Este condominio de dos habitaciones ubicado en el segundo piso en el 15 pisos Beachside 1 Bldg. del Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. ESTE CONDOMINIO ES ADMINISTRADO POR LOS PROPIETARIOS. HABLARÁS Y RESERVARÁS DIRECTAMENTE CON LOS PROPIETARIOS. ¡No hay que preocuparse si su reserva es válida! PODRÁ HACER PREGUNTAS Y LLAMARNOS CUANDO LO NECESITE. Este condominio es su segundo hogar y no un condominio despojado. Está totalmente equipado con sillas de playa, sombrillas y equipamiento de playa.
Recién pintado y actualizado con nuevos muebles y televisores de pantalla plana. Cuenta con dos baños completos. El baño principal tiene una ducha grande con azulejos y un asiento. El baño principal tiene una cama king size. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. La sala de estar
 tiene un nuevo sofá seccional que tiene un sofá cama queen size. La cocina ha sido completamente remodelada con encimeras de granito. El comedor tiene capacidad para 6. También hay una barra de cocina. El balcón tiene cómodos muebles de mimbre al aire libre con capacidad para 6. Una sala de estar completa. Perfecto para relajarse. Tiene vistas a la playa y al hermoso golfo de México. Se accede a la playa y a la piscina directamente desde el segundo piso donde se encuentra este condominio junto a un paseo marítimo. La piscina está climatizada para disfrutar durante todo el año. En 2011 se agregó una bañera de hidromasaje grande. No es necesario usar el elevador para este acceso. La cocina está totalmente equipada con pequeños electrodomésticos: cafetera, cafetera Keurig, sartén eléctrica, tostadora, licuadora y gofrera. También hay todo tipo de ollas, sartenes y platos. Hay un microondas, estufa con horno, lavavajillas, refrigerador.
Esta es una segunda casa de los propietarios y no un alquiler despojado. Hay muchos extras que no encontrarás en la mayoría de los alquileres.

The Beach View was very good, considering it was on the 2nd level. And being on the 2nd level is such a great advantage, because we could walk straight out to the beach or pool, and not have to use the elevator! The condo was spotless. And even though we didnt use them, there were plenty of items to take to the beach, along with beach chairs. The Outlet Mall is just 5 minutes away with hundreds of stores.And directly across the highway is Baytowne Wharf! Looking forward to booking again next year!

Already thinking about our next trip!

We loved every minute of our stay. The view was gorgeous. Communication with owner Ann was flawless. We usually like staying lower, so the second floor was PERFECT. The spot is tucked between palm trees over a green space with a view of the ocean. The beach and pool access being right down the hall just steps away was amazing. Oh and the new pool/area: wonderful!

Awesome Stay!

We stayed at this property with another couple and their 10 year old daughter. We loved it! Awesome location. Right near Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard. We are at both places. A short walk right out of the place onto the beach or pool, no elevators. The room was so comfortable it felt like home and the owners are wonderful! We would love to go again!

Wonderful beachfront condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tom and Ann’s condo in Sandestin! Literally steps away from the beach and pool, and you get a full view of the gulf from the condo. The condo was spotless and was extremely well equipped. Comfy furniture and beds, and the balcony has plenty of seating as well. Must also mention that the new pool at this location is very very nice. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again for future visits.

Absolutely Loved it

We absolutely loved this condo! Ann and Tom were perfect hosts, easy to reach. Condo is on 2nd floor and just a few doors from the beach walk out which was perfect! Photos were accurate. Loved waking up to the ocean view every morning. My family will definitely book with Ann & Tom again. Received great recommendations from them on places to check out for dinner. I also highly recommend PJ's Pizza not to far away. Such a pleasant owner and the pizza was die for, as well as reasonably priced.

