We had a great stay! House is close to Scottsdale and accommodated our group perfectly. Outside noise was never an issue. We would definitely return!

A terrific home near Old Town

We loved our stay at this home. Lots of space for our group of 6, and the location is very convenient. We did hear a fair amount of noise from the nearby streets, but that’s to be expected in a busy part of town. Overall an excellent VRBO experience and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Ordered 20 pairs of ear plugs online and will place in the house. Just met my cleaners and they said at least one window (dual panel) was open. Close the windows would help.

The Art Museum is Truly Worth It!!!

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at the art museum, from checkin to checkout!!! Super comfortable, spacious, great location right off the freeway. Super Host, friendly, very quick response to any questions we had before, during and after our checkout. My friends (4) all enjoyed the entire layout and made the most of our stay at the property. Will definitely return and look to stay at the Art Museum on our next golf trip in Scottsdale!

Beautiful Home

The only problem was being next to a freeway. The hosts were great. They provided earplugs for those who wanted to use them. Beautiful home.

thank you for your stay. yes, it's 0.3 miles from Pima Rd based on GPS, and you used one or two pairs of earplugs. We restock all 5 pairs for each turnaround.

Met every expectation

Everything was as described… and more. House was super spacious and had all we needed. Loved that shampoos and laundry/dishwashing liquids were included. Perfect location for golf and shopping! Highly recommended!

Better than expected

The pictures don’t do the house justice. It’s a very nice home. The only downside, if there is one, is it is right on a busy street and is noisy in some of the rooms. Hans was great!! Highly recommended stay.

Huge space

This 5 bedroom 5 bath house was very accommodating for my large family. However, remember to bring your own paper towels and toilet paper as they don’t have extra in any of the bathrooms. Super close to old town. Everything was between 7-11 min drive.

We did put 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, so totally 10 rolls, should be more than enough; for the paper towel, one in kitchen, but most people do not cook, so should be enough. I did see you used all space in the trash/recycle bins, plus two big bags. In the future, please tell us how many people you really have, and your plan to use the kitchen, so we can put more supplies. thank you for your other comments.

Perfect for a large group.

Nine of us, from different parts of the US, gathered in Scottsdale. House was perfect for all of us. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, pots, knives, bowls, plates etc Only thing that was odd was the bathroom door for the upstairs hall bathroom has no lock. Had a great time! Thank you, JF

Thank you for your 5-star review. For one bathroom does not have a lock: 1st, that house has 4.5 bathrooms, 2nd, the locksmith was called due to one previous group locked that door, and closed that door when going out of that bathroom. We can treat that bathroom as a "public" bathroom among the 5 bathrooms. Thank you for understanding.

We are a group of 70-ish women whose names are Linda (with one exception). We live in different states and gather when we can. This house was perfect. We each had private bedrooms and bathrooms plus had several places to gather as a group. The location was also close to the activities that we enjoy. We were very pleased with our stay. The host was alway attentive to all of our questions.

Awesome House

This house is so great for a large group. Four of the five bedrooms have their own bathroom. You rarely find a home like this. Tons of room to spread out! Property owner is very responsive! One suggestion for owner: more towels need to be available. The downstairs master had one shower towel.

When we were communicating, you said you "had a wonderful time", "had a terrific time", and "had a great week", not sure what you need in the kitchen. We put salt, sugar, coffee, cream, cooking oil, olive oil, pepper, paper towels, hand towels, and more in the kitchen, we really don't know what you need. Or you need party supplies? For outside, that week you stayed was the city bulk trash week, and our neighbor put trash outside for several days, sorry for the inconvenience. You asked to check out at 2:30 pm, then 1:00 pm (after we rejected 2:30 pm check out), we know you have a lot of local relatives and friends, our cleaners took 5~6 hours to clean after you checked out, and we asked you to check out at 11:00 am (the default is 10:00 am). Is this the reason you gave us 3 star review? We'll write you a private message and ask you what kitchen supplies you need, so we can improve. Thank you.

Arizona Bike Week

The property was in a very nice neighborhood and great location for us . We had 4 couples and the bedrooms were spacious and we all had our own bathrooms. The house was huge and we were able to get a 20’ trailer and 2 vehicles on one side of drive and still pull our bikes in every night under carport. There are tvs in every room and plenty of room for everyone to relax . Outside there are a few different patio areas and very quiet to relax . The owners were great to communicate with and very accommodating. All in all our group would give them a 10 star rating and will definitely be be back

Lots of Room to spread out

Pool was not working which was one of the reasons we selected this place. We were give an option where we could go and swim at no cost but was not convenient for us since we were here for a wedding and limited on time. Management responded quickly when we had an issue and were very responsive

The pool is back to normal now, and the option we gave was at a resort/hotel in Scottsdale/Paradise Valley (5.7 miles away). There you can have free tennis courts, free heated pool, free boating/kayaking, etc. The management team paid you extra $ for the gas, but sure, time is more valuable. We do apologize, and this is really out of our control.

Men’s adult Baseball tournament

Place advertised was pretty much what photos showed. Great location, spacious, safe area, we were not bothered by any traffic noises. Close proximity to old Scottsdale area restaurants and shopping. Only issue we had there were no lightbulbs to replace burned out ones. Internet/WiFi went down once, emailed owner and was told where to go to reset in the house and issue fixed. Great and quick communications with the iwber

Nice experience

This was the first time we have rented a home for a family gathering. The property was large. the floor plan perfect for our needs and the property presented very well. The only downside that there was a bit of road noise from the main street behind the property and there was some old furnature stacked on the patio beside the front door. But these were minor issues and did not negatively impact our stay, we enjoyed it and would rent the place again. Thank you to the owners as they provide laundry soap and shapoo and cleaner.

thank you very much for the review. For the old furniture, we'll throw away when it's our turn for the city's bulk trash day. For the noise, we put earplugs (in plastic bags), but it seemed you only used 2 out of 10 we put there. Thank you very much again.

Great condo with plenty of room

A group of friend and I stayed at this condo for our annual trip to Barrett-Jackson auto auction. There were 5 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. With tvs in every room as well as the 2 family rooms, there was never a discussion on what to watch. All the bedrooms were large, well furnished with comfortable beds The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils The only down side was the busy road behind the complex but wasn’t really a big issue for us. Communication with Jan was above and beyond great. All questions were answered quickly. We all would definitely recommend this large condo for anyones next stay in Scottsdale.

Master shower didn’t drain. One bathroom shower head was broken spraying all over. No body wash. Towels were really worn out. Ice maker didn’t work. Cleanliness was very sub par. Very sub par for a VRBO

you stayed there for a long time, and you reported the drain and shower head issues one day before you checked out. We replaced the shower head within 2 hours after you reported it, and we hired a same-day plumbing service for the drain issue. Rest issues, you’ve never reported, and based on other reviews, we don’t think it’s a true statement. We did not honor your other requests, glad you gave us 2-star, not 1-star.
