Direct oceanfront Condo! Enjoy Sweeping views of the Atlantic from both the gorgeous Master Suite and the light and airy Living Room. Relax on the balcony and enjoy spectacular sunrises, or watch the shrimp boats offshore, while you enjoy an afternoon cocktail. Walk the beautiful sandy beach and hear the crashing waves. Often surfers can be seen enjoying the surf and the bird life is amazing! It is also a turtle sanctuary.

Located on the property is a large, heated saltwater pool! This is as close to the ocean as you can get! This condo is located on the 5th floor perfect for beach views. It is directly on the ocean unlike many other condos that have a pool blocking your view of the beautiful Atlantic. A shared barbecue area is located near the ocean complete with tables and beach chairs. The unit sleeps 8. The condo is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath accommodation. The master bedroom has a king bed with premium bedding and linens. The second bedroom is equipped with a full bed and a twin bed. The living room couch pulls out to a full sleeper and one of the living room oversized chairs has a twin sleeper inside. Clean and crisp, this Coastal Condo is fully equipped and ready for you to enjoy!

**IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ** This is the ONLY building in Ponce Inlet, Southpoint Condominiums, that is permitted for short term stays of less than 28 consecutive days according to the Town of Ponce Inlet Ordinance. ANY other condo, or single-family dwelling advertised is NOT permitted or authorized for stays less than 28 days in Ponce Inlet. Rest assured this listing is permitted appropriately, and you can have peace of mind knowing your trip is not at risk of being canceled! Don’t take the chance of your trip being cancelled due to violation of this ordinance by booking at ANY other location in Ponce Inlet.

Our go to vacation spot!

This condo is absolutely beautiful! It is comfortable and well appointed with the comforts of home, right on the beach! You really can’t beat it! The owner Bree is so kind and easy to communicate with. We love it here!

This condo is a little slice of heaven located on the most beautiful beach! The host Bree is so kind and helpful. Everything is clean and check in and out is always seamless! Definitely a home away from home! Will definitely be back :)

Great days at the beach !

A few things of the interior look a little bit worn but nothing really outdated !The unit was clean but not spotless, everything worked well, all appliances are new in perfect condition...Bree was a wonderful host, she and her family are just so loveable !!

Everything was clean and well organized. Loved the windows in master bedroom and sitting on balcony was so relaxing. The apartment looks like the pictures. We will definitely be back!

Recent stay

Other than the weather being a little cool during our stay, everything else was perfect. Condo is a great location and was a breeze getting in. We loved being on the 5th floor. Master bedroom bed was quite comfortable. If we’re back in this area again for vacation we would definitely consider staying here again.

Amazing choice

This condo was nothing less than perfect! The unit was stunning, updated, and cozy. Beds were comfortable and the views were amazing! The only thing that is needed are non-stick skillets! Will rebook if we find ourselves in this area again!

Beautiful Condo

Condo is exactly as advertised. Very clean and well stocked with everything needed for a beach vacation. Just steps away from the quiet (no drive) beach. Enjoyed waking up each morning to a beautiful sunrise and enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony. The location is ideal with several wonderful restaurants and attractions just a short drive away. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach retreat.

Ocean Awaits

Very modern direct ocean view condo! Afforded spectacular view, sound, and access to the quiet and clean beach. Dolphins came thru during morning coffee in the balcony and got to witness a Kemps Ridley sea turtle trekking back to the ocean after nesting. Great location and super easy checking and out. Host was very prompt on answering questions or sending detailed communication before and after our stay. We look forward to booking again 🏖️

Bright and welcoming

Wonderful condo located in Wilbur by the sea. The area is so quiet and calming. Still able to drive to daytona beach if you wanted. The condo itself was beautifully decorated. You feel like you walked into a better home and garden magazine. Also loved the blackout curtains in the main bedroom, which is much needed for those early morning sunrises. Overall we will definitely be back!

Schöne Lage und nettes Apartment

Die lage direkt am Strand ist toll. Das apartment ist grundsätzlich schön. Auf den zweiten Blick merkt man aber, dass es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und auch leider an einigen Stellen nicht gereinigt wurde. Auch das Gebäude ist schon älter und bedarf einer Renovierung. Ansonsten war die Küche toll ausgestattet und sauber, ebenso die Betten. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Great stay!

The property is amazing with great views of the Atlantic ocean! It was clean, and well stocked with all of the things you need for a week long trip with the family. The kitchen had all you could need, and there were plenty of sheets/towels/blankets for everyone. Thanks to our little ones being up early we were able to see a gorgeous sunrise from the condo balcony. It's located very close to several great restaurants in the area, and we even used a local company for a fishing trip. The kids caught Bonito and I was lucky enough to get a decent sized red fish. Great condo!

Beautiful Condo for Mother/Daughter trip

I was really pleased with the cleanliness, up to date decor and location of this condo. This condo had lots of kitchen amenities. The beds were really comfortable to sleep in. The ocean views were perfect. Plus plenty of beach chairs provided. The beach towels are very thin microfiber towels. So if you want a more plushy towel I would suggest to bring your own. The owner is really easy to get a hold of to communicate with which is very helpful! This place I would definitely recommend.