Perfect vacation Rental

This was absolutely the best condo rental! I have stayed at Silver Shells in Destin, Waterscape, etc, and nothing compares to this unit and area. I love security that keeps out people not staying there, the access to Baytown Wharf, the golf, things for kids to do, but most important what this private owned condo offered! It had anything and everything you could need, it was clean, and the owners really are there if you need anything! The communication was excellent! I appreciate owners who go above and beyond! I had 3 condos,this one 2 with rental agencies and I will never use agencies again! This owner will have all my future bookings! Thanks again Tom and Ann for going above and beyond to make your guest feel welcome!

Very happy with our stay and I'm a bit of a hotel snob!

So much to say! All good things! First of all, we loved the security. There are SEVERAL condos/homes/hotels in the gated area. We had to check in with security at the first gate to get our pass. Secondly we had to use a code to get into the gate of our condo, Beaside 1. Parking was great, always got a spot. The little lobby area is gorgeous. Never had to wait too long for an elevator. Our unit was on the 2nd floor. Our absolute favorite part was that we didn't have to take an elevator to get to the beach. The boardwalk out to the sand was on our floor. We thought that the unit's door having a keypad was the coolest thing ever! No keeping up with keys! Our unit was PERFECT! It was clean, organized, and nicely decorated. It was nice but not so fancy that we scared to relax on the big sectional. Homey/cozy is a better description. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The view from the master bedroom was just as wonderful. The patio furniture was super nice! Not the cheap, hard plastic like most condos have. We took advantage of the beach chairs the owners let us use. We took two with us but our 3 guests didn't have any. We used the coffee maker, waffle maker, and a skillet for breakfast. The king size bed in the master bedroom was perfect for myself, husband, and 7 year old daughter. I sort of fell in love with the down comforter. My mom and college age sister slept in the 2nd room with twin beds and my sister's boyfriend slept on the sectional. When asked for complaints from my 4 other family members, hot water was the biggest issue we faced. The hot water tank is super small so after we learned this on the first night, we had to plan showers 45 mins to an hour apart so we could all have a warm water. My mom and sister complained that the bedroom with 2 twin beds was a little dark so they joined me in the master bedroom/bath to iron clothes, get dressed, and do hair and makeup. The master bathroom is huge! The big, walk in tiled shower was incredible! I have never stayed in a unit that had a walk in closet in the master bedroom either! We were impressed! We were so thankful there was an iron/ironing board we could use. That's really all I can think of. Oh there is also a code to get thru the gate on the boardwalk that leads to the beach. I liked that too! If we ever come back to the Destin area, I would happily rent this unit again!

Our favorite place to stay in Destin. Beachside I has everything you would want. And Tom Haller is the best communicator ever! Great condo, with all of the amentities you would need. Highly reccommended!

Wonderful experience!

Beach Therapy West is a beautiful property. Ann and Tom are wonderful hosts and responded to our questions prior to our trip. We loved having a condo on the same level as the boardwalk to the beach - so convenient! The property was well maintained and secured. Everything was exactly as advertised!

Excellent Amenities

We’ve stayed at a lot of places throughout the country with our kids. Some good. Some not so much. The stay in Sandestin however was perfect. The condo was clean and well organized when we arrived. Beach / pool stuffs were there for us to use - and there were an abundance of things for kids and adults. The kitchen was great, and clearly well maintained. The pool was fantastic (easily the most used thing on vacation). Easiest review I’ve ever written. Plain and simple it was better than advertised, which is saying something.

Great Condo for a Great Beach Trip!

We really enjoyed this condo! It was very clean, well stocked, and the furniture was comfy - very homey! We enjoy being on a lower floor, and in this unit, you are still able to see glimpses of the Gulf. The pool area is so nice! Will definitely stay in this condo again!

Beach therapy is a hit!

Location is the best feature. Watched the sunset from the porch. Easy accessibility to beach and pool. The condo was very clean, beds were very comfortable. They provided very clear instructions and lots of information. Owners were very kind and accommodating. Will rent this property again.

