Brickell visit- September

Property was fine. Great area. Pool has no bar or restaurant and the the hotel restaurant closed at 3 for the day. So for me this was very lacking and very unexpected as I had assumed W Hotel pools had bars and restaurants attached to theme

Just as described

The pictures are accurate, the location is central and we walked to dinner. It contains everything we needed plus some extras like a blender. The hosts are great, good communication, checked with us throughout the stay. The sofa sleeps one. The bed is a king size. I would stay here again.

It was ok

The property manager in my opinion was rude and not very helpful at all. Was not warm and welcoming at all, kind of gave us a summary on what to do and then was gone. During our stay both the coffee makers broke. I told her and she sent me a YouTube video on how to operate them, never did come fix them or bring us a new one. The TVs wouldn’t turn on and I told her and once again she sent me a YouTube video. The next day after I waited to hear back from her she said she could send maintenance but they only work till 5. The floor had hair all over it And that was pretty gross. The shower has a piece of glass in the front and a giant step and when you took a shower water ran all over the floor. The couch was super uncomfortable, and the bed was pretty uncomfortable as well. The place isn’t very cozy at all in my opinion. Overall, I would say the location of the property is nice. The restaurants and the shopping was good. I felt like it was a very sketchy deal and I just had a bad feeling the whole time I was there. We have stayed at other VRBO’s and they were good experience’s but this one was definitely not. I’m not saying it was the worst but they could definitely do better!

Not as listed! The cleanliness of the property was terrible. Upon arrival we had issues with this unit been not cleaned properly. There were stains on the bed linen. Stains in the carpet, carpet needs to be replaced. Pillows on couch was dirty. Couch & bed was hard. Bed sits extremely low. Floors nasty with hair. Tub is extremely to high to get in not accessible to anyone with any knee issues. Had to literally struggle to get in the shower. This bathroom layout sucks. Shower got clogged up had to call plumbing. I was told from housekeeper that this unit always has issues. I will not be booking through them in the future. Prices are to high to get this type of service. I was asked to not listed my experience that I would get a discount on my next booking. But be transparent for next guest that might consider booking. The communicate was great. The location is great. Just better cleaning .

Great location with lots of coffee, food, shopping all around. Great for a couple or small family staying in the Miami area that wants to see on of the best sides of Miami.

Perfect Mini-Vacation

Took a few days from cold New England to enjoy sunny Miami. We loved our stay. From the start, Deborah responded quickly to our messages and her customer service was a 10/10. She gave us a list of local attractions, and was helpful throughout the stay. We had a beautiful view, the apt. was spacious, comfy and met all our needs. Brickell was a wonderful location and The River Oyster Bar was our spot!! We will be back and I highly recommend this listing. Grade A++

Everything is as pictured. The bed sleeps comfortably. The view is amazing. We were here for New Years Eve and we were able to see the fireworks!

Beautiful views

I booked for a week here and it was wonderful from the minute I got there! Great neighborhood and Checkin was so easy , and the property is so luxe. The pool was perfect temp and huge. Never too crowded . Had dinner at Ciprianis which was delicious. I slept well there too. I would definitely stay again!

Absolute Nightmare

Upon arrival to the property, the hostess attempted to sound surprised as if she couldn’t have warned us of what lie ahead. I’m conversation she admitted that she had learned of the nightmare situation prior to our arrival. We rented this property for the beautiful view, balcony and the pool, as my husband is a triathlete. We were not able to enjoy any of that. When the hostess took us up to our room, she said you can enjoy the room, just don’t go outside and definitely don’t look at the pool area. Why? That’s the whole reason we are here. Someone had jumped from the balcony by ours. The body was literally right under our balcony 7 floors down. She assured us it was cleaned up… no we went outside and saw the poor remains of the person sticking out of a sheet. The body was as there along with investigators, police, etc… all evening. Then we were able to spend our whole morning with people in hazmat suits scrubbing the remains of the person off of the pool deck. After telling her how traumatic this whole experience was and how it did not seem right that we should pay full price for this horrifying stay, she ghosted us. This was the absolute worse experience and I hate that this was my husband’s surprise birthday trip. I don’t believe this was handled appropriately.

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Awesome Place. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.

You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
