Girls Trip

Everything was great about this property. We enjoyed the amenities. From the pool to the workout room, ease of the elevator and stairs. This condo is located right by the elevator and trash chute, which made everything easy. We also liked the boardwalk to the beach, it was not too long. The condo itself is in great shape and the six of us were comfortable our entire stay. Beds are comfortable too and AC is cool. Checkin/out process were extremely easy as well. We would definitely stay here again and/or at another property in Mainsail. Thank you for a wonderful vacation, we had a great time!

We would definitely book again!

This property was everything it was advertised to be! The location is great, the condo was clean, and the owner was very friendly. We had one very minuscule issue that was promptly taken care of very quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable place on the beach.

We have been vacationing at Mainsail for the r past 10 years and this may very well be the BEST condo we have stayed in yet! The owner is very responsive, friendly and accommodating. I would 10/10 recommend this unit if you are looking for a high end unit with a reasonable rate!

Great Condo!

Great condo with easy, clean access to the beach! Loved the balcony access from both the den and the master bedroom. Perfect driving distance to restaurants and activities. The property and beach were clean and well cared for. The beach is perfect for walking. Very clean and flat. We have stayed at Mainsail before and this condo is our favorite one, yet. Love the location based on beach and elevator access. We would definitely stay here again!

Better than imagined

The accommodations were outstanding. This was the first real vacation since Covid so we were excited to get away and we’re not disappointed. No one could think of anything they would change about the place or the location. The condo was first class and everything we hoped for. The location was spectacular with shopping within walking distance and the ocean and beach were perfect. We were very pleased and very sad we had to leave.

Outstanding family vacation

We spent a week at this condo for a family vacation, the trip was outstanding, loved it, one of our best. The condo was the perfect size for our family (6 adults), it was clean upon arrival and decorated well. A plus was the built in ice machine that provided ice for our beach trips each day. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, the keyless entry made getting in a breeze (no need to worry about keys or badges) and it has direct and easy access to the beach which was absolutely beautiful living up to the Emerald Coast moniker. The owner Danielle was a dream to work with, helpful and attentive, easy to communicate with. We had a shower that backed up during the stay and it was fixed right away. The only issues we had were the daily beach service and the "grills". We were appreciative of the free umbrella and chairs but if you want an unfettered view of the beach/ocean you have to be an owner otherwise you were in the second or third row, I didn't like feeling second class. The beach service personnel were quite rude during the week as well. There is six grills on site which we planned to use three times during the stay but not one of them worked and they were quite filthy anyways. We spent one afternoon at the pool which was very nice. Overall a great condo to stay at and we would book again with no hesitations.

Close to the beach

Nicely updated 3bd/3bth. Plenty of room for adults, teens and children. Easy beach access. Owner is easy to communicate with. Grounds aren’t the prettiest overall but everything you need is right nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

Great 3BR, 3BA unit with excellent view! The owner/property manager was very communicative and immediately fixed one minor issue that we had (not their fault). We will hopefully have the chance to stay there again in the future.

Family vacation

We selected this location because we had been to Mainsail before. We hadn't been to this condo before but expected it would be nice. This exceeded our expectations. We had a great view of the beach and the included beach chairs were great although we had to reserve them early each day. There were many upgrades and the condo and it looked like it had been remodeled recently or was well maintained. Everyone was impressed. Hope to rent again soon.

Our family has been coming to the Florida Panhandle for nearly 50 years, drawn back year after year by the natural beauty and relaxed pace of life along the Emerald Coast. After trying out a variety of rental properties over the years, we discovered Mainsail and instantly felt at home.

We were drawn to Mainsail not only for its unbeatable beachfront location, but for its strong sense of community. Unlike many larger developments, Mainsail is nestled between residential neighborhoods rather than surrounded by high-rises, which makes the beach feel more peaceful and less crowded — even in peak season.

Our extended family purchased this condo in 2000, and in 2005, we expanded at Mainsail by acquiring a second unit together. That condo is now owned by my uncle and aunt, following a family decision to divide the properties over time. In 2010, my mother’s sister joined the tradition, inspired by the many vacations she spent in our guest room, and purchased a unit of her own.

Mainsail has truly become a second home to multiple generations of our family. When we’re not lucky enough to be here ourselves, we love sharing this cherished space with others. We hope you feel just as welcome, relaxed, and connected during your stay as we always do.

We love Mainsail because it feels peaceful and uncrowded, thanks to being surrounded by neighborhoods instead of high-rises. The beach is wide open, family-friendly, and never overly busy—even in peak season.

The condo is in Miramar Beach, outside the bustle of Destin, offering a more laid-back vibe while still being close to everything. It’s conveniently located across the highway from Silver Sands Premium Outlets and a short drive to Grand Boulevard, 2 Publix locations, Baytowne Wharf, Whole Foods, and the Destin Commons.

We also love that it’s perfectly situated between Destin and 30A—making day trips easy and fun.

We’re located in Building 1, the only true beachfront building at Mainsail, so you’re just steps from the sand with no roads to cross. The views are uninterrupted, and the sounds of the surf are right outside your window.

Inside, the space is comfortable, bright, and fully equipped—designed for relaxing, reconnecting, and making memories. Because we stay here ourselves often, you’ll find the little extras that make a difference—from quality furnishings to a well-stocked kitchen.
