Wouldn't stay again, but it's partly because I didn't realize we were sharing the same structure as the owners were living in. I guess that's what 'suite' means. Our ceiling was their main floor, so we heard all their footsteps and some clanging or kitchen type noises. I'm a light sleeper so I was awakened at 2 in the morning by someone walking about and making some kitchen or bathroom noises. Other than that it is an excellent place to stay with clean, very nice amenities, excellent location, and nice owner(Tammy) who also provides a lot of great guides and brochures for attractions around the area.

Our stay was perfect. Located in North Vancouver, right next to the base of Grouse Mountain, and a short drive to the Capilano suspension bridge. If you want to hike and explore the mountains, this is the perfect place for you. The suite included two large bedrooms and a pull-out bed. Tammy was great and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Perfect for your next getaway.

Loved this property, perfect size for our needs. The property manager was kind and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The property had everything we needed, even a mending kit for my daughter’s flower girl dress that needed last minute alterations. Clean, bright, spacious.

Vancouver Stay

This was our 2nd time staying in this place. It is in a beautiful area close to Grouse Mountain Suspension Bridge Stanley Park. Love that it is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.Vancouver. It is a basement apartment and very clean and nice. Would stay.here again

Excellent place to stay near Grouse Mountain

My wife and two teen sons stayed here for three nights prior to an Alaskan cruise. It made a perfect home base for exploring the beautiful North Vancouver area. I walked to Grouse Mountain in 10-15 minutes, and the four of us spent a fantastic full day there. Fair warning - the Grouse Grind is no joke! The suite is in the basement of a lovely home in a very quiet neighborhood that's surrounded by green trees. Our bedrooms were very comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to make a nice dinner using fresh ingredients from Granville Island Public Market. We would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for everything, Tammy!

The place was wonderful! Great location, free parking and beautiful neighborhood! Very clean, well maintained, very comfortable, all the comforts of home! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Pretty and Private Blueberry Lane Suite

We (four adults, age 65) spent 2 days in this lovely North Vancouver suite in the lower level of a single family home. The rooms were immaculate and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped, though I do recommend adding an oven-proof skillet--I like to make frittatas for breakfast. The hosts responded quickly to questions (e.g., how to turn on the fireplace). The location is in a very pretty neighborhood and super close to Grouse Mountain and an easy distance to the suspension bridge and good restaurants in Edgemont. I would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Simple and effective

Property was great. Clean and spacious with plenty of amenities. I had hoped the location was a little closer to Grouse, but it was still walking distance. There were some small cleanliness issues, like some leftover hairs, but nothing awful.

Great place.

Good location, very clean, lots of amenities. We were really pleased with the choice and would definitely stay again and recommend to others.The only caveats we have are that more comfy seating would be helpful for when more than 2 people are staying, and the entrance by the gate was very icy and slippery for part of the time.

Great location, lovely home

Spacious basement suite with everything you may need. The hosts really took care to welcome us and make sure we were comfortable. Lovely clean space, situated in the perfect place to get around town. Check-in was easy, and their instructions clear. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Great stay, close to outdoor activities

The property is the very nicely finished basement of the owners house. Street parking in a quiet neighborhood close to Grouse Mnt and Capilano Park. The space is super clean and the hosts have left a nice amount of things for your use during the stay. The kitchen supplies are pretty good and I appreciated having a washer and dryer available. Bed was decent and hosts are very communicative.

Great stay!

Tammy, we had a fantastic stay! Your place was exactly like the pictures on the website and It was immaculate - your cleaners are amazing! My husband and I came from Ontario with our good friends and it worked well for two couples with the bedrooms on opposite ends of the unit. The only thing I’d change is to have more seating in the living room. We all would highly recommend your place to anyone staying in Vancouver. The location was beautiful and so close to Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain. If we ever come to Vancouver again we will be know where we will be staying! Thank you!

Attended Wedding close by

We stayed in this home 3 nights while attending a wedding in the area. It is situated in a Beautiful, quiet neighbourhood. The house is lovely with well kept grounds and outdoor sitting area. The unit itself is a 2 bedroom, basement suite easily accessed by a secure rear door. The unit is very clean and has a well equipped with a galley kitchen. There are new appliances including a fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, a gas fireplace and a TV with lots of programming. Local Information, games and some books are provided. There are two comfortable double beds and a good pullout couch. It has two, three piece bathrooms. The ensuite has a tub and shower and the other BR has a walk-in shower. Plenty of towels, etc. The host left us some ground coffee for the coffee maker, which we appreciated. We enjoyed our stay there and we don't hesitate to recommend this rental unit.
