Encantadora casa en la colina con vista a la ciudad

Esta pequeña belleza de 4 dormitorios y 2 baños se ve hermosa en el centro de Chippewa Falls. Esta casa está cerca del Centro Heyde para las Artes y está cerca de todo lo que la ciudad de Chippewa Falls tiene para ofrecer.

Esta casa de 120 años de antigüedad está completamente renovada con todo el carácter y el encanto que quedan. Nuestra casa tiene dos chimeneas de gas perfectas para las frías noches de invierno. La casa está equipada con electrodomésticos Kenmore Elite.

Pase la noche en nuestro patio trasero pintorescamente iluminado. Contemple la puesta de sol en el porche y asegúrese de desayunar, almorzar o cenar en la terraza con vista a la ciudad. Disfruta de un agradable fuego en el patio de ladrillo o relájate en nuestra bañera de hidromasaje al aire libre. Tenga en cuenta la bañera de hidromasaje al aire libre (de temporada) del 1 de junio al 30 de septiembre.

Nuestra casa es una estadía perfecta para aquellos que desean casarse en el Centro Heyde para las Artes. Las fiestas nupciales usan la casa para prepararse para el gran día, la pareja casada se retira a la casa para una romántica noche de bodas y es un excelente lugar para la apertura de regalos al día siguiente.

¡También estamos cerca del Chippewa Falls Ice Arena, hogar del Equipo de Hockey Chippewa Steel! Somos una familia de hockey de principio a fin y amamos el acero. ¡Esta casa es una excelente ubicación para que las familias de Steel pasen el fin de semana viendo a su jugador de hockey favorito!

Charming an cozy ladies’ getaway

A group of friends and I gathered in this house to have a relaxing weekend getaway. The place was wonderful, beautiful old world charm with all the modern amenities. We reconnected over morning coffee on the deck in the treetops, relaxed in the hot tub, and had a late night chats around the fire pit. We had some good meals based on the host’s recommendations and had a great time wandering around town shopping at the antique mall and the boutiques. Absolutely loved it, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely Home

This was the perfect home for our family to meet and spend a weekend together. The house was full of character and wonderfully decorated that made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We'll definitely be visiting again!

Warm, wonderful Christmas

In town for Christmas, this was a wonderful warm home to spend the holiday. Krista was very helpful & communicative. The house was lovely, and made for an excellent holiday for all.

Well kept comfortable house

We enjoyed our brief weekend stay. Kids loved the bedrooms, laundry shoot, and games/toys. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub and close proximity to trails, restaurants and activities. House is well maintained and supplied generously. We would stay again.

Beautiful House

We used this house to celebrate my daughter's graduation from UWEC. It was just what we needed. The only issue we had was finding it to start. We used Waze and didn't realize at first that the entrance to the house was off the alley and not the street address. No big deal once we figure it all out. The hosts were very responsive whenever we contracted them during the booking process and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location

We loved the house and location. For us we did not use our car the entire stay. Easily walked into town for dinner and a few stairs and a hill to walk up after over indulging at dinner!

Great backyard in convenient location

This was a very cozy house. Had an awesome backyard that was close enough to downtown Chippewa Falls that we were able to enjoy a free outdoor concert from the deck. Very easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants in town.

Beautiful property!

This was a wonderful home! It was meticulously clean and within walking distance of downtown Chippewa. The home has a historically significant past, and has amazing details throughout. The view from the deck is gorgeous. The owner was very responsive and helpful! I highly recommend this home!

Sibling stay to visit with our parents

It was fun to explore this beautiful older home and admire how well it's been kept up. We weren't there much during the day but beautiful weather on the deck in the evenings. We were all very comfortable here and brought back memories of when we grew up in Chippewa.

Quick getaway

We wanted to explore Chippewa Falls on our way home to Illinois from Minnesota and this was the perfect place for us. The location was close to many good restaurants, bars and shopping. We enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub at the end of each day.

Lovely retreat

Four friends in our 30s (and one infant) got together for a weekend retreat and catch up. Communication was top notch and the property is as described. Would definitely stay here again. Lovely secluded property, close to many great shops and coffee spots. I greatly appreciated when Tara refunded us a portion of the payment because the TV was not working. You'll be well taken care of and rejuvenated after a stay at this property.

Lovely home, historic town

Chippewa Falls is a beautiful and interesting town, near Lake Wissota--another reason to visit the area! The September weather was perfect for a wedding on the shores of the water, and the sunset was amazing. Love Bridge St and the other points of history in the town. Visit the Leinenkugel Brewery for a fun tour and tasting. Enjoy Tara and Jason's place, easy walk to the main sites of Chippewa Falls. If you plan on sleeping in the upstairs master or twin rooms, be aware of a steep staircase. Good place otherwise for the kids as there are plenty of games to keep busy

My husband Jason & have been raising our family in this home for 15 years and have lived in the home for nearly 20 years. We have 4 children ages 15-7 and they have rode up and down the alley where the home is located and nearby streets with their bicycles for years.

We love the history and character that an old home has to offer. We have renovated every part of the home over the years on our own. We recently built a new home, but have decided we cannot part with the home that has helped write on the slate of our family.

We love the charm that the City of Chippewa Falls has to offer and believe others would love to spend a weekend in our quaint home soaking up the small town atmosphere. We love to walk downtown and listen to music in the park on Sundays or grab a bite to eat at Max's.

Our photo was taken August 9, 2019, which was the day we left this home for our new home. It was a bitter sweet day.

We hope you enjoy your stay in our home.
