We enjoyed our stay: Comfy beds, plenty of linens, modern kitchen, nice decor. We had a beautiful view of the beach and the pool was clean. Owner provided clear and prompt communication. We stayed for one week and would love to stay again.

Overall it was great! Joy was a great host, and always responded in a very timely manner. Loved the elevation of the condo. Kitchen was well stocked. The supplies were well stocked. Extra towels etc, which you don’t see very often.Her cleaners could do her a better job. The only negative I found.

Right on the beach

This place is cute and right on the beach, which we loved. That’s why we chose it. The kitchen had pretty much everything you needed to cook your own meals. The only thing was that you could tell the cleaning job was quick.. the biggest things being the floors still had stuff on them, including visible dust under the bed on the hardwood floors (could see from sitting on the living room couch looking into the room) and the microwave & fridge hadn’t been cleaned.The property manager was very kind and accommodating.

Highly Recommend!

The property was absolutely beautiful. Clean, spacious and well supplied with all necessary cooking supplies, sheets and towels. We loved staying at this lovely condo and will definitely stay again. (We especially were glad to see it was toward the end of A1A so traffic was much lighter and quieter.)

We were here for the Daytona 500, this was perfect, close to track, right on the beach. Beds were comfortable, water was super hot and all was as described, very good!

Relaxing Weekend

The property was beautiful. It was lovely to make breakfast there and enjoy it on the patio and watch the sun rise. The beds were comfy and it was nice that there were beach chairs and miscellaneous beach items in case something you forget something. It was very cleanly and quiet. I love that it was a top unit, no heavy footsteps above us. Joy was attentive and pleasant, checking in to make sure we didn't have any issues. I had no problems getting ahold of her. The area is quiet and great for families or friends who are catching up. Restaurant/Bar within walking distance as well as a nature preserve with paths to the river.

Perfect little getaway!

Joy was such a pleasure to rent from! Our little family stayed over the 4th of July weekend and we had everything we needed and more in the condo. Also, everyone on property was so nice & fun. We will definitely be back!

Daytona Beach

We stayed the first week of June… loved the condo it was very clean and comfortable, the views of the ocean was amazing we saw dolphins everyday the condo had everything you would need for a trip to the beach. Loved the location didn’t have to worry about cars driving past us all day… Joy was always a call or text away if we needed anything… we will definitely be back soon…

Beautiful condo with amazing view of ocean

Everything was great. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed to have a great vacation at the beach. The ocean view from the top floor is amazing, and the pool was also very nice. The communication with the owner was great, and made our getting in and out stress free. We are already talking about coming back soon!

Best vacay ever!

Everything was as pictured. Close to everything we wanted to do. Joy has everything there for the beach which is a huge plus. Joy was in contact but never bothered us. Thank you so much Joy. We will be back. Pool was great. No hot tub, but not a deal breaker.

The condo was great and the view was just beautiful! The owner was so helpful and made the whole check in and check out process very clear and easy. Condo had everything we needed and more. Quiet area and loved every minute relaxing!

For years Lou has wanted our family to have a beach property of our own, and in 2018, through a variety of circumstances, his dream became a reality. After a little work, creativity, and prayer, our family now owns our own little piece of paradise. With gorgeous views from the top floor of Southpoint Condominiums, unit 705 has a fresh ocean blue color scheme and welcomes guests to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of our little paradise.
