Sea Ya Later es una acogedora e informal casa de dos dormitorios frente al golfo con un loft. Situado en el extremo norte del Cabo; es un corto paseo en bicicleta a St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, y a solo unos pasos de la arena y el borde del agua. Nade, practique kayak, pádel y juegue en el Golfo y la Bahía.

La mayoría de las casas frente al golfo son mucho más grandes y están hechas para grupos grandes y bien. Por lo general, para encontrar una casa frente a la playa de este tamaño, debe elegir un condominio y renunciar a un poco de privacidad. Esta casa ofrece la independencia de una casa privada a un precio que una familia o dos parejas pueden pagar. Este es también un diseño perfecto para nuestras aves de nieve en invierno.

La cubierta ofrece espacios cubiertos y soleados con un excelente bar para comer al aire libre. Hay un paseo marítimo corto y privado a la playa. También hemos incluido un crédito VayK Gear de $ 250 para usar en bicicletas, tablas, sillas y sombrillas. Su equipo será entregado antes de su llegada y recogido cuando salga.

Se admiten perros por $ 200 adicionales. 00 siempre y cuando no excedan las restricciones de tamaño y el número de 2 perros (no más de 35 lb cada uno). Por favor, pregunte antes de traer una mascota. Home was clean and had all the amenities. The only thing I would add is a big "low country boil" pot. It can be stored in the utility room. 😉 We've already booked for next year and cannot wait. This place is so special and perfect, we got engaged on the beach.

This was the perfect spot. We had a few mishaps with a leaky window and an ant swarm but they were quick to help us out. Beautiful sunset view and nice quiet spot.

The view was amazing from morning to sundown. We had 4 adults and our dogs. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back again! Home came with all the basic amenities and some extras! Plenty of games for rainy days and plenty of space for 4 people. We enjoyed the chair and umbrella delivery service that was offered through Vayk and took advantage of a credit that was offered.

Lovely cottage!

This was such a sweet little cottage! As described. Very clean. The only suggestion that I have is a new mattress in the queen bedroom, saggy in the middle but other than that, it was perfect! Only a few steps to the beach. I definitely would recommend this cottage for future stays

Great little beach house

This house was the perfect size for my family. Bathrooms and kitchen looked to be recently remodeled. There was a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Beautiful gulf views everyday and sunsets every evening. Great location on the cape. Nice quiet street.

Beautiful setting.

Nice home in a beautiful location. Extremely positive setting with the ocean just steps away. The host was very generous with the amenities that they provided ( full size bars of dove soap,extra large bottles of shampoo and conditioner,everything we needed,t.p. P.towels,trash bags. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Beachfront made quick and easy access to the a great spot! The dune lined walk is beautiful but short. The house has everything you’d want and need. We especially enjoyed the deck for morning coffee and most of our meals. Perfect! (The only drawback is it needs a gate for convenience. There is a baby gate that was a solution but not too convenient. I don’t want to say this but thought it might be helpful to know. ). We love this place and know the cape very well. It’s our new spot! Thank you for sharing your special and beautiful home!

Family Vacation 2024

This property was perfect for our family. The house is beautiful and well kept. The location was great with the beach steps away. The view was spectacular. We will definitely stay again. We love it here.

Great Experience

We stayed for a week March 2024. We were a group of 4 spanning 3 generations, plus one dog. We arrived late and after the entry code did not work, a call to the number on the site remedied the situation immediately. This house was the perfect size and equipped with everything we needed. We used the grill and the laundry facilities without any issues. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for the meals we prepared. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the house and grounds were clean, and the beach was fabulous.

Would have loved to have the fresh air but the flies made it tough. Only found two large bugs. (One dead already, probably heart attack). Hey, it's Florida. We were there a month and would rent again. Great beach location.
