Nice little place

Property manager answered my messages very quickly and was super kind. House was clean with comfy beds and a nice coffee/snack set up. Neighborhood cat was such a nice little guy and welcomed us back every time we arrived at the house.

Perfect for us!

Cute little 2 bedroom rental, 5 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Comfy, clean and well stocked with towels, coffee, snacks as well as necessities such as shampoo, iron and even a straightener. Owner was a joy and get communication!

Vacation

Everything was great, Ellis’s was very responsive, if we had any questions she answered, it was a very quit neighborhood, we don’t stay up late so we didn’t want to stay downtown, beds were so comfy. We were close to everything so a short drive to the oprey, this only advice I give the owner is a little yard work and cleanliness of porch, she was super in letting us check in early were we had drove 19 hours straight, we will definitely book there again if we return

The back half of the house was rented out to someone else and the smell from the food they cooked overtook the entire place.

Hi Jane, the description of the house mentions that this is a separate unit. At no point were you ever contacted or had any interaction with the renter in the other house. Walls can be thin even in multi million dollar homes, especially when HVAC units are shared. That's the first time I've heard that complaint in having this rental for 3 years. But it's unfair to leave a low rating for something that is mentioned in the home description. That's like buying a red car and saying you're upset that the car is red. Nothing was hidden and we do our best to manage expectations and support our guests. Our business is based on reviews so we ask on behalf of your future hosts that you understand the house you're booking and leave a review based on things that are missing, broken, dirty or wrong in the description. If there was ever an issue with odors or anything else I wish you had told me so that I could help. It was frustrating that you hadn't read the house description or even the entry description and panicked when you arrived. I left you 5 stars in good faith that I didn't hear from you after you checked in so everything was assumed great. I'm sorry to hear you didn't fully enjoy your stay and that you didn't give me the opportunity to help you.

Quiet Location not too far from the City Center!

This property was exactly as listed. It was clean, quite & quaint. Communication with the owner was great both before check in and during our stay. Check in was simple! The unit was clean and better appointed than I had expected. The beds and pillows were SUPER comfy! Between that and the quiet neighborhood, we were able to actually sleep in (awesome for mom's vacay!). Taking Ubers in and out of the city center took anywhere from 10-15 minutes and ranged from $15-$20. For our trip this was more affordable than a rental car. The sweet black kitty mentioned in the listing was there as well! She was super friendly and we enjoyed having a porch pet for our trip. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable!

Awesome place to stay!! 1000% satisfied-

This Music City Haven in Nashville is litterly a wonderful little "haven"--It was out little "bungalow away from home". So much better than a hotel! Elysia was a wonderful renter, she listed it exactly what it was like, perfect location and very, very clean!! We really enjoyed our stay there. Elysia was always in communication with us--She even left us lots of goodies to enjoy in case we forgot "munchies" while we were there---THANK YOU SO MUCH ELYSIA....I really hope to stay there again sometime. Debbie and cousins Judy and Tracy

Cutest place!

Super clean cottage vibe close to everything! Water and great snacks welcomed us. Bed was so comfortable it was difficult to leave. Lol. Will most def stay here again!

Quaint and Close to Downtown

This property is good for a small family or 4 single people that are okay with sharing a bathroom. It was just as described and host provided snacks, coffee maker and small refrigerator.

Awesome two bedroom right out downtown Nashville. Place was very clean and the owner left us some snacks and coffee. Would stay again next time I'm in Nashville

Family visit

We had a great time visiting family. The house was close to our daughter’s house. The fan in the entry was a bit dusty and the plumbing is not great. It was fine for staying short term and easy access to the main roads.
