Relax and stay at one of the best locations Scottsdale has to offer. This 3 BR, 3 BA home is located in the heart of North Scottsdale on the 1st hole of the legendary Scottsdale TPC. Walk out your back door and experience the Phoenix Open. A short walk to the Princess Resort and all that it has to offer. Minutes to Kierland Commons & the Quarter and 5-Star dining and shopping. A short drive to the Talking Stick Resort, Casino, Spring Training, Westworld, Barrett-Jackson, Arabian Horse Show, Desert Ridge and more! So many golf courses, parks and hiking nearby!

All new furnishings, mattresses, bedding. 3 brand new smart TV’s. Two en-suites, the master has a large walk-in shower with dual vanities and sliders to the back patio. Two King Beds, One Queen Bed. The open kitchen is fully equipped to cook and entertain and features a great island with seating, a breakfast nook with table and chairs overlooking the golf course. Enjoy your morning joe on the back patio while watching the golfers walk by. Enjoy outdoor dining under the shade of the large ramada overlooking the pool, hot tub, and the golf course. Built-in natural gas BBQ, 2 real grassed areas, putting green. 2 car garage with built-in cabinets.

A nice house, BUT disappointing in some ways.

This property looked good and sounded good from the write up & pictures, but the dish washer did NOT clean the dishes, so we had to rewash all the dishes and then just opted to wash them by hand. We told the landlord, and he changed the dishwasher, but that happened after being there for three weeks. NOT what I expected to be doing on a much needed vacation! .The other problem was the water is very hard there, so a water softener is also needed, which we did not have. All the appliances were very old and should have been replaced including the grill. I feel that we should be reimbursed for the fact that we had to wash our dishes for most of the month that we rented which was expensive. We also were paying a lot for cleaning and for our dog ($1000.00) and still had to clean and wash the sheets before leaving on our check out day. Our dog is a Labradoodle, so does not shed or smell and we covered the couch that he laid on so he would not dirty it. It was also a very noisy location with an airport very close by and planes flying by all day long & getting woken up before 5:00 am every morning with the golf course maintenance crew. It would have been good to know all of this on the website BEFORE booking. Other than that, it was a beautiful place with new furniture and a nicely equiped kitchen, except for the very old and outdated appliances, and a nice yard. I hope we will be compensated. Will that happen? Please let us know!

Great location, lovely home

This beautiful home is just as pictured. Fully stocked. Nice backyard. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Really glad we chose this one.

Beautiful stay

This property and its owners are simply lovely. My children and I stayed for 5 weeks while seeking medical treatment nearby. The home is very well appointed and located in an amazingly quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the golf course. We spent most nights grilling by the pool, but the home is close to many activities, shops and restaurants. My daughter gave it a 1000/10! I do too!