Great Stay

As always , anytime we stay in Sandestin regardless of the location , it is memorable. There were minor issues that wer quickly addressed ie : consistent loud sound coming for the Door Bell Box, we had no clue what it was the 1st night and we were too tired to worry about it but it was a bit of a loud noise, in the hallway and kept mother up all night. We found out next day that when Door Bell gets stuck--which was the case- that triggers the Bell Box...once we knew we unstucked the bell button and it was good. The Wifi is Weak, We enjoy the beack and do a lot of things during the day , but at night we like to watch our favorite shows, we use sling but the Wifi was weack...so there were many times were we lost the Wifi...no big deal..but worth to mention if you have kids that likes gaming...etc...again the beach is not the ideal place for gaming or slinging but its hard to get rid of old habits. The hosts were nice and very responsive. Their housekeeping lady was so nice and kind and helped us troubleshoot the above mentionned issues. Thank you so much and God bless you.

The unit is owned and managed by Ann and Tom Haller. We have twin sons and are now empty nesters living in historic Annapolis, Maryland. We have rented our home in Annapolis to the families of the United States Naval Academy graduates for their families for Commissioning Week. We are excited to have made Sandestin our second home and look forward to sharing it with others who will come to love Sandestin as much as we do.
Beach Therapy is our second home and is outfitted like a home and not just a rental condo. We manage and maintain our VRBO listing ourselves and are available to answer any questions that you may have. You will feel as if you are a guest in our home when you stay with us.

This condo is located in Beachside One, the smallest of all the beachfront buildings in Sandestin. What does that mean? First of all, not as many people. The other huge advantage is we have a private, security patrolled beach and pool. (Sandestin does retain the vending rights on our beach, that is why you will see their chairs and umbrellas) Our beach and pool is for our owners and guests. You will be required to wear a wristband to prove that you are renting a Beachside One condo unit. The other advantage, we have the newest beachfront pool and outdoor amenities in Sandestin. The pool and fitness room were completed in 2021.


We first visited Sandestin 1993 when our boys were only four and fell in love with it!! Since our first visit, we have travelled throughout the Southeast and the Caribbean but never found a better resort community with as many features and activities. The beaches are spectacular, perfect for young children and sunset walks. We have traveled all over the Caribbean, México, and Hawaii. We have never found a beach as beautiful. Our children are grown now but there is just as much to do, we have just as much fun, as we did when our children were young. There is something for every age and interest here. With so many vacation spots, you outgrow them as your family ages, but not here. The Northwest Florida area offers a new regional airport, shopping,wildlife,recreation, and restaurants with great seafood.
We own and operate our condo, so when you inquire about our property, we will answer as soon as possible.
We keep our own calendar updated with each inquiry.
We can also assist with area Grocery delivery, baby equipment rental, bike rentals, and recreation as well as restaurants and sports.
We've owned our condos over 10 years, and we are still learning about the area. There is always something new to discover.

We love that the activities that we like to do are so accessible. The biggest advantage to this unit is access to the beach, and isn't that why you want to vacation here ?

WE SUPPLY AT LEAST 4 BEACH CHAIRS, UMBRELLA, BEACH TOWELS, COOLER, SAND TOYS ALL INSIDE THE CONDO FOR YOUR USE DURING YOUR STAY. NO NEED TO BUY THE EXPENSIVE BEACH SERVICE SET-UPS. You can if you would like, just see the guys at the beach hut at the end of the walkway.
The beach is right outside the door. The second-floor location is right on the walkway to the beach so there is no waiting for elevators. It makes it easy fix a quick lunch or cool drink without leaving the beach too long.
Tom can go play golf and I can spend the day at the beach or spa. We can play tennis, pickleball, golf (regular and miniature), go to restaurants, and listen to live music, shop and all without ever leaving the resort.
Most of all, we love the sunsets. You can be as active or as inactive as you like.
