The Cozy Cottage is a newly renovated place to stay in North Vancouver. We are centrally located close to beautiful downtown Vancouver (10 minute car ride or a 15 minute walk to the bus stop and a 15 minute bus ride) and a stones throw away from West Vancouver's stunning Ambleside beach and a beautiful walk along the water to Lonsdale Quay.

Your brand new suite includes your own suite with spa like bathroom, chef style kitchen with brand new appliances, washer/dryer, living room with TV and desk and bedroom with queen size bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress and fully adjustable (head and feet) lifestyle bed. Your suite’s French doors lead right onto our amazing therapeutic hot tub. We also offer rental of snow shoes and snowboard. If you are looking to rent a bike, Lime Bike (run by Uber) is in our neighborhood. This suite is truly a gem for any traveler.

Lovely property, beautifully appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. K-cups and Starbucks creamer was a great surprise. Loved the shower, used the washer/ dryer…all great. Highly recommend!

Our goal was to stay close to the Capilano Bridge and Grouse Mountain and visit a friend in the area. This location was perfect for it. The unit is modern, well furnished and in a very quiet street. Hosts were welcoming and communication was solid. It is a nice unit for a couple. The description of the unit was accurate. I highly recommend this property. We stayed for two nights and would stay there again.

Great Vancouver hideout

We rented this great property to "hide" from our kids and take a much needed break from parenting. The space was wonderful and comfy to hangout in. We binged a ton of tv and movies. The hot tub was great for soaking in after walking every where. And there's a ton to walk to. We never drove our car the whole time we stayed here. The owners were friendly and easy to access!

We had a great stay. Alison was always quick to answer our messages. The place was clean and supplied with the basic necessities: towels, soap, sheets and blanket, etc. The appliances were new and awesome: ceiling fans, oven/stove/microwave, keurig, washer and dryer, adjustable bed. The hot tub was a nice perk! It's a great backyard space that is shared with the hosts and their lovely dog Timber. I really enjoyed sitting on the chairs outside and reading. All in all, couldn't ask for a better experience at the price we paid.

Best of Vancouver!

We had the most amazing experience staying here during our visit to Vancouver. Josh and Alison were wonderful hosts. They were very warm and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and we definitely did! The suite had just been updated and was cozy and prestine. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Vancouver!

Fantastic Remodel!

We were surprised with a heavily upgraded room! A full kitchen, bigger bed with adjustable frame, and a rain shower head! Brand new remodel! Great neighborhood with a greenway and fantastic restaurants nearby. They provided small amounts of dairy and eggs which saved us a trip to the store. Hottub was big and enjoyable!

Short Getaway

The accomodation was very nice. We made good use of the nearby walking trails and public transportation. Lonsdale Quay, Capilano Swinging Bridge and BC Place were all easy to reach. The hosts were generous with the shared common areas.

Cottage in the city

I came in late and Josh waited up to make sure I made it and showed me around so I could find everything. Such a wonderful couple. So attentive knowing that I was there for medical appointments they checked in on me and we had amazing conversations during my stay. Absolutely loved sitting on their back patio in the morning just listening to the birds. So relaxing

Beautiful neighborhood

This was our first share the kitchen stay. It was perfect. Great hosts, lovely hot tub, lots of private space, spotless house. All in a private quiet neighborhood with a walking, biking trail right our the front door. Host have thought of everything: grocery bags for shopping, laundry bag, desk, comfy couch and great TV and so friendly.

From delicious coffee under the covered patio to sunset hot tubs, this was everything we were hoping for in a quite North Vancouver location. Friendly & wonderful hosts made our stay the perfect getaway while we explored every bit of Vancouver.

Highly recommended

Alison and Josh made us feel like home during our 3 day stay at their cozy cottage on the shore. Everything was super clean, organized and easily accessible. They provided us with very useful information about the best places to visit in Vancouver. We also enjoyed very much their hot tub and the coffees we made from their coffee machine. The cottage is located in a quite neighbourhood with easy access to Vancouver downtown, and the bed and pillows were perfect for sleeping comfortably. We highly recommend this cottage for your stay in Vancouver.

Ali and Josh are the best host anyone can ask for. They are super friendly and we’re constantly making sure we were good. Everything was clean. They provided all the basic necessities. Their dog Timber is such a beautiful and well behaved. We feel in love with him. There is a Walmart about 10-15 walking distance and a few restaurants as well. Beautiful neighborhood and clean. You can walk to downtown North Vancouver in 40 minutes. Highly recommend because it’s a beautiful path or you can bike. You can also bike or walk to Capilano Suspension Bridge.

We are Josh and Alison and we love the outdoors. We have a large breed dog who is very friendly and docile. We have been doing vacation rentals since 2016 with the other vacation rental company and have amazing reviews. We wanted to give VRBO a try.

Our house is set in a peaceful neighbourhood with the Spirit Trail at our front door. The Spirit Trail either goes to beautiful Stanley Park or east to Lonsdale Quay and the Seabus and beyond. We love to garden so we hope you enjoy our beautiful front and back yard.
