Summary:

Welcome to Music City Hideaway, a 2-bedroom luxury condo.  This East Nashville condo is perfect for a small family getaway!



The Space:

Upon entering this updated 2-bedroom, third floor unit you will be greeted with an open concept dining, kitchen, and living space.  The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, and the dining table can comfortably seat four, with a kitchen island that has enough space to easily seat two at its bar.  There is also a Kuerig available for guests to start the day off right! Adjacent to the main living area is a master suite which has its own private bath, walk-in closet, and grandiose views of the city. Across the hall from the master suite is where you will find an additional bedroom that can comfortably sleep up to five guests and has a private full bath.



Bedroom #1, the master suite is outfitted with a king bed.  This room is furnished with a cozy chair and smart TV.  There is a connecting private bathroom which has a double vanity, shower, and bathtub, as well as a walk-in closet.



Bedroom #2 is a guest bedroom outfitted with a bunk bed consisting of two full sized mattresses, and also has a twin bed pull out tucked beneath the bunks.  It is also furnished with a smart TV and chair.  The room is connected to a full bathroom shared with the living space.



Things to know:



-There is a private washer and dryer.



-A parking lot located behind the building for guests to park safely.



-On the property there is an outdoor area which has a firepit.



-Full equipped kitchen.



-An elevator is available for guests.



This location is ideal, as East Nashville is just across the river from downtown, a quick 15 minute drive away.  From this location you will have easy access to exceptional restaurants, shopping, and breweries.  And if you enjoy country music you are in luck; The Grand Ole Opry is about a 10-minute drive away from your next vacation destination!



Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee.

We absolutely LOVED this unit! It was outstandingly clean and so cute! Being on the top floor was amazing because there are no footsteps above you! The hosts were amazing, welcoming, and very responsive!! The beds and pillows were SO comfy which is so hard to come by in rentals sometimes! PLENTY of towels, toiletries (travel size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash), paper towels, and trash bags were provided, which we were so grateful for! The only thing I would point out was the shower water pressure was very low but that is a super minor thing and actually the only thing we noticed could potentially be better! Overall, we had no issues during our stay. It is very close to cute, local restaurants and bars- anywhere from 2-10 mins down Gallatin Pike. Our goal was to avoid Broadway for NYE, but we did go eat dinner downtown and it was a 15 min drive. So it’s super close to all the things and in a good, quiet location!

Overall, everything was excellent. A few items to note for feedback purposes:1. Elevator code didn’t work sometimes. 2. Master bath door doesn’t latch. 3. Road noise was noticeable.

Great location in Nashville, quite complex perfect for our family. Beds were comfy, bathrooms large, great kitchen. The only negative for the stay was the fact the elevator keypad didn’t work after 5pm on weekdays and not at all on weekends so we had to carry all of our luggage up and down the stairs when arriving/leaving as we were on the 3rd floor.

We love the place. However we did not have access to the elevator for 4 days. We finally got the correct code from another person staying there. This place is clean, well maintained, and a great location. This is our 4th time to stay here.

The place was very clean and very safe. A code is required to even go into the elevator. It is very well stocked with dishwasher tabs, trash bags, paper towels, and laundry detergent. The bunk bed is a full over a full with a trundle under the bottom full. Two HUGE closets to have plenty of space to put your bags. I wish that I had taken pics. Very rare to find a place like this!!!!

The unit was clean, beds comfortable and overall nice. The furniture a bit run down. The elevator code didn't work outside so we needed to walk up 3 flights off stairs. The elevator has an unpleasant odor, as does the hallway.

Family Vacation

Rental was clean. Unit was quiet (we have young children with early bedtimes). Rooms were a good size with spacious closets to keep suitcases out of our way. Our kids loved the bunk bed. Everything we wanted to see or do was within a 20 min drive from the condo.

Third Floor Non Working Elevator

I would not book this unit again.The listing clearly stated that an elevator was available for guests, but it was out of service for the majority of our stay—with no advance notice and no resolution. What’s worse, the unit is on the third floor, which was not disclosed in the listing.This created a serious issue for us: my mom has health limitations and was unable to leave the unit because she physically couldn’t manage the stairs. It completely changed the experience of our trip.I reached out to the host, who told me the elevator was a shared amenity and therefore not their responsibility. While I understand that the building may manage the elevator, it was still listed as an included amenity—and that mattered when I made the booking.There was no offer of help, refund, or compensation for the inconvenience. If accessibility is important to you or your group, I recommend looking elsewhere.

The condo was great. We were there for CMA fest which was all downtown and Nissan stadium. The location was so fast and easy to get to/from both these quickly.The elevator was broken on departure day so we had to go down 4 flights with all luggage and coolers…which was hard. Hopefully it was fixed quickly for others.You might check the seal on the fridge…it doesn’t seal properly unless you close it hard and with purpose.Everything else was great!

Concert trip

This is a very nice and well kept home. It’s located just a short distance from downtown and all of the other attractions we had on our list. The welcome package was very helpful in providing the essentials we needed. Communication was great. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is very nice for a quiet place to stay just outside Nashville. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two full size mattresses and a trundle bed. Many opportunities for sleeping options. Clean and well appointed.

Great, safe place short distance from Downtown

Pros:-You need a code to call the elevator from downstairs. No code, no getting up to the apartments. -It’s 2 bedroom, but there was plenty of room for the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 teens). -It was quiet, never heard any of the neighbors. -Plenty of food options in either direction of the apartment. -It’s about 15 minutes from Downtown, short 15 minutes though. Cons:-No washrags for showers. -Started running out of hot water by our 4th and 5th person taking showers, but easy fix is split showers, some at night some in the mornings. Overall, would definitely stay again. Great location. Safe location. Close to the attractions. Nice apartment exactly as advertised.

Oustanding Property!

The communication with the host was very easy; we were given great instructions about how to access the condo, and the condo itself was fantastic! The layout was very comfortable, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and modern, and it could not have been cleaner. The checkout instructions were sent to us a day ahead and were very easy to follow. I would not hesitate to book this location if you are going to the Opry or downtown Nashville as both were very accessible.
