Home se encuentra en una tranquila calle sin salida en el extremo de Sunland con menos tráfico. La sala de estar principal se encuentra arriba con cocina, dos dormitorios dobles y baño completo. Habitación familiar, dormitorio de matrimonio y baño de 3/4 en la planta baja. Habitación con literas con dos camas individuales con servicio de lavandería. Dos futones de tamaño completo en la sala de abajo de la familia. La comunidad de Sunland ofrece lanzamiento de botes, natación, baloncesto, tenis y parque infantil. El nuevo restaurante de pizza y tienda de conveniencia también abren durante los meses de verano. Impresionante ubicación cerca de Gorge para conciertos y festivales.

Sunland getaway

We really enjoyed staying here. The house is cozy and comfortable. The best part was the public park in the village, as the kids loved swimming there.

Great stay!

We had an amazing time. Beautiful location and perfect if you are there for the concert. Very spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and 6 kids. Wish we had more time to enjoy the fire pit in the backyard. Super easy check-in and check-out process. Will definitely be back!

Great house

A group of us stayed at this nice house. They had everything we needed. It had a nice front and back yard and plenty of room for our group. It’s in a great location At the end of a culdesac within Sunlands and walkable to anything. The neighbors were all friendly and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay, gorgeous views for concert at the Gorge

As listed, the house was clean and had adequate amenities for us to stay, cook, and eat together. Being only 15 min from the Gorge Amphitheatre made this stay very ideal. Even though central air was not working, the host provided enough portable ACs to stay nice and cool in 100 degree weather. The view of the cliffs from the backyard is so pretty! Some things to note that if it's night time definitely make sure all windows are closed. There are lots of bugs in the area at nighttime. Thank you Stacy, we look forward to staying again in the future.

Excellent Location Quaint Home

Love this neighborhood, love this location, love, love, love the picturesque views from bedroom window in the early light of dawn..... House was extremely clean and the absolute first time rental where every single window was locked upon arrival (personal peeve). Classic quaint home stocked with all the basic+ necessities to thoroughly enjoy visit. Owner is very responsive and wonderful. The gazebo is new and lighting hard wiring still in progress but very nice addition Seating and bedding is comfortable all over. Do wish there were extra blankets readily available and bit more modern but super minor items compared to everything else. Will absolutely stay again. In fact, already have a booking reservation.

Sunny Winter getaway!

This is a great house in a beautiful location. It snowed during our trip, but the kids loved playing in the snow and the road to Sunland was better maintained than the county roads. The house was well equipped with appliances, kitchen utensils, and seating. The bedrooms were cozy with comfy bedding. The daylight basement was set up as a family room with additional futons for sleeping as needed. The kids liked having their own area to watch movies, spread out their toys, and it was easy access to the back yard through the sliding door. We were really impressed with the neighborhood. It felt very safe, orderly, and everyone was friendly. The playground and store were conveniently located down the street and a short walk from the house. We would definitely stay at Sunland again. The homeowner was very accommodating and made sure that we had everything we needed.

Perfect location, great owner

The house is in a great little golf cart-friendly neighborhood and the neighbors were very nice. The location is close to everything and the backyard gazebo came in handy on hot afternoons. Stacy was awesome and replied to questions very fast. We’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful vacation home for a large group or family

We have vacationed in this area for years but have always stayed in condos. Due to the growing size and ages of our family, we decided to rent a house this time. This home did not disappoint! Plenty of room for our entire family, a backyard to bbq in, a large patio to sit on to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morn or a glass of wine at night. The teen/young adults enjoyed the downstairs area with the large couch and big screen TV. The location was close to the store and pizza joint as well as the playground area and beach access. We had a boat trailer, and two waverunner trailers, and we had plenty of room to park them all. The owner Stacy was so easy to work with and was full of info. It was a great experience!
