical", y es prácticamente en el centro del pueblo, a poca distancia de decenas de restaurantes, tiendas, tiendas de delicatessen y bares.

La villa está magistralmente conducida por hermanas Marianna y Fabiana, los jóvenes empresarios de la moda local, el gusto refinado y con un fuerte sentido de la hospitalidad, que ha dirigido durante mucho tiempo la villa con gran cuidado.

La casa está a pocos pasos del centro y del puerto desde donde se puede coger un ferry a Capri y Amalfi, para visitar fácilmente todos los lugares más hermosos de la costa.

Por la noche, a pocos pasos se puede cenar o tomar una copa de vino en uno de los muchos bares y restaurantes en los alrededores.

This property was wonderful! Terrific space for family with each room having own bathroom and common spaces were lovely. Location was excellent and convenient to town and beach. Pool was very small.

My family and I stayed at the property and it was amazing! Pepe and Laura were great and Marianna was incredibly helpful. It was very clean and incredibly well kept (daily service). It is a beautiful view. I would highly recommend for any families traveling to Positano.

Perfect spot in Positano

Our family so enjoyed our stay at Casa Fioravante! The location to be able to walk around the main town, to the shops, restaurants, beaches and marina was ideal. The house was very well kept, clean and the staff was helpful and valuable. The host communicated promptly with me and answered all my questions. My family and I just spray a week in Positano and stayed at this villa. We had an incredible time. The villa was beautiful, clean and the staff were excellent! They brought us pasties and ice cream - which was such a lovely touch. ! We were sad to leave…definitely one on the best views/stays in Positano. Would absolutely recommend to all!!

STUNNING!

The house and location couldn’t be better. The house itself is gorgeous and ten of us stayed here very comfortably. The location made accessing all that Positano has to offer very convenient. The team of Fabiana, Giuseppe and Laura made our time at Casa Fioravante wonderful. Cannot recommend it enough. Would definitely stay here again.

Stunning’

The views and location are stunning! A beautiful, private villa in Positano. The 5 bedrooms all face the Mediterranean Sea. We had our morning coffee on the terrace and relaxed in the soaking pool after a day of exploring. Mariana was the perfect hostwas and helped with restaurant and driver recommendations. Laura and Pablo kept the villa spotless. Our family created memories that will last a lifetime!

Great Option If Traveling With Young Children

What a beautiful, well accommodating home in Positano. We traveled here with our 2 and 4 yr old children and 7 adults. The hosts were incredibly helpful, placing a small day bed in the main bedroom to assist with us sleeping with out young children. Additionally, the property is incredible spacious with well insulated walls (the kids never woke up other family members). There is a hot tub-like pool at the bottom level of the property that the kids played in for hours each day. This saved us long stair walks down to the beach on days we were tired. Finally, the house staff was very generous in cleaning our rooms daily, providing laundry service, refilling water jugs, ordering us groceries for delivery.... I mean anything and everything you can think of, they did it! We were well cared for on a trip that wasn't easy with young kids! I can't recommend this airbnb, the hosts, and the staff enough for any family looking to travel to Positano. Thank you again!!

Casafioravante is fantastic! This beautiful villa exceeded our expectations—a breathtaking view, a well-kept property, large clean rooms (with comfortable beds) and a very functional kitchen! Marianna, our host replied quickly, provided many wonderful referrals, helped with our bags upon check-in/ check-out and provided concierge assistance throughout our stay. A big thanks to Laura and Pepe for their hospitality/housekeeping /attention to detail throughout our stay. Our whole family rated this our BEST vacation! Thanks again and hope to see you very soon.

Amazing place!

Our stay at Casa Fioravante was perfect! The location was fantastic, and the views from the large balcony were beautiful. The 5 stylish bedrooms each had an en suite bath and a private entrance. The living area had beautiful views, and an adorable well stocked kitchen. Marianna was an exceptional host and answered all my questions or inquiries quickly. She was so helpful with porters, van services, and private boat tours. It was a perfect base for a stay on the Amalfi Coast! My family of 3 adult kids and spouses loved every minute! (The A/C worked wonderfully)

Exceeded Expectations

Casa Fioravante exceeded our expectations. The villa is more beautiful than the pictures. The views are breathtaking. The villa is sparkling clean. Amenities are great (maid service, clean bath and pool towels daily, pool cleaning, laundry, porter service). Communication was excellent. The villa is bright, beautiful and updated. One note, the pool is not heated and there is no hot tub (VRBO listing shows heated pool and hot tub). House staff was fantastic. We were truly impressed. Location is perfect. We walked to shops, restaurants, beaches, and boat pier. 5 stars!!

We loved our stay at Casa Fioravante!

Case Fioravante was set up perfectly for our family of 11 with 5 separate bedroom units (w/ AC) spread out on two floors, a separate nicely air conditioned kitchen and living room area which served as our congregating point, outdoor pool and showers! The property is in excellent, modern condition and extremely well maintained - daily - by a wonderful staff who serviced our rooms, maintained the pool, did our laundry (thank you Laura!!) and cleaned the kitchen! Each day we returned from activities the place looked like the first day we moved in! Pepe also helped us carry our baggage down and up stairs on moving days. The location provides spectacular unobstructed views of the sea and is ideally situated towards the bottom of the hill with a modest walk down to the beach areas. Marianna, our host, was excellent to deal with - always responsive to our messages before we arrived (via VRBO site) and during our stay (via WhatsApp) - she arranged transfers to and from Sorrento for us, helped us order groceries for delivery, surprised us with breakfast pastries and more! Moreover, Mariana facilitated an easy check in and check out for us. We will stay again!

