We had a blast!

Our group of 16 people fit very comfortably in this most amazing house. We felt like we had room to spare. The views were amazing - anytime of day and night. The host was very friendly and helpful. He was able to answer all of our questions and concerns and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend this beautiful house for your next trip to Cabo.

12 friends- golf trip

Booked a golf trip for 12 friends though the host David. He was very helpful with all our requests. We ended booking a chef to come cook for us through David and had them stock the house with snacks and drinks so we didn’t need to worry about stopping at the store. The cooks were great and were able to accommodate all our requests, even made us amazing micheladas for breakfast. The house is even bigger than we expected. There are several levels and two different levels for entertaining. I don’t even remember if the listing showed the ping pong table hammocks or could do justice to the incredible views from all the rooms. I think every bedroom had its own bathroom. We had 12 guys on this trip but the house would also be great for families. There are a lot of stairs so keep that in mind. Overall we loved the house and would gladly rent it again.

The picture do not do justice to this property. It is massive with an amazing view and amazing space. Great place to bring a large group and hang out. The multiple levels allow for people to hang out all over and the hammocks were amazing. You should stay here

Plenty of space

We were a family group of 15 people from ages 13 to 79. The house was perfect and the staff were great. Beds and furniture were comfortable and stylish. We hired Nadia's chefs to cook 2 meals a day and couldn't have been happier. We did not have a car, but one might have been useful as the house is up a really long steep drive from the town. So we all stayed in the house and enjoyed the pool, played games and relaxed in each other's company. Perfect for being together.

Excellent, clean villa in great condition. Staff was extremely responsive, helpful and pleasant and arranged anything we needed. They arranged a kitchen staff during the stay that did a phenomenal job and cooked incredible meals. Amazing views of the ocean. Would highly recommend.

Great Property

Our group does an annual trip to Cabo Super Bowl every weekend. We really enjoyed our stay and the villa had the perfect balance of personal and common space. The staff was very responsive and we had no problem during our stay. Would definitely return.

Breathtaking sunsets

We had a group of 14 adults come to stay here to celebrate a 50th birthday party. We were blown away by how gorgeous this home was. The views were stunning. All of the rooms were nicely decorated and had private bathrooms. The house is massive with many living areas to hang out in. The pool area is so nice and spacious. We loved having the option to go relax in the hammocks. Our whole group would love to come back and stay in this beautiful home once again. If you’re considering it I say go for it! You won’t regret it.

Awesome Property for Large Groups

This house was awesome. We had a group of 16 people that stayed for an extended weekend and it was the perfect location. Staff were extremely nice and easy to work/communicate with. We were able to use this as home base as we experienced Cabo but we also spent an entire day here and were fully entertained. Thank you for a great time at a great home!

Stunning Property in Pedregal

This was an outstanding home which can easily accommodate 20 guests. We also had catering services which were delicious and varied each of our 3 days. The only issue we had was the AC would not work properly but David worked with us quickly to remedy this situation. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Cabo, 5 stars all around!

Best Villa Ever. I mean it!

The pictures really don't do this place justice. As of August 2021, their furniture is way better than the current pictures show. I stayed here with a group of 21 people and everyone hasn't stopped talking about how great this villa was. The view was breathtaking. David and his team are super nice and accomodating. Make sure to send him a message of your needs and he can help. They even helped schedule Covid tests visit for our flights back to the US... AT the villa so our large group didn't have to go anywhere. 10000/10 experience

Beyond amazing

I don’t know where to start from. David the property manager was available 24-7. We started planning the trip about a month before we got to Cabo and he was available help in any way prior to our arrival. The housekeeping staff were so nice and super helpful. We hired the catering company that was recommended by David (two chefs and two servers/bartenders). They prepared thee meals a day for party of 18. All meals were amazing. The house NO WORDS!!! Perfection. Every room was spotless clean. Had everything you may need. The view was breathtaking. We made sure we use the pool heater (for additional fee) so everyone enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. The house was huge and super spacious. We would get lost in it all the time especially the people who had the second suite. Over all an excellent trip and we are definitely going back. Thank you David and everyone else for making the trip a special one.

Breathtaking, 6 stars

I don't even know where to start. I have been a digital nomad for the last 6 years and have stayed in more than 100 properties all around the world. None of the have come close to this at all. The host, David, was amazing to work with from the very beginning. And when I messaged him with the couple of issues I had during my stay, which were my own fault by the way, he responded super fast and had someone at the house to fix things within minutes. The house is incredibly comfortable with amazing touches everywhere you look. This house has views of both sunrise and sunset, which is super rare, over the ocean that are probably the best I've ever seen. There is literally nothing more you could ask for in a house. If you are going to Cabo, book this house and it will be the best trip of your life for sure!

Why would you ever go to a resort again!

David and I spoke for months back and forth discussing the food, beverages and set up for when we arrived. Transportation was arranged and when we arrived the full staff was there to greet us. Roberto with drinks, Jose and his staff making lunch and David who I've been speaking with for months was there to show us around. There's not a bad view in the Villa. Every suite is well appointed. The drinks are amazing, the food is 5-star restaurant quality. They are all there to make sure you have the best time while there. I can't honestly think of anything I would change. My friends and I had a great time and I am looking forward to booking with David again. Don't think twice, don't look for a better deal. You will have an amazing time with David and his team.
