Family Game Weekend

Great game day house

My family and I booked this house for a Bama game. House was great. Location was great. Took about 20 min to walk to the stadium. The owners were amazing and very responsive!! Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

Graduation Fall 2023

I booked the Sherwood House for my son’s graduation from the University of Alabama. The stay included his 2 siblings, a fiancée, his grandmother and Aunt and myself and him since he had to be out of his apartment the day before graduation. The house was fabulous. Plenty of room for us all to sleep and get ready, which was tricky since graduation was at 8:30am. The owners were very gracious with a little basket of treats and goodies for us on arrival. The property and neighborhood were very nice to walk and quiet. Wish we had more time to make use of the fire pit, but we were very busy all weekend. Everything was close and convenient. The place was very clean on arrival and very comfortable. I would definitely book this house again if we have a reason to return. The leasing office kept in contact by text during our visit in case we needed anything. But the house was well stocked and very well taken care of so we did not need anything. Thank you for opening your house to us at this exciting time.

Roll Tide getaway

Convenient location about a 15 minute walk to the stadium and just a couple of minutes down the hill to the trail by the river. Plenty of room for 8+ guests except just 2 1/2 bathrooms, so some sharing is required. All in all, a great spot for an Alabama weekend getaway!

Amazing trip!

We loved staying at the house and the location was perfect for us touring the University of Alabama with our teenage daughter. The Management company was by far the best we have interacted with. They checked in with us prior and during the trip and we’re so considerate and nice. We will definitely be booking a stay again there when our daughter goes to college!

Excellent!

Great location for touring the University! The house was spotless and was stocked with everything we needed. There were towels folded on each of the beds for our arrival. There was also a coffee station set up and a snack basket. The team was very responsive via text message. I also appreciated that the house had an easy to work alarm system if you wanted to use it. Overall a great stay! We will be back!

Perfect T-Town Location

My family stayed here to spend Christmas with our extended family. It worked perfectly for us and allowed plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We even had extended family over for dinner a couple of times. It's centrally located by the UA campus and the river offering easy access to walking trails, shopping, and the university. I recommend it to anyone in town for a game, campus event, or anything in Tuscaloosa. I

Perfect property

We stayed here to drop my son off at the University of Alabama and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The property was less than a minute from the residence halls and within 6-7 min from everything we did. It couldn’t have been more convenient! The property itself was SO clean and very easy to find. we also appreciated the snacks!! We were in communication throughout our visit with the owner which made us feel very welcome. we look forward to going back!

This house is located in the stunning, City of Tuscaloosa's Historic District! When staying in the historic district, you will be extremely close to Downtown Tuscaloosa, the University of Alabama's Campus/Strip, as well as wonderful walking trails with an old world, comfortable feel. The trade off is that there are strictly enforced noise ordinances and rules (noise, visitor, & parking restrictions). It is crucial that these rules are adhered to, as the historic district is under a lot of scrutiny. It is important that our guests are respectful of full time residents who have made their full-time home in this area.

Walking distance to UofA campus, Bryant Denny Stadium, walking trails, downtown restaurants, shopping, and more!