Breathtaking

The owners and manager were incredibly easy to deal with and kept us informed of all the things to do in the area as well as how to get around. The property itself is beautiful - even better than the pictures show online. It has every amenity possible, is extremely well maintained, and there are people working there each day to make sure it stays tidy. They even did our laundry! They helped us carry our suitcases down when we came and up when we left and they were always available for questions. Be aware the caretakers are around the property each day, but are very helpful and respectful and it was a joy not a bother to us. I can't imagine there's a more beautiful view in Positano. Once you get used to the steps, it's not that far of a walk. (It's Positano after all!!) We felt incredibly blessed and well taken care of while we were there. If you're thinking about staying here while you're visiting Positano, don't hesitate! It's a spectacular property with great communication and ideas from the hosts. Book it!!

stunning views

eight of us stayed for four days , and found the property located in a charming position overlooking the stunning coastline. Unless you're familiar with the area, make sure you get thorough instructions on how to find the property, as it's off the only road in (one way), down three sets of steps. This is a "casa" not a "villa", so there is no pool. As with all of Positano, be prepared for a hike to anywhere - everywhere is perched on the mountain sides. it's a ten minute walk to the centre, with many typical shops dedicated to the tourist market. If you take the back alley, you'll save a couple of minutes going down to the town centre, but have good legs for the trek back whichever way you go. A five minute walk above the location are several restaurants; Il Saraceno d'oro was good eating, though the menu is limited. Further eateries are down in the town centre. The beach is small with coarse black sand and pebbles. The property's bedrooms are comfortable with en-suites; the living room is spacious but the furniture sparse; the dining room furniture is basic, one drawback is that the kitchen is very small, so don't plan big eat-at-home cooking. We encountered some chilly, wet days early spring, but I can imagine in full summer you can enjoy al fresco eating and relaxing until the wee hours on the terrazza.

Great rental!

Beautiful views, great staff, prompt responses. Only issue was listing said one BR had two beds but it was not set up that way when we arrived. They offered to split the beds but it seemed like too much trouble. Otherwise a perfect stay!

Absolutely Amazing!

We were a group of 7 including 4 kids that stayed for 5 days in August. All I can say is this place was absolutely perfect! The villa was beautiful, the views stunning, the location perfect and the host very responsive. The small pool was really nice after a hot day of activities. Add in a city of steps, it was a only a short walk to many great restaurants and also the main beach. Daily housekeeping including laundry service was such a nice bonus. The highlight of our trip was getting a personal chef, Chef Antonio Satriano Casola, to come to the villa one night to make us a multiple course dinner. It was a night we will always remember. This place is a gem - book it and thank me later.

Amazing spot for a week on the Amalfi coast!

We had the most wonderful family vacation and couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect spot to stay! All 5 rooms are beautiful and each has it’s own bathroom. Positano is an amazing place but be prepared for steep climbs. It was a bit difficult for our parents (in their 70’s) and also with our small babies (11 weeks, and 18 months). We would take the road into town and that was a much better option than the stairs so we could use our strollers. It really didn’t take much longer to go the road over the stairs. It’s a small town so nothing is really far. There are restaurants just up the steps from the villa and a grocery store around the corner. There were 10 of us there so we cooked home for breakfast every morning, and every couple nights. One of the nights we hired a chef (Antonio) and we weren’t overly impressed. 700 euros for pretty basic food but was still enjoyable night with the family at the villa with the most fantastic view. We had a full week to visit and our parents choose to stay at the property a lot of times instead of joining our daily adventures because the stairs and heat were a bit too much for them. They absolutely loved being at the villa and enjoying the view everyday! Also, there is a small pool and that just added a perfect touch to enjoying the view with the summer heat. We rented a boat for 2 of the days we were there through Luma Charters. Spent 1 day in Capri, and the other cruising the Amalfi coast. Luca, took us to such amazing spots and we got to do a lot of cave swimming in the most beautiful spots! 100% recommend Luca! Also, water taxi’s are much easier than actual taxi’s — definitely recommend booking in advance if you can. Taxi’s are not an easy find in town to get from place to place. We went to a few different beach clubs and getting to and from took some effort. However the car company Mariana and Fabiana recommended came through for us each time and were wonderful. Laura and “Pepe” work to take care of the property almost every day and do the most fabulous job! They are also so sweet and helpful with anything and everything you could need. We had a fabulous time and hope to return again in the future!!

Beyond our expectations.

After two weeks this was our last stop on a large family vacation, and it was hands down our favorite. We had 12 people aged 9-70 and the house went above and beyond our expectations. Just be aware if you have 12 guests there will be an additional fee, the listing is a bit confusing. The location is superb. Everything about it was wonderful.
